Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
FIVE MINUTES AFTER ORDERING I wanted to cancel my order only so I can change the picture and re order... Sorry they can't do that. That's just crazy, they don't have the power to press cancel on the damn machine
I was really worried once i ordered this because only after i ordered did i check the reviews, and this is a gift for my close friends anniversary. But i continued on and hoped for the best... andni don't regret it! They loved the gift and it came exactly as it was previewed to me on the website. Im so happy it worked out and came just in time. It arrived 12 days from the day i ordered which isnt bad at all especially for a customized item. I think other reviewers need to understand that once an item is shipped its not in their control. Im glad that the shipping worked well for me though, great tracking and it came when it said it would. Im really happy with this. Just so we're clear this is also a big gift (custom large i think queen sized blanket) so im surprised of all things this came perfect. Overall Im pleased with shipping, the product, and the website. So worth the money they are really happy with the gift. Also in the picture it may look distorted but thats because its placed on a pool table for the picture... so not completely flat. But it looks amazing. For reference i put what the preview was on the site just to show it came just like i had created it.
I order from personalization mall almost every Christmas to get gifts for my kids teachers, my coworkers, second cousins, etc. The gifts are affordable and personalized, but they are not the highest quality. They aren't the lowest quality either, just sort of middle of the road. My only real complaint about personalization mall is one Christmas I ordered $150 in gifts and they never came. I contacted personalization mall two days before Christmas. They were prompt in their reply. They couldn't find it. They apologized and refunded the whole order and said if it ever showed up I could keep it free of charge. They handled it well but I was still left scrambling to get gifts two days before Christmas. The package did end up showing up in March. I saved all the gifts for the next Christmas, so it worked out well for me. I recommend this site for affordable personalized items. However, if it's really important or time sensitive, I would recommend spending the extra money and using a more reliable site, like Shutterfly.

Don't use this site for things that are time sensitive. Shipping can take a long time.

Absolute worst customer service. Personalizationmall.com made per their words "an honest mistake" by placing the incorrect shipping labels on our and another dissatisfied customers package. I was told they would reissue my order and I would likely receive my order hopefully by Christmas eve which is obviously not acceptable. To spend that kind of money and be told I will have to wait an additional 6 days at minimum is simply unacceptable. My order was placed in early December and was said to be delivered Dec 15th (8 days later). I asked to speak to the representative's supervisor and she stated she did not have one. After further questioning her story changed to her supervisors are all taking phone calls ultimately her story was her supervisors are all in meetings. I requested a refund as I have no use for Christmas decorations long after I need them which was denied. The personalizationall.com representative stated, "well you only ordered a tree skirt, towels, and some labels; what is the issue?" I would look into a more reputable company to place your personalized gift order.
I ordered several items for Christmas in mid November. It was mid December and I had not received the items. I tracked the package and the package was delivered to the wrong location. It was 3 days before Christmas and I called PersonalizationMall to advise them of the situation and how devastating this experience is tending to be. They remade the order and next day delivered. I received order on Christmas Eve. WOW I was completed amazed at the turnaround and the customer service. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
I ordered a white fleece blanket, with multicolor names on it. The blanket arrived with the different colors of the names bled onto the white blanket. I sent an email to the company, no response, so I called them. I was told to send a photo and they would review it. The service department emailed me back, with the response, that I made a mistake while ordering the blanket and goes to production immediately, therefore nothing can be done. I did not make a mistake, the colors ran onto the white blanket. Then I called and they said I should of noticed that, when I ordered it from the photo online. Very misleading, you can't tell it is tie dyed from the photo, nor does it say it will come looking this way. So basically I'm stuck with a $52.00 blanket, that looks like I paid $10.00. Very disappointed in the quality and Personalizationmall lack of customer service to make this right. Will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. Wished I would of read the reviews before I ordered.
Had a bad experience with Customer service. Received a gift with a misspelled word. Even though the catalog image was spelled correctly, when it was ordered the person who bought it for us as a gift accidentally misspelled the word MARSHMALLOW spelling as MARSHMELLOW so they put the misspelled word on the sign! I guess their quality control people aren't very good spellers either! And the best their CUSTOMER SERVICE would do it let us replace it for 50% off. Certainly won't order anything from them!:-(

When you make a mistake in an order that is your fault. But when they make a mistake, they don't correct it or do anything to help you out. They plead "it was accurately manufactured" despite the fact that the color in the catalog are NOT the colors in the ornament you ordered.

I've ordered several items from Personalization Mall. I ordered 2 wine glasses that fit whole bottles of wine, and written a personal message on them. They arrived exactly how I had asked. I ordered a candle with a personal message for mothers day, and it came like we made it. One downfall about the candle was it kind of looked like something I could have made myself just not as perfect, so that was a bit of a bummer to know I spent money on it. But it still came out nicely. I know I ordered something else but I really can't remember. And just recently, I was looking around for thoughtful Christmas gifts for friends and family and thought of Personalization Mall. I found something cute and thoughtful for a friend of mine: a coffee mug with a cute cartoon photo of a cat on it with the option for a personal message written on the cup. I thought it was just adorable so I ordered one with my own message written on it and as it was shown in the preview, it looked great. It was also pretty cheap considering it was personalized. The price of the other gifts I had received through this site have been reasonable as well. I think the candle was $15 plus $4 shipping, and the wine glasses total were $55 with $5 shipping. I always to standard shipping, but I normally received the items in a reasonable amount of time. Usually 4-5 days, which isn't bad at all.
Overall, I think Personalization Mall is a great site to find gifts for family and friends that are more thoughtful than buying them clothes, electronics or plain jewelry. I'll definitely continue to use Personalization Mall for following events to come.
I ordered a photo name collage frame for my friends new daughter. I customized it with the options they had and i was so excited! Then I was wondering, "I know almost nothing about this website". So I went looking for reviews, and they were all awful! I was so scared I wasted my money. I got an email 3 days after I had ordered my frame saying it had shipped. From then on I tracked it everyday with UPS. Thankfully, 3 days later I got it. It absolutely beautiful! Maybe I just lucky. But I love it and it will be a great gift. Although the name that I had cut out into it, is just cut out into some type of cardboard? Not the best but not the ugliest either. As long as the front view looks good. I would love to order again, but I am skeptic with how many bad reviews this place got in so many places. But I just wanted to say my 1st product was just fine for anyone thinking about getting what I ordered. As for the size, I'm not sure if it depends on how many letters. But mine with 8 letters could fit perfectly above a twin size bed matress.
I have read some of the reviews on this site and I am having the same issues that they have all stated. I placed an order that was supposed to have shipped out on Dec. 2. well 21 days later and nothing. I have emailed and sometimes I get a robot like response. I ordered 4 keepsake ornaments for my pastor's wife, her sisters and her mom for the loss of grandfather and father. It is almost Christmas and still nothing. Fell like I have been ripped off. I sent them an email saying I was going to contact the BBB and Attorney General. They blocked me being able to check the status of my order. I wrote a review and then I could check it again. The up dated shipping says it arrived in STL on Dec. 16 at 4:46 am and departed from Des Moines Iowa on Dec. 16 at 4:51 am. really... Dec. 20 says " in transit, arriving late" and that is the last update. I sent an email this morning and it says don't expect a reply for a few days be cause of lots of emails coming in. So I am out over $50 and still have nothing to show for it. My order number is ******* Personalized Mall, in case you care. The least they could do is apologize and reship. Feel like I have been had. Very sad... this was supposed to be a very special gift.

Horrible. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a large wine glass for my sister in law and it came in broken. They only wrapped the stem of the glass. When I originally called they were kind and said they would overnight me a new one. When it hadn't arrived and I called they told me they don't work on the weekend and I would get it Tuesday. Not knowing what to do because I needed it that day I simply asked who to contact if I needed a refund. The woman on the phone told me to refuse the shipment when if came. Next thing I know I am getting an email that they cancelled my shipment. When I contacted them to findout why they said it was becase "i said I would refuse the shipment". I never said and that if i want a new one i need to reorder it and that I couldn't recieve the sams sale price. I will never order from them again. And I hope you dont either. If i could give no stars I would have.

I picked out two tree ornaments for XMas gifts, and because it was 12/19, and needed for a party the night of the 23rd, paid over $15 bucks for 2 DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING. I called Friday morning (day 3) to check the status and they told me two day shipping does not mean you get it in two days. It means that after they take as much time as they want to make it, THEN they will two day ship it.
The gifts arrived very late that night, hours after I left for the party & the company would not even apologize let alone refund anything.
Sticking with Amazon. This company is terrible and I feel scammed. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a memorial ornament of my grand-baby; they sent the item, however, it was flawed! It had a blurry spot on two letters. And when I notified them of this, their response was for me to send them a pic of it so they could "review" it. Such an unbelievable response! My heart was broken when I saw this ornament and then they want me to go to extra bother (on my part) so they can "determine" IF they want to do the right thing! Well, it's already too late for them to do the right thing! They shouldn't have sent me such an item! Too many people attempting to get away with shoddy business these days! BEWARE! DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE-THEY'LL BREAK YOUR HEART!

2-21-19. Ordered on 2-10 and paid the $13 for guranteed delivery by Valentine's Day. On Valentine's Day called and the order was nowhere close. Said it would be there tomorrow. Called on 15th, and again was told it would be there the next day for sure. Saturday 16th came and went. I called on 16th and they said that they weren't sure when it would be there. It arrived on Tuesday the 19th. Stay away!
