Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!

Just FYI: I placed an order (Christmas gifts for my son's teachers) at the beginning of November 2017. They sent me an email that the order had been shipped with tracking number. When I clicked on this tracking number, I kept getting "no information available" since Nov 17. I called UPS, I was told I should call Personalization Mall bc they never got the package. When I called Personalization Mall, I was told they gave the package to UPS and it was out of their control. I got bounced back and forth between PM and UPS. PM finally told me they would do an investigation and that would take 7-10 days. I told them I needed that package by Dec 15 for the teachers. They basically responded that I must wait for them to investigate. I demanded a refund. Once again, I was told I must wait for them to investigate. They refused to resend the package to me! I was a faithful customer. I ordered so much from them and they didn't even take that into consideration. I will NEVER order anything from this place again
I placed a large order online. The following day I received an email that there was a problem with my order and to call. When I called, the representative asked for my cc number. I had already entered it on my order so I didn't feel comfortable. I was told my order would not be processed if I didn't. I told this representative to cancel my order twice and when she asked, I confirmed I wanted it cancelled again. In a week, I received the order! When I called about it, I was first told they did not accept returns on personalized orders. I insisted, so this representative told me she would listen to the phone recording. After she came back on, she confirmed I said to cancel my order and said a supervisor would be calling. Later that evening, a supervisor called and offered the order to me for half off. I explained I had already purchased something else and did not want the order. She said they would provide a return label due to it being their fault. After a week of not receiving the label, I called at least three more times and emailed several times. I was told they would not send a return label or would be charged shipping. After many contacts, I finally received the return label and returned the merchandise. This went on from November to January. I still have not received a full refund after returning the items. They refunded all but shipping. I had to call and send three more emails before getting an email stating that I would receive a full refund including shipping. I guess I'll just stick with it until I do. I'm not sure if this is their common practice or if this entire fiasco began with a representative trying to get my cc info, but whatever the cause, it has been a large inconvenience and hardship for me. There should be absolutely no reason to give a cc number over the phone if it has already been entered on the online order.
From the bottom of my heart I would like to say thank you to everyone on this site. I'm thanking you because I was about to place a order (cc info already filled in blanks and all) and my mind told me to check the reviews first. I came across this website because I was looking for a Mothers day gift to get for my mother and sister and thought it would be nice to get them something that was personalized. I found just what I was looking for which would have been two pillows & a Keychain with there pics on it. Again as I was about to hit submit, something came across my mind and I Google the company, this website was the first to come up and with some many ppl complaing about the same thing (customer service, printing issues, font, pictures) theres absolutely no way all of you can be being dishonest about your experience. Sooo as much as I would love to get them something nice, and personal, I think I'll go to Macys and just buy them some perfume, and a card with cash or something. Came across this website to buy a gift for Mothers Day, because I noticed that they offered "GUARANTEED BY MOTHERS DAY SHIPPING", so I went ahead and purchased this shipping. My order was supposed to be in the Friday before Mothers Day. Friday rolled around, and I had no package. I contacted the company, who made ME (THE CUSTOMER) call FedEx to track it down. I called FedEx and they said sorry we received an empty package, you'll have to contact the shipper! UNBELIEVABLE. Therefore, I contacted the company back and all they said is they'd refund it unless I wanted them to make another one, but it wouldn't be here until next week ( the week after MOTHERS DAY). WHY offer this "guaranteed service" if you're not going to live up to it. There are many, many other personalization websites to order gifts from so I HIGHLY recommend to avoid this place at all costs. I had to scramble last minute to find another Mothers Day gift and it was nothing but stressful. Unprofessional employee that I had to deal with as well. I asked to be contacted by the manager Monday, and the days almost over and I still haven't got a call back.

Do not order from this website. If there is an issue with your order there is no customer service to speak to by phone and they are extremely delayed in responding to E-mails and unempathetic to grief. My grandmother passed away recently so I ordered an ornament from them for my family members. I immediately recognized that there was an error in my confirmation email but when I emailed and called customer service they said in their voicemail message that nobody was available to take my call and disconnected me. The e-mail response I received was that they couldn't fix my order but they made sure to immediately charge my card and send to production. This was a sentimental ornament for my family. Not only would did this Company not call, e-mail, or empathize with my current grieving situation and assist with the issue... their solution? But Purchase the item AGAIN for FULL PRICE rather than fix the issue. Talk about taken advantage of the poor during an epidemic. They "immediately" send your order to production but yet they don't have immediate customer service to clear up any issues. Save your money and go to Shutterfly! They have AMAZING customer service. They gave me 100% refund before on an order and corrected my issue. I will never go to this website again. They made sure to leave the comment below for potential future customers implying and making it seem that they would assist me but DID NOT. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO SHUTTERFLY!

I've ordered 2 blanket for my parents for Christmas. I ordered on NOVEMBER 27th 2020. Got a confirmation that my order was shipped. Estimated delivery was December 11,2020. Cool. That day came and went. Went to track it and nothing. Tried to call and email the website and I got no response. On December 15th I got an update stating that on DECEMBER 7TH 2020, my order had departed from Grapevine Texas. Mind you i didnt get that update until the 15th. A WEEK AFTER IT HAD SUPPOSEDLY DEPARTED FROM TEXAS. I've tried to call and all i get is that they have high call volumes and their phones are currently off. Who does that? 100% do no reccomend this website if this is how they do business. Now I'm out of $100 and have to get my parents something else for christmas. Very dissapointed.

I was looking for some special ornaments to put on the Christmas tree. Nothing I found in the regular stores around Dallas Texas matched what I wanted. I searched online & found Personalization Mall. I found ornaments that had the look & feel of what I wanted. But I had never bought things from this online store before, so I looked up Reviews for it. Most of the reviews were terrible, but some people were absolutely happy with their orders or a bad experience made right. Anyway I took a chance. And I am pleased to say that I am delighted with my purchase of 4 beautiful ornaments & with the quick arrival time!
I made my order late in the evening on December 16th, 2020. My shipment arrived on December 19th 2020. I didn't order anything with a photo because I figured it was too close to Christmas. All words, phrases & names are correct. The fonts are pretty. The ornaments look as they appeared on the preview. And again I say that I am delighted with my order & with how fast they arrived! I would recommend this company - PersonalizationMall.com. I will also use common sense & not order something hard to make just before the holiday / someone's birthday / anniversary. I don't know about customer service, but most companies now-a-days have very few people to run customer service & it's absolutely frustrating & outrageous. Again I suggest not buying things at the last minute!
And I noticed that this company is associated with other companies such as Harry & David and 1-800 Flowers.com. I have had only good experiences with these companies & they are nationally know in the U.S.A. Plus I recognize some of the other companies names. Use common sense & do your homework, so to say when you make a purchase online. What I bought would not have broke the bank & I am pleased. I hope your shopping with them is good.

My girlfriend and I lost our apartment and all of our possessions in a fire this November. We thought our new apartment would feel more like home with some stockings over the fireplace for Christmas.
We placed an order on December 9th and paid $30 for rush shipping. On December 10th, we received an email that the order was shipped, and provided us with a tracking number. Throughout the week, the carrier (United Delivery Service) showed they hadn't received the items for that tracking number. I had called Personalization Mall only to get a message that their phones are turned off due to high call volume and I should communicate through email (understandable... it's Christmas in COVID after all). So I emailed them on the 14th asking about the order.
It is now December 18th, I have yet to receive a response, and the carrier shows no information for that tracking number (screenshot attached). Outside of calling their main phone line and guessing extensions, I feel I am out of options in getting ahold of them.

I wanted a personalized baby shower present & decided to order one of their baby blankets because I liked the look of it. The (attached) picture shown on Personalization Mall's website is a CRISP WHITE & light blue monogrammed baby blanket. What I received (attached pic} was a dirty yellowish, dingy off-white and greyish blue blanket, not the crisp clean look that the website showed. Obviously the quality of the material of the blanket that they sent to me is not the quality of the blanket in their online picture. I would have been so embarrassed to give it as a present, so I contacted them about it. I would exchange for the correct item, but not if the blanket's coloring was going to be the same dingy color. They said it would probably be the same color, because of their design parameters. If I had known that there was parameters of colors that I could have been sent, I never would have taken a chance & ordered it! Why would I gamble on the color? Why isn't that in the description of the product? I ordered it BECAUSE of the crisp clean colors of the photo. Why would you show a pictures of it if that's not what it'll look like! That is misrepresentation.
Their Guarantee page says "If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund". This IS a quality issue but they offered a measly 20% off, hoping I would just go away, like all their other unhappy customers. They said I could pay their shipping costs AGAIN to send back a blanket that I didn't order & then they'd give me a refund. So then I would be out a baby shower gift AND have to pay for their mistake. That is not a full refund.

Purchased a doormat for xmas gift. It featured horizontal lines. The mat was not cut correctly and thus looks perpetually crooked. Also, someone attempted to COLOR-IN blotches with a MARKER; a marker that DOES NOT MATCH no less. Called in, Margie said "send me pics", so I did. An hour letter, I get an email from an unmonitored mailbox, saying that QUALITY ASSURANCE deemed it "fine" and "we look forward to serving you again...". I called again today and explained situation to Patricia. She said, "send me pics". I said I did that already. She said she can't override QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM. I said, "well, I, THE CUSTOMER, am unhappy. Please just give me a refund and I'll go on my way". She said, "OK, but send back the product ON YOUR DIME, and we will issue credit.". WHAT!? You send me a defective product and you want a PERSONALIZED item returned to you(that can't be sold to anyone) before you give me money back AND I have to pay for shipping?! ". I explained that THEIR COMPANY'S SUCCESS is 100% reliant on online orders. She really couldn't care less. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. They are BAH-HUMBUG all the way. :(
