Bought an item & paid $25 2day rush delivery. Never got it due to FedEx mistake. PMall didn't assume any responsibility & on top of that pretended to keep charging me the rush delivery since they were going to re-send it the same way. I asked to be charged only the 4day express delivery because it was going to be 5 days later (which was fair) but staff member Patricia in a VERY condescending disrespectful way refused to do it saying she couldn't understand where I was coming from asking for the partial refund - acting as I, after going thru this ordeal and not getting what I had paid for, was trying to take advantage of them? Of course I opted for full refund, no item for my special occasion and no chance on getting anything else on time. Regret choosing them for this event. DO NOT RISK IT if is something important!
I ordered a garden flag and stand from these folks to amuse the kids. The garden flag stand page says "Includes a rubber stopper to hold flag in place on windy days." Of course the flag blew away on the first windy day. When I told their customer service people of the issue they offered me a $1 discount on a replacement.
Some of their stuff is okay, but why buy things over the Internet from a company that doesn't stand behind the product?
Wish i would have checked reviews first. They are a SCAM. They charged my card and supposedly sent my item. I never got it. When i call over a month later they claim it was send and delivered and they cant give me a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes that no one else goes through this. I ordered a special gift for my anniversary and now i have to go out and find something else and they wont even give my money back. FRAUD!

I received an blanket with personal embroidery as a gift which was nice. I ordered one for someone and it was a mess you couldnt make out what it said at sll. I called customer service and sent pictures of both and did not offer any help.
We got order number *******, its the worst chair ever. Broke on the first time using. Called them to see what they where going to do about our $70 dollar chair breaking and they said nothing. Its truly the cheapest chair you can find save your money iron on a name that's all they did on a cheep chair than charged 7x the amount.

I ordered an engraved key chain for my husband whose father recently died. You can't even see the engraving it looks like a blank key chain. I sent an email to the company and they basically said" too bad... even if we re do it it will look the same". I've paid over $20 for a keychain you can't even read what it says. VERY poor quality and disappointing customer service.

I ordered 2 mugs with pictures from this company. One mug came out great and the other mug came out horrible with the head of my grandchild and wife cut off mid face. They told me "that's to bad, we will not refund your money". Horrible customer service. DO NOT buy anything from this company. I sent the same pictures to another company and the mug turned out excellent.

I buy from personalization mall all the time because I truly think the have really neat stuff. However I have been waiting for a long time for xmas gifts. I emailed twice. Never got a response on the first one. When I called they talked to me like I was some idiot. The tracking numbers they gave me have zero information. Unfortunately customer service is huge for me. PMALL needs to learn better skills that's for sure.
The products are really excellent when they arrive as ordered. If there is a problem with the order, you are then treated to the worst customer oriented service I have ever experienced. Phone calls are useless when you can get through, which is rare. Emails are rarely answered. COVID 19 is a convenient excuse that they hid behind. If you like playing a game of chance with your order, this is the company for you. If you are expecting anything resembling customer service, you will be disappointed.

I ordered 15 personalized gifts for giving at Christmas this year. Every item was received exactly as ordered and the shipment was received in the timeframe promised! I will most definately order again from personalizationmall.com.
This is my first time ever using this company and so far, not happy. I am 11 days into my order and still not received it. After 8 days and tracking, it says no delivery date and with "pending". This was a birthday gift that looking at it, won't arrive before it! IF I ever get my package, I will not use this company in the future.
Ordered a personalized item that came in a hard to see skinny font not even close to what the stock photo resembled. I sent in a picture as requested and they would not change it. Looked like an amatuer did the personalization and you could not even see it 10' away. They would only give us 20% off. Gee thanks... that means we have something that cost us 80% that we'll throw away. That's ok, I will never use this place and I highly suggest everyone with a good experience thank your luck stars and order somewhere else next time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They stand behind their products 100% alright... WAY BEHIND so you can't find them.
Without having an order number it is not possible to accurately address your concern. Our preview feature allows you to view a mock-up of your product before you purchase it. If your item matches the preview then we are not able to accept a return because it is personalized. The stock photos are used for reference but what you receive exactly matches the preview that you must approve.
I ordered a customized t shirt as a gift, when I received it, there was pieces of the decal missing, looked sloppy. I sent a photo requesting replacement, they agreed, the next day I got another email stating request denied, it is supposed to look like that, like what? Sloppy and pieces missing! They then gave me 20% off my purchase.

Personalization Mall advertised a one to two days turnaround time to receive paid orders. This is a false advertisement. I placed an order with Personalization Mall on November 4,2022. It is now November 18,2022. The company (Krystle G and Sabrina R) indicated my order will show up on December 12,2022. I will not place future orders with this company. They provide false advertisements but no action.

I was really nervous to order from this site because of all the bad reviews, but I did anyway and I'm so glad I did! I received our mug on the day I expected it to arrive, wrapped in bubble wrap, a box, and paper. The mug came out beautifully and I would definitely order again!
I ordered an Item and used a coupon, the $9.00 was removed from my total and I was to be charged $63.84, But then when the Purchase went through I was Charged $73.42 instead. The $63.84 was including shipping&handling and taxes, so I have no idea where the extra $9.58 came from. Kinda bogus if you ask me...
Was send a double order and had to pay for it. When I contacted them to ask why, the Customer Service person was very rude and basically told me that it was my fault and hang up. Same result with the Chat service. The item was not as expected. Don't order from that company, it is not worth the price (which is very high for the quality)

Ordered three frames with special dates and names on them for my mother for Christmas with our special family dates b-days, weddings ect. And 2 of the 3 are ok but with one of them the dates and names are overlapping looks like____! They say there is nothing wrong with it after sending pictures to them. Still waiting for a manager to call us back. These frames cost over $100.00. I will never do anything with this so called company again.

Have been doing business with personalized mall for years. I have never had a problem until this month. It has been a very disaster. I was extreme tired when I completely the information. I sent the final product to my daughter that's when she informed me of the error I made. I emailed them and I made another error and adding a name already had on the blanket. Nobody questioned me nor did they add the name on the blanket twice. They can assume I didn't want the name twice but no one decided to ask if I did or not because I would have known it was another mistake.
Years of dealing with them and over 20,000.00 spend with them. One indicent has cost them a customer. It probably doesn't matter because I am one little company.

I ordered a double plaque for a Christmas present. The second I received it, I contacted them so I could return it. The quality was absolutely terrible. Their "team" said I approved it before they printed it. Of course I did, because the preview didn't look like the junk I received. It was blurry and color quality was extremely lacking.

Do not buy anything printed from this" Personalization Mall.com". The mat we received as a gift has splotches of paint around the letters of our name. It also is faded and unattractive. The picture they sent as a preview was small and did not look bad. The mat is unattractive. Terri the customer (UN) service person was short and not nice about returning this gift. We are stuck with it and I will use it and tell everyone what a poor job this company did on this mat. I think you can make your customers happy and keep them or chase them away. I'm running from this company and I hope all of you do the same!
After not being able to find a doormat for my dorm room that I liked, I found Personalization mall and thought why not. I uploaded a photo of a map I liked and sent it off, only to realize I put in my home address instead of my dorm address. When I called them after a minute wait the customer service rep took my order number and new address and changed it right away, and she also refunded me the tax since the state my dorm is in doesn't have any.
When the actual doormat came the print quality for being printed on fabric was really nice, and not just a plastic overlay that would wear out as soon as I pivoted my foot on it.
So I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews and went ahead with my order
I wish I would have read the reviews. They botched my mothers birthday gift. Really shorty work. Apparently the customer service girl is the company, very rude. They only offered a 30% discount to replace it. Are they kidding. And they state they have a money back guareentee, Wrong. Not a good place to buy from. Gave a 1 only because they don't offer a 0 rating.
Buyer be ware of this company. They do not stand behind their products. If you receive an item with a name that is not correct they tell you that is your problem. I tried to resolve the problem with 3 of their employees. They just want me to reorder. Why would I want to do that when the order was not right the first time. The item was a Christmas gift that I can not give to my family member. I would NEVER order anything from this company again.
