They use scare tactics to con you into saying anything but NO. I had contacted them for posters ONLY and they started charging our card for compliance. We NEVER gave the OK for this. When i contacted them to tell them to stop charging us they started with scare tactics. They said they would remove us from the list but for nearly 2 years now they still call and use scare tactics with the receptionist in order to get thru to HR. Ive told them over 20 times NO and ive told them to STOP calling and they wont. They just start saying we are going to get fined ETC. I do not recommend this company to anyone ever. They need to be shut down.
When I first answered the call, I thought they were from a government agency or something but I was thinking that they were trying to confirm the the order. But they went too far away on their 'sales tech' and forcing for additional sales. I said no thank you, but she won't stop but kept on saying 'trying to help' and went on and on. I told her that I want to cancel my order but just after hanging up, I received a shipment confirmation email. I really want to cancel my order so bad but I don't want to waste my time doing it. I will not order from them.
A representative called in July offering to send us updated labor law posters, he made it seem as though we had dealt with them before and quoted me around 60 dollars for the updated posters. When I received a statement for over 200 i called and left a message requesting a call back for more information. I never received that call back and then was contacted today stating they were prepping us for collections. I again asked for details told them we were mis-quoted and that we wanted to cancel the subscription incurring additional fees. She stated that they have a 7 day return policy and we are outside that. I told her we are in Alaska and it takes at least that long to receive anything. She said it was 7 days from the receipt of statement in the mail and even though i had originally called within that time and not received a call back they refused to cancel the additional charges. They are flat out scamming business and it it ridiculous!
Poster is good for $10... the 3 following exactly same phone calls trying to upsell me for $99 a year x3 for my 3 locations, because when purchasing the posters i would not be compliant yet... wasn't that the purpose of buying the poster from them?
I was told from them that i still needed to add the osha paper (that is on the poster) and 2 others.
So frustrated on the 2nd call that I said I want to cancel the order, they said I would need to call Customer Service.
3rd call, i tried to sell something to the rep in reply. The reps were nice, doing their scamming company's job, but if you are not aware - it feels like it is necessary to buy what they are trying to up-sell.
I worked@ Personnel Concepts for about 4 months. I would cry after I got off the phone with customers especially elders. I didnt know it was a scam when I started. When I finally figured out what was going on I just couldnt do it anymore. And they pay really good bonuses so that you will stay6 cus the money is do good. NOT WORTH IT! They lie every single day and dont feel at all bad for it. Most horrible company I have ever worked for. Dont fall for their lies
I have used them in the past without issue so decided to order an updated Pennsylvania poster for the advertised $10 (unlaminated). Over the next month, my office has received 4 additional upsale calls "on a recorded line". At each call they tried to sell up federal posters, etc and were going to invoice us an additional $350! The first 3 calls we told them no thank you, just send the ordered poster. Today they called again and we told them about the 1st 3 calls and the lady was pushy and we cancelled our original order and told them to take us off their mailing list and do not call again! The sales lady asked if I was the owner and I said yes. I bet that is not the last call from them we get! AVOID the hassle. You can go on your state's website and get the local and federal posters for $25 I have heard so that is what I will do.
I was bilked out of $200 from this firm for "poster" sized documents that were too big for my office. I don't know how this organization is still allowed to conduct business. Get what you need FOR FREE from your state's Department of Labor.
Johnathan Was Amazing! Such Great Customer Service! Your Prices however are Horrible!
But like everyone else taking advantage of the post covid or whatrever we are in businesses are being gouged with outrageous prices. We really have no choise but to pay what you are asking. If the prices of your product matched the excellent customer service of Johnathan you would have received five stars from us!
Hello Leon. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We truly appreciate your time and your business.
This is nothing more than a solicitation for services, which are easily attainable through your home state for FREE! They use a scare tactic to unsuspecting new business owners thinking they can get easy money. Do a quick internet search FIRST. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS AND THEY BULL THEY SEND! Always do some homework and searching before you sign or give over any CC info. You should be calling your accountant or bookkeeper or even ask around first.
The company sent my business a mail that looks like something from the State of Washington. They use scare tactics and claimed that "failure to comply with posting regulations can lead to fines up to $32,786" and "As an employer in Seattle, Washington, (my company name) must ensure compliance with revised 2020 labor law posting requirements and replace any outdated notices."
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. They just want your business by using scare tactics. You can get these posters for FREE from your local city/county Department of Labor office.
My wife and I opened a new design company and within a couple weeks we were receiving letters from them stating that we plate out of compliance and need to pay almost $100 for a poster to display. My wife opened the letter and saw the possible fines for not having this poster. Thinking the $100 was better than the $30,000 fine we purchased one. Now not only did we pay for something we could have gotten for free, we STILL HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE POSTER, but we just received ANOTHER letter stating we are "out of compliance". Hahaha, 100% a scam that comes out of a state of criminals with government complicity.
Do NOT pay a CENT to these scammers.
My advice to any new business owner, do your research. There's a lot of people that want to steal you money and will do anything they can to get it. No matter how "official" something looks, verify, verify, VERIFY!
They will harass you every single day and try to convince you that you need a bunch of unnecessary and useless stuff. Then they will start charging you for things you didn't even order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, as you can find most of it for free with just a bit of extra searching.
Do not fall for anything they say. They claim we signed up for their poster program for one year. No, we didn't. I received the $300 invoice before I received the poster. So once I saw that tube package from them, I refused it. Then I called them up and said we wanted nothing to do with their company. But the guy told me tough sh&t! He was so rude it was unbelievable. I had to hang up on him, I was shaking so badly. I was furious with the way he treated me. We never paid the bill and we keep receiving packages from them. Every time we refuse it. I called up again today after receiving yet another tube.
Same ridiculous thing. They cannot cancel whatever service we have that we didn't even sign up for. But apparently it will expire in 2020 and then they will stop sending us things. The lady was so rude. What kind of company refuses to cancel your "imaginary" service?
Do not fall for it. They try to get new businesses that don't understand you can get these posters for FREE. I pray/hope that people will google this company before signing up for anything, and see these awful reviews. If you check the BBB, you will find complaint after complaint. Be SMART SAY NO!
Total Scam! They will harass you & send you to collection!
This company called me to inform me that I need state compliance posters, which I bought for $11.74. Later, that company called me to tell me that I also need more posters, because it is illegal not to have the posters that they mentioned for a total of $107.91 more. The posters for $11.74 came. However, the posters for $107.91 never came. I called Personnel Concept to tell them that their product never arrived but the manager, Manny argued with me demanding that I still need to pay. I cannot pay for a product that I never received! Their sales people are also rude & aggressive!
After that dispute, I called back & spoke to a sales rep & asked her how the posters for $107.91 were going to be delivered because our mail box is tiny. She said, the posters would be packaged in a long cylinder tube. Well, that definitely will not fit into my tiny mail box & since it's a business, my mail person would have to come to my suite to deliver large packages. Which never occurred because there is no such package.
Soon after, I received a collection notice from R. M. S. ( The Receivable Management Services LLC) stating that I owe a total of $399.23 for 3 separate products that I never ordered!
They call us repeatedly and use high pressure sales techniques to try and get staff to buy from them. Sometimes making it seem like they're calling from OSHA and not a private business.
Ordered a state compliance poster for our (non-profit) church. The next day a sales person called regarding my order, first stating need to verify my shipping address and what I purchased. The sales person proceeded to tell me that I will need to purchase additional posters to meet OSHA standards and be in compliance, for an additional cost of $299. First I have the Federal Posters and checked what I needed to order. Next 4 days I received calls from various sales people starting that they need to verify my address and what I ordered. Then each person proceeded with the additional items I need to order to be in compliance with the government. When I said no to the sales person, they hung up on me. The last 3 calls I told the sales person to cancel my order, each sales person hung up on me. I finally called customer service to cancel the order and they did verify my order was cancelled and emailed me a confirmation.
I felt the sales people were harassing me because I would not purchase the additional items. Needless to say, I will NOT work with this company every again.

Hello Alexis. Thank you very much for sharing your experience and kind words for Alicia. It is our pleasure to do business with you.
Answer: This is an absolute scam. They called to confirm the order, which I thought was weird, but whatever. They lied to me about what my boss ordered and what should have been a $25 order ended up being well over $200. They also lied to me about what we needed. I work for an employment lawyer so my boss knew what we need to have up in the office. We called to cancel the order and they refused saying that it had already been shipped, but the tracking information said that the label had been created and that it had not been shipped yet. They did say that we could refuse the package when it arrived and we could get a full refund. I was annoyed, but decided not to fight it anymore. About an hour ago my unwanted package was delivered in a tube without a top on it. The only way to refuse a package is if it is unopened. Since it arrived unopened we couldn't refuse it. I went to the post office to see if there was some loophole and they said that since I couldn't prove it arrived open, there was nothing they could do. Since it arrived open, the posters were damaged. I called Personnel Concepts to get a refund for damaged product, but they said that they were not responsible for any damaged product and refused to give us a refund. They said that if we paid out of pocket to send it back that they would give us a refund. However we're mad because they lied to us about what we need and what we ordered. It is wrong that they lied and it is wrong that they refused to cancel the shipment and it is wrong that they are expecting us to pay for a damaged product that we didn't even want to begin with.
