I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.
I had a great experience when recently calling PetCareRX. We've been members of Pet Plus for years so when I had trouble finding a vet-recommended supplement online, I called PetCareRX for info on special order and discounted price. CSR Cathy Addonisio took immediate action to research an apparent backlog in production and was able to give me an informed estimate on future availability. Cathy took initiative on all of this and provided me with rapid email confirmation, such that I did not waste my time or risk my dog's health with needless delay. All interactions were very pleasant and Cathy seemed eager to address all my concerns. Thank you again!
When I call in to order I love Peggy answering my call. She has always been upbeat and positive. She makes great suggestions and is very thorough. She is the best and makes the orders easy. Hats off to Ms. Peggy

Peggie Johnson handled the refill prescription for my dog and made the process simple and fast. I appreciated her verifying my mailing address as well as my email. In addition I learned from Peggie that PetCareRx now sells dog food. She looked up my specific food dog and gave me the weight options and prices. Next time I need food, I will be inclined to order from PetCareRx since Peggie was so helpful and kind. At a time when finding meds and dog food I needed was difficult, I was able to get them at PetCareRx. I had made a mistake and needed my initial order canceled. Andrew Singer called to confirm the change and explained the benefits of purchasing a membership to Petplus. Not only did I receive a discount membership for both of my boxers, but I also received an added discount on the meds I needed for my boxer, Sadie. The fact that I won't lose money buying the membership makes this a win-win.

Your representative Ashley delivered the worst service I have ever received from this company! I ordered dog food through PetCare RX that has no tracking number, so yesterday I called PetCare Rx and spoke with a very helpful and friendly representative. She called Royal Canin to ask if my dog's food was shipped, and said to the best of her understanding it was? I am worried because if my dog does not receive this food she will poop straight blood, so making sure she has her food is of the utmost importance. This woman Ashley was rude and would not allow me the opportunity to speak with a manager to help me with my issue. I spend an enormous amount of money with your company and this was by far the worst experience. Your representative found my urgency and concern over this issue funny as she laughed at me and hung up the phone! I guess Ashley needs to be reminded how lucky she is to have a job that most don't even have in a troubling time like what the country is facing.

I was trying to order a flea collar on line and accidentally got two. When I woke in morning I realized and tried to cancel, it was too late. I did not realize I had gotten a membership also. They couldn't refund anything till I returned collars. Put them both in one of the boxes since they came in two separate deliveries and returned. Waited and received no refund. Gave them tracking number and they said they only received one collar. They were both in the same box! Called and emailed talked with many people and they will only refund lower price collar. Ripped off and with many calls and w-mails will not refund $50. Plus dollars. Do not use this company.

Understood my predicament when my Bichons unexpectedly moved up a weight class and I had to order the correct tick and flea med although I still had most of my previous order for their previous weight. Worked with me on the price. That's why I'm a long-time customer!

I received the meds for my dog they charged my card on 8/26 they charged 65.00 then on 8/28 30.92 then 9/3 they charged 21.40 all for 1 month supply of a perscription that costs 60 at the vet 2 times they were supposed to refund me and just keep charging my card Im livid and will be calling in the morning.

Unfortunately, my veterinarian, no longer supports online pet pharmacies. As an alternative, I have been informed that I can mail in prescriptions. Peggie Barron-Pauldo from the Lynbrook NY location provided me great instructions on what to provide on a note and that I can go ahead, place an order, and the PetcareRX pharmacy will take care of the process as soon as they receive the prescriptions.

They were great about explaining where they were in the process of getting it approved as well as what I needed to do if I needed to help speed it up by speaking with the vet. I even made the mistake of ordering the wrong size for my dog and they corrected it with the Vet and called me to confirm! I always use PetCareRX and would recommend them to anyone needing just about anything for their pets pharmaceutical needs!

I've used PetcareRx since June 27,2012. Last year I noticed that I was billed almost a full month early for membership after ordering Meds for my dogs without any notification. The amount for the membership was $174 for 2 dogs, so I called about the amount. I was offered a 50% discount for my inconvenience. I did not notice that they then assumed my next 12 month membership was as of that date, June 3, not June 27. Yesterday, May 27, I ordered my dog meds. I was not only billed for the meds, but also $174 for membership. Upon calling I was told they billed early because of the holiday. My membership would be backed up further now into May. I again was offered a 50% reduction - which I refused. I canceled any further dealings with this shady, deceitful company. Better check your account!

Be vigilant of their accounting. They use your credit card without your authorization.

I was waiting for a kennel for 2 weeks. During that time I sent an email and called to get an Update on the whereabouts of my order. That was at the end of the first week. The agent said it would be shipping that afternoon.
Another week went by and no kennel and no word. Thanks to PayPal I found out the payment was cancelled by merchant.
A customer service rep did reach out after I called earlier that day and said the item was backordered!. Terrible customer service so beware!

Horrible online experience. Do not use! If I could give them a zero - I would. Be very careful when you order medication from this company. They will claim you signed up for a membership when you placed your order (cannot provide proof) and then charge your credit card the next year without your consent! And if you're lucky, the package might arrive but it will 100% arrive damaged because they take NO CARE in ANYTHING THEY DO.

If you haven't used the benefits we can give you a full refund in 60 days. However the membership is to help customers saves money and take advantage of wholesale prices, free shipping and much more. We apologize if your package was damaged while in transit, but give us a call and we will get this fixed for you.
Cathy called me after I had placed an order. I thought she was calling because I had made a mistake on the order. But, no. She was calling to tell me how much I could save if I joined the Pet Plus program. I had read about the program on the webpage, but was not willing to invest $99 in membership at this time. Budget woes, and I told her that was my problem. She listened and was patient and then explained to me that the current % off sale applied to the membership fee, too. Taking membership for this year down to a reasonable fee (about $35). I appreciated her willingness to listen to my concerns and explaining away my misunderstanding that the membership was on sale, too. Good deal, eh?

I was having difficulty with the Web site and called the customer service number. Teresa answered and took down the information. A prescription food is back ordered from the mfr and a canned food is in short supply, but you all have it. Teresa was the Woman of the Hour because I have five cats and am close to running out of the wet food they like. Thanks to Teresa, it will be arriving soon. I told her to tell her supervisor that the supervisor needs to give her a bonus and/or buy her lunch!
Tip for consumers:
1. Have your vet’s fax info handy for first-time prescription purchase, so the company can get vet approval.
2. Company Web site would not let me enter cat’s name the prescription is for; therefore, I had to call Customer Service.

I spoke with Andrew today and was happy with how informative he was and appreciate how understand he was. The company as a whole gets two thumbs up. When I couldn't find my dogs medication on our vets local site, this site was quick moving and got my dog her medication in a timely manner. I will continue to use them for all my animals.

They don't bother to tell you that you can get a script for the same price even if you DON'T buy their stupid PetsPlus plan. So I had to call them and scream about this and get it refunded. Then they contacted me two weeks ago to renew this plan. My dog died in September and I told them this and that I had no need for the plan. However, today, I saw $106.68 charged to my credit card without my authorization to renew a plan for a DEAD dog. I had to call again and supposedly they will refund the money. Otherwise, I am reporting fraud to Bank of America.
