I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.

The website is extremely clear for what it's asking for. When i go to the checkout page, i was PROMPTED TWICE before i signed up for any membership. My mom who wanted to have an account, but NOT the membership, joined as well with NO issue. I've gotten my pet's medication quick every single time. You people are so full of yourselves. Its a COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO GET APPROVAL FROM YOUR VET. OF course it will take time if you place your order two days before!

I have never really considered getting my dog's prescriptions online until recently. The process with my vet has become time consuming, inconvenient, and ultimately frustrating. So I went on my search for a reliable place on the internet. I needed to get a very popular med that no other site had, and I checked 10. Then I tried PetCareRx.
Not only did I find the med I needed at PetCareRx, their costumer service rep Ashley called to resolve some issues with my order. She was 100% amazing! Not just professional, she was actually kind. She was patient, informative, and ended up saving me money. Her recommendations will end up saving me cash and time in the future as well. She handled all of the odd problems with my particular order completely, with big points for style and compassion. It was a joy doing business with her. I was relieved that my dog would get his heart medication, and that I was getting it for less than half what I was paying through my veterinarian. Today has really shaken me up! Almost two weeks ago, I purchased a prescription refill for my baby. I waited and waited and finally called to find out the status since the pills were close to finishing. Being that this is heart medication, this was a potentially serious circumstance. After a lengthy conversation, the rep said his boss said they would send a temporary portion out just to close that gap of uncertainty. I paid for more meds but they sent this extra portion through UPS 2 day delivery. My baby missed a pill because this company was too cheap to send the meds via overnight. The supervisor is AWFUL! He was officious and uncaring, at the very least. This company keeps employees who don't care. I even said to this man that he was focused on saving $10.00 and willing to put my baby in peril. This reflects very poorly on this company.
Observe all the negative comments before mine and make your own decision. They lost me as a customer. I'm completely disgusted by their lack of professionalism and heart.
Wow, is all I can say. I had an issue with another online vet supply company for my prescription diet for a dog of mine. The other company claimed Purina was out of stock on their prescription diet food and other products, and there was no timeline as to when they would be back in stock, but I quickly found out this was false information. Pamela, a customer rep from PetCareRX came to the rescue, explaining that they had plenty of stock on my required prescription pet food. She gave me a ton of incredible information about their company and what they provide to customers to save money, which I took full advantage of! Pamela's thorough explanations and detail gave me confidence that this company will be the one I use for all four dogs from now on. Unbelievable customer service, ease of site use, organization of their site and products offered. I can't believe I had not heard of them before. I am a PetCareRX customer for life! Thank you Pamela, for your expertise, professionalism and kindness throughout our transaction!

PetCarerx's web site showed 10 cases of cat food were in stock. Subsequent email confirmed 10 cases were ordered. 5 days later when checking order, as it had not arrived, web site showed entire ordered was cancelled. No email was received advising of cancellation. After 29 minutes on the phone, mostly on hold for a supervisor which never came on, Customer Service had no good explanation of why order was cancelled. Offer was made to reinstate order but only 4 of 10 cases were now reluctantly acknowledged to be in stock. Request for expedited shipping was rejected. Beware of coupon restrictions noted in small print. PetPlus, a program starting at $139.95/year, offerred savings on my order of Purina Pro Plan cat food of about 34%. But the free "Today's Coupon" discount of 25% meant I would have to be spending over $1122/year on this cat food to justify the additional 9% savings offerred with the PetPlus program. I will never waste time ordering from PetCarerx again and risk not knowing if and when my order will ship especially when Customer Service is of no help.

I have been a long time customer of PetCareRx and have never had an issue. Earlier this week I realized I was running out of my dog's daily medication - called and spoke with Gabriella who was SO helpful - she was able to renew my PetCareRx membership which gave me a discount for my dog's meds - which I have already received! Never would have known I could save a few bucks if it weren't for Gabriella mentioning it. Great turn around, great prices and great customer service!

I have a dog with diabetes who requires a lot of expensive food, meds, supplies, etc., so I'm constantly searching for the best bargain on these items. I thought I'd found a good deal with PetCareRx, and I paid for the annual membership to get extra discounts. 1) They inflate the "original" price of products to make it SEEM like you're getting a much bigger discount than you actually are; 2) There seems to almost always be a huge sale going on (e.g., 25% off your whole purchase) that is available to NON-members but not members, so you'd be getting almost the same price without having paid for the expensive annual membership. The real deal-breaker for me is 3) the shipping is SO SO SLOW! Three times now I've had to buy dog food or medicine from another vendor and pay for express shipping because my PetCareRx order didn't ship for ages then was going to take most of a week to get to me. One of those times, they claimed to have difficulty getting a prescription approved by my vet, but they never let me know that in email or by phone. Overall I never feel confident about my orders with them and can't wait to finish out the year with this expensive membership. I won't be shopping with them after that.
