I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.
I'm a new customer and am already impressed. I was unable to find a medication my dog needed anywhere else and they were able to assist and even called my vet for me to get the prescription.
Ms Johnson was very cordial and solved 3 problems for me in one call. She was a pleasure to talk with and appreciate her attitude and desire to satisfy my needs. I thank her very much. WEE

Today I was ready to place my order for 6 months of Simparica Tria for our dachshund and pit bull. My vet has her own on line store; prices are fairly competitive. Although I must mail in an original vet scrip to PetCareRx to validate a prescription medication, simple time management assures that the 5-7 business day turn over does not jeopardize a smooth transition for monthly flea/tick application. About $40 is saved on two 6 month prescriptions.
Only two of my pets were in the Petplus program, so to take advantage of the savings, I added the dachshund to the program... that very day. Miss Peggie had to call me back with the needed information while a supervisor was on lunch. She called me as promised in a timely manner with a significant discount to add my third pet, which extended my membership one more year for all of them.
The information is always clearly spelled out so that the consumer may make an educated decision with truly no pressure. The more pets, the more savings seem inevitable.

Yes, the shipping is free, but plan ahead if you need something sooner than 5 to 7 business days. If you can possibly find the same product for less elsewhere, make PetCAreRx aware. They may be very accommodating to keep your business.

Costumer Service is a joke. Inept, rude, just of comedy of errors. I"ve been waiting for my dog's heart meds for6 days now and I paid next day delivery. Every reason why they state it has not arrived isn't the case but they just keep rattling off these reasons why they are not at fault. IMPOSSIBLE, FRUSTRATING! Its not treats people on the phone, ITS HEART MEDICATION! NEVER AGAIN

Keep 19th century bankers hours, post jibberish on order status, foyr days after they say its shipped., they send another cya email anout USPS habing received information from the shipper... they are the shipper who said it was shipped four days back... East Coast hours but cant reach them an hour ahead of theur posted closing time.

As a petcarerx member, I have been using this company for most of my pets meds for some time. They always have great customer service, but today, I had EXCEPTIONAL service from Theresa Robinson. She was helpful, efficient, friendly, professional and the connection was crystal clear. I felt so valued, it was unreal. Great job!
Petcarerx membership has been an affordable solution to purchase the meds our allergy-prone German Shepherd requires. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of shipping. As a member, it is free, but usually takes a full week. I would love to see 3 day shipping included with membership. Otherwise I have been pleased with petcarerx and although the annual membership is $99/yr, we save more than that annually. If you are just needing heartworm and flea/tick meds, I believe it is more cost-effective to pass on membership. Also, we do have to purchase our Duoxo shampoo elsewhere. Petcarerx does not carry every item we rely on. Yet. All in all, I highly recommend petcarerx.

Joined the club to take advantage of lower priced heartworm meds and for the last three weeks have spent countless hours and phone calls trying to get the charges corrected while being assured it will be taken care of, with unfulfilled promises to return calls with no result. I can only hope to warn others before they get the PETCARE RX TREATMENT!
They charged $135.84 for 6 nexgard chewables. Pet bucket cost is $81.95 and Canada pet care is $58.45. Do not use this company. Can't return meds either

I innocently subscribed to PetCareRX to buy my 3 old rescue dogs' heartworm meds and my blind cat's eye antibiotic. After one year I thought I had FRAUD on my credit card when I was charged $439.95, so I closed it.
Then I got an email that my cat's repeating Rx was cancelled. When I called to ask why, I was told that the reason was that I had refused to pay the $439.95 "ANNUAL FEE"! When I expressed shock at this amount, the rep explained that my 1st years membership was a "Reduced fee" and that my 4 pets amounted to this "regular' annual fee! I told her that I believed this was a DECEITFUL practice, and I felt that a reputable company would not have to use such a TACTIC!

Beware of the membership going up hundreds of dollars!

This company is a shady scam and they don't care about their customers or their pets. I ordered this product on January 10,2019. I had been assured by customer service it would be shipped over night, despite stating it was free shipping. It did not arrive. Days passed and I heard nothing. I reached out to customer service and they said it was out of stock and that they usually have something in place to contact people when that happened, but they checked and for some reason I was not contacted. I was given an in stock date of the 22nd of January. My elderly cat in renal failure was already going without her pills by then but I was hopeful the 22nd would not be too late. 22nd came and went and I was told a date of the 28th. They offered no compensation and even more delightfully, they've deleted my account. I can still check the status of my order with the order number and my last name, so I don't know what they're trying to accomplish. They are condescending and rude in their customer service emails and very obviously just want me to go away. DO NOT ORDER HERE. It is worth it to pay a few more dollars for your precious pets and not support people who do not treat human beings and their pets with any sort of respect.
