I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.

01/07/2022 I ordered 6 cases of wet cat food from PetcareRX, they mailed 5 cases in one package, and 1 case in another shipment.The single case, came on 01/21/2022 was visibly damaged, one of the cans was so damaged it had cat food coming out, 8 cans had visible dents and the seals were compromised on the other 4 cans, air got inside the can.Its clear the cans had a hard impact. I then called Petcarerx and spoke with the supervisor. I provided photos and exactly what I discovered. The supervisor assured me I was getting a full replacement case shipped and an email about the new shipment in a couple days.It never happened, I wrote an email to them, but I was never answered. I had to call on 01/26/22, I spoke with another supervisor, I was told that the case was not being shipped and they will only refund me $13.00 claiming the photos did not show the peel top cans had unsealed, that they would only refund the visible damage. I asked her how she wanted me to prove it and she didn't answer, I said what she was asking of me wasn't possible. I got upset for being misled and treated like a liar, she used that opportunity to gaslight me and told me she won't speak with me if I act upset. I calmly told her that deserve a full refund or replacement. She then acted condescending and said in a chipper bubbly voice " would you like that $13.00 refunded to your card?". I pointed out that if they were refunding the visibly damaged cans, 13.00 only refunded the cost of 6, and I proved 8 cans had visible damage and 4 were no longer sealed and not usable,$13.00 was not ok.The supervisor lied and replied that the case was $19.00 and more than half the cost. I have the receipt and I was charged $26.24. I could not believe the way the phone call went and the way I was being treated, it was unreasonable.The case of food was $26.24 and haven't gotten the $13.00 refund. I have ordered a specific brand of dog food on several occasions from this retail website. One bag had a strange stale odor but the expiration date was within normal range. I contacted PetCareRX about this issue as my dogs became reluctant to eat the food. They pretty much blew me off and said there wasn't anything they could do as the food was not expired. I thought that was pretty weak as I know all they would need to do is contact the manufacturer to get a credit for a replacement bag of food. I thought I would try PetCareRX one more time and ordered another bag of food. Once again, the dog food smells funny and there is no expiration date on the bag. I contacted the manufacturer and PetCareRX about the issue this time. The manufacturer looked up the lot number and said the bag was nearing expiration and sometimes the food can go bad early. They said it doesn't happen often but can occur. They suggested contacting PetCareRX for a new bag since I didn't but it directly from a brick and mortar store or their website to get a replacement bag. I contact Pet CareRX and PetCareRX has a supervisor call me back to say there is nothing they can do since the food is not past the expiration date and basically they don't really care if I feed my dogs spoiled food which will make them sick. The supervisor proceeds to tell me to contact the manufacturer directly, which I have already done, and gives me a wrong phone number for the manufacturer. I call the supervisor back and was told she was in a meeting and will call me back which I doubt will happen. Really stupid and inept customer service which burns customers! I will be writing reviews on this company on every platform possible as this kind of stuff should not happen!

I recently purchased some flea prevention medicine for my dogs through PetCareRx. The site was easy to navigate and I had no issues finding what I needed. I added the items to my cart and saw an option (on the right hand side of the cart screen there is a box you can check if you want PetPlus) for "PetPlus" I read over the program benefits and costs ($65.00) and decided it was not something I needed. I continued to checkout and paid for my items and thought all was well.
The next day I am looking over my credit card charges and PetCareRx has charged me for PetPlus! I used their contact us page and sent a message explaining that I specifically did not click the box to become a PetPlus member and requested a refund. I immediately received an email stating that they would get back to me within 24 hours. Two and a half days later I still have not heard back so I decide to call. The customer service rep was ridiculous. She said that I had to have selected pet plus to get charged. I went back and forth with her over this because I couldn't believe how she was acting when she released this gem of information. She said, "You probably signed up for it accidentally, because that happens all the time." WHY WOULD A COMPANY BUILD A WEBSITE WHERE YOU CAN ACCIDENTALLY SIGN UP FOR SOMETHING AT ALL, LET ALONE SOMETHING THAT CHARGES YOU $65?! Even after pointing that out, the conversation was going nowhere fast. She did cancel the membership and said my refund would be processed in 3-5 business days.
I can't in good conscious recommend this company. Charging my card without my authorization, not responding to customers in the appropriate time frame and rude customer service is not what I need or want when making a purchase. Also, I went back on their website and made a mock order. I got all the way to "Submit Order" and could not find any way I could have "accidentally" signed up for PetPlus.
