I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.
Michelle took time and was helpful. Good service so far with Michelle's explanation and assistance. Lakota's heart meds are back ordered with the manufacturer. Michelle has flagged my account for immediate delivery when they are available. With Michelle's attention to the matter, I believe Lakota will not miss any doses. So far, I am delighted with PetCareRX and will wholeheartedly recommend this company to others. Thank you Michelle!

I tried to order pain meds for my older dog as in the time frame of 30 minutes I was given 4 very different prices. When I questioned them I was told that I should have taken a snapshots to prove it. After it was implied I lie I was offered the higher price item at their higher price but they could not sell me the other prescription because it was not allowed over the state line. I have never been told I had to prove I was telling the truth. I am appalled by their business ethics. I was a customer for many years but am no longer.

They go way beyond the usual "everything on sale" click bait, by calling EVERY time causing concern stating "we have questions about your order", when it is just to solicit for their subscription service. EVERY time they threaten to cancel the order because they havent heard from our vet for approval (inside 24 hrs of order). Additionally, this time, they actually said my VET said they couldnt approve without my increasing my order to include smaller weight size pills because my dogs were over weight limit of pill (I cut in half the larger weight pill). My vet made no such statement. That was last straw for me. The little I saved isnt worth the irritation.

They signed me up for PetPlus ($139.00) a YEAR without notification or consent. I did not sign up for this service. They are incredibly intrusive and call you / send mail pressuring you to pay for their subscription service.
I called for a refill for our elderly lab with hip issues. Meds were very expensive but was told if I signed up for PetPlus I could save $40 per month on the refill. Thanks for helping me save some $$$

I had reason to be helped by Gabriella today and her service was very fast, responsive, and courteous. There was a problem with my account that required cancellation of an order and, after we talked, she immediately went to work to stop the shipment and reverse the charge to my credit card. She was very helpful and patient. In the past I have always received my orders quickly and accurately. I am definitely a fan of PetCare Rx.

For a $50 a year membership, I had the pleasure of paying more than double for my dog's medicine, without notice at my local CVS, using my PetPlus membership, and had no idea until I received my charge card statement. When I checked with the pharmacy about the price, they quoted me a price $50 less than the $78 I paid. PetPlus won't let me cancel my membership and recoup half a year's membership back because they said I saved money with them. I feel like they owe me $100! Stay away from this debacle! Go on goodrx.com to save on your pet's scripts you can purchase at "human" pharmacies and look for coupon codes on the internet to get the best price on Frontline, Heartguard, etc. You'll save at least the $50 membership!
I ordered some meds for my dog but they never came. I called 5 different times (enduring long wait times on each call) and was told someone would get back to me, that the product would be sent. No product, and no call back. Ever. I finally contacted someone to request a refund and a total withdrawal from their program. I'm hoping I'll get the refund, but I have no faith that I will!

Very easy to order, and when Andrew called to confirm order, I was reluctant to sign up for petcare plus, but he finally talked me into it. Really good salesman, in a good way. Didn't feel pressured, he just explained the benefits of joining in a clear, logical way.

I found the customer service to be 1. Quick to answer the phones, 2. Quick to resolve any issues in getting my pets' medications, and 3. Very pleasant to talk to. As for the website, it has pretty good deals on medicines and ships for free.

Company engages in false advertising. Prices and discounts are one thing in your cart and final order but then they change the prices telling you they can't apply the discount or they can't send you the quantity you wanted.

I called to tell Pet care Rx that I never received my package. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and today is Friday! The customer service rep kept calling me by the wrong last name, put me on hold for 10 minutes. They said they could resend the package (my dogs pain meds) express delivery, but I would have to pay first. It was only 9 dollars. I told them I needed the meds today. But the rep didn't seem to care. I said I just want a refund. I went to get the meds at my vet and had to pay double. Customer service at Petcarerx is terrible. I found cheaper prices on Amazon for non prescription pills cheaper. I'm going to wait for my refund then cancel my membership and remove my credit card info.

My rep Andrew was very helpful with my order. I had an issue with my order going through and he clarified the issues and walked me through what need to be done. First of all I found it very easy to navigate the site. I am unable to get my dogs prescription due to the Caronavirus, my vet asked that we use online service and I'm so glad I found Petcarerx. I got a very friendly and helpful call from Andrew, a Petcarerx rep after I placed my order, to let me know they would be contacting my veterinarian and that the order would be on its way. We set up easy monthly delivery, and I saved lots of money. It's great!

The process is very inconvenient for busy people. When I place an online order, it is for convenience, but after I placed my order with them, I had 3 phone messages and 2 emails asking me to call back. The first time I called back, I had to confirm my address which seems strange. I never had to call the company I place an online order with to confirm my address. Imagine Amazon had to call every customer for every order placed... After that call, I had two more phone messages asking to call back. This time, it was to confirm the weight and age of my cat. I did enter her age on the online form, and selected "I don't know" for her weight. Did they think the information changed within 12 hours? This process doesn't want me to order with them again.
Overall good service that keep me well informed. Had some difficulty with getting and submitting the prescription for the medication but understand that the process is what it is. Price was good. Will see how things go with further interactions with the company.

I was comparison shopping for a product and wen through the process to get 75% off the first order. Nothing indicated that this meant you would have to join for an annual cost of $50. The email I received gave an offer code. I was never given an opportunity to put in the code and ended up having the order processed. I called immediately to cancel the order. Customer service person was pleasant and cancelled the order immediately, but had to put in a request to have my "membership" cancelled because my card had already been charged for it. I was promised it would be refunded back within a few days. We will see. Short answer: DON'T BELIEVE THEIR OFFERS.
Peggy was a joy to work with. She helped me make some decisions, was careful taking info about my vets, confirmed everything with me before placing order and encouraged me to join PetcareRX membership.
