I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.
Ayesha Amen was very professional as well as helpful. Took the time to listen and really feel like she was interested in what I was saying. She's a great asset to your company. Hopefully the product lives up to her awesomeness.
I have been ordering from PetCare RX for years. Recently they started this thing where they try and trick you into a membership (with fee) to lower costs. I did not go for it, BUT every time I place an order they call or email that they have questions about my order when in reality they are simply trying to sell me the membership. Once I exhaust my current pup's prescription refills with them I am going to use another company. PetCareRX -- what happened to you?
$100 mysteriously missing from our checking account. We bought Rx meds for our dogs in 2015 from them. Now all of a sudden, $100 charged and we didn't buy anything. We had to cancel our check card for this.

I ordered my pet's medicine on Thursday and told them I needed it sent Federal Express. I said I was leaving on vacation Monday. They said they provided one day UPS service. I expected it on Friday given one day service or Saturday at the latest. It came Monday after I left. When I called them about the $20 that I paid for delivery they said, after talking to a manager, that they would refund half the delivery charge. They were not even sorry my pet did not have her meds. I will be moving my dogs prescriptions.

PetCareRx is wonderful. My dog Buck has a prescription drug he takes daily and will take for the rest of his life. I was having to go to the Vet every month to get the prescription refilled as they would not refill for more than 30 days at a time. It was not convenient at all because of both location and how busy their office always is. Then I found PetCareRx and it has been fantastic. They are so nice to work with. Everything was SOOO easy to set up and now I don't have to do anything or even think about it. The refill shows up in the mail automatically every month. Especially now with the added stress of Covid in our lives. I don't even have to leave the house! Thank you PetCareRx!

Placed an order online late Tuesday evening. Got a call from Alicia the next morning. She told me about wholesale pricing available by becoming a PetCare member. The savings are phenomenal. I almost became a member when I placed my online order but it cost $65 PER pet. I couldn't afford that. So PetCare told me they would give me a two pet memberships for the price of one. Alicia was super nice and knew her product extremely well. Great customer service.

We have been very pleased with the service. Quickly contacts our VET for prescriptions and eliminates that hassle for us. We had originally chosen to not become a member because of the age of our dog. Andrew walked us through the process and explained the savings we could see. He could take our savings back to our most recent order plus the current. Huge savings plus he is able to follow the pets health status.

My suggestion is to order elsewhere. Don't get caught up in their 'club' pricing. Previous consumer review hit that correctly. I ordered 2.5 weeks ago & still no receipt after several emails and calls. Was told couldn't fill part of the order due to shortage. They should have known that when entering the order. The other lbs I ordered apparently is in stock but never received that order either. I have cats that are due REVOLUTION. They've chosen to ignore my last 2 emails sent 5 days ago. My suggestion is to not get caught up in this frustration with a company terrible in customer service and support. Take your business elsewhere. My vet suggested chewy... Vetsource...

When I first called customer service, I was feeling very anxious and not a happy camper. Gabriella came on the line with a voice that was eager to help me and that is what she did. This service really knows how to take care of their customers. They're very kind and want you to get the most out of what you're getting. Cristina Flores was amazingly helpful. It was a bit hard to get ahold of a rep via email or live chat, but I was able to speak to a rep on the phone. My shipment got lost in transit and he was nothing but helpful in getting me a replacement overnighted at no extra cost. They also have a great program that someone getting monthly shipments can take advantage of. Overall, I've had a great experience with this company and would recommend others.

We had a membership for one year and at least twice they shorted us the medication we ordered for our dog. They do not honor replacing the medication they steal from you but did give a refund which is nothing when you need the medication for the pet. We have had several problems with company and they are rude when you have to call to try and get it corrected. We are also concerned about the quality of the medication also as our dog is acting like it is not working at all. Also they keep your credit card information on file even after you cancel your membership. That is unethical and I wonder why(?) they do this.

Our medications are the same as you would essentially get from a veterinarians office and come directly from the manufacturer or licensed distributer. The membership is an annual reoccuring membership therefore an automatic charge would be made annually, however if cancelled which you can do at anytime as its non contractual there will be no further charges to your card. It was a pleasure ordering from petcare rx. Andrew Singer, called me shortly after i placed an order for my dogs medication. Explained to me the benefits about becoming a member and it was a no brainer since the meds I ordered for my dog has to be for the rest of her life and I got it significantly cheaper than anywhere else I've seen. I also am going to start purchasing her food from them as well, since it's more than 50% cheaper here! Thank you for making it such a pleasure and so convenient to get my dog the stuff she needs.

Non existing customer service, they do not reply to emails and their online "chat" is never available (maybe its the time zone? I'm in california, but they still never reply to emails).
Also their discounts and pricing are very odd. They more you buy the more you pay per product!, if you try to leave the site, they will offer you a better pricing. Feels like a market in morocco, nor offence to the market in morocco. Terrible. I paid for pet plus, so i will continue ordering from them, until the "discount" they offer has paid that pet plus fees, than never again. Such a dishonest way of doing buisness, its awful.
Tip for consumers:
search online for companies that conduct honestly. and give you costumer service when you need and ask for it. this company does not provide that, they just lure you into buying from them and saving via the petplus and than raise their prices, not maintain stock, and not reply to emails.

I ordered over $100 worth of pet food. I received an email offering a better discount, stating they could not reach me by phone. I called but the person who sent the email wasn't available. I was told that since my order totaled more than $100 I was eligible for a free one year membership, and they needed a card on file, I was assured that my card would not be charged until next year at the renewal rate. I woke up to a $48 charge. They had no record of who I spoke with that promised the membership, and claimed that the person who sent me the email was the one who offered the membership at a discount, not free. I cancelled the membership that was supposed to be free, and cancelled my order. I can't do business with a company that charges my card at whim, or doesn't tell me beforehand exactly what they are charging and why.
PetCareRX does not stand behind mission statement. "We understand that pets are family and we prioritize your pet's safety and well being"
Barkworthies Elk antlers did not come individually packaged as shown on PetCareRX website. The antlers I received were thrown in a box and were different than what I ordered. Quality control and customer care is horrible. Requested a FULL refund and was declined. Will not order from PetCareRX in the future.

I was contacted by Christina Flores to verify an address. She then pitched membership. At first I was quite reluctant, but she explained the economics of membership, and essentially for only a few dollars I would have the opportunity to save significant sums during the year. I did sign up for a one-year membership. And then she helped me with passwords. She was quite patient and informative. I understand that I have to be vigilant and decide myself whether in one year I want to continue membership. If I do nothing, then membership will automatically renew. Will I remember? I'll let you know in one year.
