I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.
Just got a wonderful call from Andrew regarding my recent order. He kindly updated me with the specifics of the order and suggested a PetPlus option to save me even more money on my order. Thanks again Andrew!

I couldn't get my cats prescription food locally as the company was having distribution delays. I came across your website and with the help of Theresa, an account was established, my vet was called promptly for required prescription and the order for cat food was placed. Not only are they on a prescription diet, they are also picky about their food. Fortunately I received the delivery of their food before I ran out.

This is my second prescription order from PetRX for my little Yorkie, Maggie. They have folllowed up both times to confirm the order and to let me know when it would be shipped. Although I'm not a fan of "add on" selling, Cathy A., CSR, did not push but did let me know that it would save me money in a matter of months to become a member. So I did and I'm pleased. The prescriptions will be less expensive and shipping will be free. Impressive customer service!

My dogs are dead. Now all of a sudden, I keep getting messages only on my voicemail to call *******427 about my order. Two to three a week, this company is bad news, get your stuff from your vet as Petcare will continue to harass you.

I perchance heart worm chewable pills for my dog. I received an email saying that it was delivered on the 21st. Checked the mail that day and a couple days later and still nothing. I called customer service of pertcarerx, and the lady said that I should reach out to USPS. Well feel she could have done a better job, since I did perchance the product from pertcarerx. I guess I can always call my bank and get my money back.

My sweet 140lb St. Bernard Sophie is incontinent, sadly. She is my grandchildren's favorite puppy at 7yrs old. She has been on Incurin for several months now and it has saved my bedroom carpet, thank goodness. When I was informed that her meds were out of stock I panicked and began searching the web for a reliable pharmacy because she can not be without this medication. PetCareRx was the Only service (of 7 I checked with along with my vets office) that had the meds in stock. Cathy has been a very thorough and compassionate representative when we've spoke on the phone and I'm sticking with PetCareRx for all of my pups (4) Medication needs.

Unlike others here who seemed to have had problems I got a great deal on my pet's expensive flea/heartworm med (Trifexis). Promptly shipped. I had one month left from a previous purchase and even though my dog has been on this med for years she suddenly became sick from it and my vet wants to switch to another med. I called Petcarerx. I was able to return the unopened shipping box and get a full refund.

I just want you to know that an employee of yours, Tamara, went way beyond me to assist me in getting the necessary scripts from my Vet, She also informed me that there was an overnight delivery because I needed this medication asap. I was giving the staff at East Valley Animal Hospital the incorrect fax number and Tamara caught my mistake and gave me the correct fax number. Thanks to her the medicine is on its way, shipping overnight.

I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Peggie Johnson. She keeps me aware of what is due and when. She reminds me that it's probably time for heart worm or my membership is about to renew. She is so knowledgeable of all thst is available to me... and willing to help and go above and beyond when we are having issues getting vets to reply to our request for heartworm medication. She always takes care of it quickly and I can see a smile on her face because I hear it in her voice. She is the kindest, sweetest, hardest working person I have ever dealt with. She is my favorite girl and I don't know what I would do without her!

As many of you know when your pets become ill you want the best for them. However, the financial burden of medication and vet care can cause additional stress. When my dog became ill and medication was the only way to give her quality of life - I did much research to find a way we can add this additional bill to our budget without a financial strain. I came across PetCareRX and they were a life saver. I have found that their medications by far are much less than any other web site and their customer service is wonderful. Recently I had to add a medication to my Auto ship and Ashley Raghoo was very helpful. She not only reassured me that I would relieve my dogs medication on time but she reminded me that I had points - (an added benefit to Auto ship) to put to toward my order which saved me even more money. If you are in the same situation, with all honesty you can't go wrong with PetCare RX - They are the best!

I experienced an issue with my pet Abby's online medication refill order getting an approval with her vet for a week of back and forth calls. I called and spoke with Theresa R. To get a status on my order yesterday evening and my order was still pending. She had excellent customer service by reassuring me she would follow up this morning on my order and call Abby's vet to get the refill approval. She has now informed me she got the approval for Abby's refill and am happy to know my 14 yr old dachshund with CHF will be getting her Vetmedin soon, thanks to Theresa.

Web site does not have accurate product display, and I was sent the wrong dog food. I called but in order for me to return the 2 cases of food, I would need to pay for the shipping.
Also, this order was a prescription, and if they called the vet for verification, the vet would not approve what they sent. My vet only approves what is on my prescription.

Peggie Johnson was very helpful and personable. I knew what needed to happen with my pit bull's apoquel prescription but not sure how to get it done. For some reason my vet wrote 2 prescriptions, each with a different dosage. I was receiving the smaller dosage which was doing nothing for my girl. Peggie was so helpful in getting the issue resolved, canceling the lower dose and and setting up a delivery schedule for the correct prescription. She was a joy to do business with and is a true credit to PetCareRx.
