I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.
Great customer service. I really appreciated the care and concern expressed by both. Teresa was patient and knowledgeable and put in the extra effort to solving my problem.

I would give them a zero if I could. The website talks about "we aren't happy if you aren't" and that is a bunch of crap. They don't care about the customer at all. They won't follow the return procedures they have posted online. I have disputed it via my bank and filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I placed an order for an OTC pet supplement which I received a confirmation for and then I got an email asking me to call. I wasn't sure what it was but when I called, it was an up sell for their membership, which I declined. I actually hadn't ordered from them for years but found a good price on this product. After I got off the phone, I received another email but from a different person telling me my order had been canceled due to it not being available. I checked the website and it doesn't show that the item is out of stock, so I wonder if my order was canceled because I wouldn't join the club. I find this very strange.

If your order was cancelled then the item would no longer be available and on manufacture backorder with no soon expected date so it should be removed from the site as well. Horrible customer service worst I've ever dealt with
I ordered from this company first time I have ordered from them because they were cheaper than going to the vet when the box arrived it was open and damaged and there was nothing inside I contacted the company right away and I cannot believe how rude all of the customer service representatives including a supervisor was it was absolutely horrible nobody wanted to help or do anything they told me to contact the post office which I did and the post office told me to contact the shipper the other one fox figure there was one tiny little piece of tape on it I offered to send her a picture of the damage box they refuse to receive it I had no alternative than to disputed on my credit card Which they immediately refunded me absolutely horrible experience I'll never deal with them again

Peggy Johnson is a delight and called me back to tell me she took care of everything. I was low on my dogs medication because I forgot to order it when I placed another order yesterday. I asked her to call her pharmacy and ask them to call my vet directly and not fax the prescription over. She called your pharmacy and followed back with me that they did call my vet directly. I haven't actually received my first order yet, so I guess I might be getting ahead of myself, but so far the process has gone well. The website was easy to use, they had the prescription cat food I wanted, the price was reasonable. I like that I just had to put down the name of my vet and they do the work of getting it approved by our vet. That was all done really fast, and now the order is on it's way. Andrew Singer called me today and the main point of his call was obviously to try to upgrade to their Wholesale deal, which costs money but since I plan on this being a repeat order, it makes sense as a way to save money over time, so I didn't see any reason not to. He is clearly a salesperson and probably is expected to upgrade customers to Wholesale, but he was polite and personable I didn't feel unduly pressured or anything. I get the impression that if any problems arise in the future with an order or with my vet, they are a company who will strive to provide good customer service.

Petcarerx offered me a membership a month ago. I have been ordering cat food and dog food several times prior to my last order. When you place an order, the member ship price shows you the total in your cart. The discounts are automatic and very clear to read. 10 days after I placed my order, I still did not have a tracking number. I sent an email asking where my order was. I received two separate emails stating that they canceled several of my items in the order and that they gave me too much of a discount (not my problem that their website showed me a different price). Instead of calling me, they decide to raise the total price of my order significantly. I called and stated I did not give them permission to charge my credit card any more than what my invoice stated. They very professionally should have called me and got in contact with me if they were not going to honor the price that is stated. I have copies of everything. The representative basically said, "it's too late, we have already processed". Seriously!?!? I will be contacting my credit card company immediately after leaving several reviews and I will dispute it. Just beware! Do your homework and read all of the reviews that people are leaving. I am not the only one.

It would have been extremely helpful and professional to have a customer service representative contact me if they were going to change the pricing on my invoice, charge my account, and explain why. I should have been given the choice if I wanted to continue my transaction. It was a good chunk of money. We are not talking just a few dollars

He brought PetsPlus to my attention, and I did due diligence and compared my Petco Repeat Delivery pricing against PetsPlus; good savings immediately! I have yet to EVER have an order from Pet Care RX processed without incident. They routinely get orders wrong, discounts are misapplied or not applied at all, and good luck getting a replacement or refund on the wrong order that you've already been overcharged for. Go literally ANYPLACE else for your pet needs.

My prescription needed renewal, during this time I had to let go of my male dog due to cancer. I called the company and they switched the quantity down to one dog and shipped it. All was fine until the charged me to double and shipped enough for two dogs. I had to explain that l had to put my dog down to 4 or 5 people, which was unpleasant to say the least.
The first person failed to update the quantity on auto ship.
The second person was just lazy and did not check to see if it had shipped and kept asking me was l sure they only sent me 60 instead of 120 pills. I offered to send a picture of the bottle but was declined.
The third person blamed it on the auto shipping and by then I just said cancel it. Over this span is had talked to 3 people before I was sent to another to close my account.
I again had to explain what happened and how I had to put down my little buddy. I told her to just cancel and stop taking my money and the pets plus or whatever needs to stop - it didn't even have a discount.
Chewy, which we bought treats from, sent flowers to us for our loss. You can bet I am going there, you should too.

My dog is on a medication for heart failure that is out of stock. I called several pet pharmacies and was told "out of stock, not sure when...". When I talked with a pharmacist (or represented herself to be on) from PetCare RX she assured me the medication in the dose my dog is prescribed was even in stock! So I ordered, joined the membership, and called my vet to tell her where her other patients could find the med. The pharmacists told me when I could expect to receive the UPS order and that she would even wave the shipping fee. The med did not arrive today so I logged in to the website for this company and there it was, 'out of stock'. I have requested the $139.00 charge be cancelled. I WAS TOLD BY THE COMPANY "sORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE". If you consider a medication for heart failure not being given for 3 days now an inconvenience, you do not understand the pharmacy side of your business.
We are so sorry for this Donna. This prescription has been on manufacture backorder on and off for a few months everywhere now. We have generally been doing pretty well with keeping it in stock as we have limited customers to a 30 day supply each to ensure fullfillment for all fur babies. Its possible when the order was placed it was available but by the time approved it was no longer available. In that event you can leave your order pending this way is first come first fulfilled. We wish there was something further we can do to help and we know how important this medication is but this is a shortage issue from the manufacturer.
