I have contacted PetCareRx several times for wanting a particular toy for our dog. Gibbs LOVES the Zippy Paws 6 blaster caterpillar so much that he goes through them rather quickly. It seems that PetCareRx is the only site at this time which has this squeaky toy. I found Peggy to be so helpful in finding this elusive dog toy not once, but twice! She also informed me of the benefit of subscribing to PetCareRx for our pup's medical needs. I did sign up and look forward in receiving Gibb's flea and tick meds etc. The 40% discount is remarkable. I will enjoy dealing with PetCareRx in the future. Thanks Peggy, for your over-the-top help!
I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.
It is always easy to order on PetCareRX. Friendly and good customer service. Good emails to notify when dog products are being shipped and discounts on dog items.

An excellent money saver... especially when you have 3 cats. The website is easy to use, products easy to find. When one of my items was out of stock, I was called the next day and I received an email as well. I would like to acknowledge Cristina Flores as the employee on the phone who gave me excellent service.
For the last eight months we have been ordering our dogs heart meds online and they were being delivered to us no problem. Last week the meds we ordered didn't show and we found they were delivered to our old address one hundred miles away. We called and said it wasn't their fault and that we would behave to pay for it again. The supervisor on Saturday would not help us and said the GM would call us Monday which never happened. Terrible customer service and no compassion at all for my sick dog. My bank has reimbursed us and will deal with these morons. Banfield Pet Hospital has refilled the meds and will be our supplier from now on.

Be very careful when you order medication from this company. They will claim you signed up for a membership when you placed your order (cannot provide proof) and then charge your credit card the next year without your consent! What a scam! When you call, they will pick up if they think you are ordering but just try to get to membership. Indefinite hold...

I was called by Andrew Singer after my first order and asked if I was interested in joining the club. We kept missing each other on the phone but finally were able to connect. Andrew was very friendly and professional. I didnt feel pressured at all to join in their club, but really appreciated him reaching out to me to help me save money. As an added bonus, my order had already shipped by the time we finally connected by phone, so thanks for the quick shipping!

So I made my first order and received a voicemail the next day to discuss it. Andrew left his direct phone # and I was able to reach him on the first try. He worked out a resolution to my original prescription on back order and saved me some money. So far pretty good service. I'll update if there's any issues later.

I initially called in upset because I was charged for a membership fee I didn't remember I joined last year looking for a refund but the agent I got on the phone said I can cancel for a full refund, no issues. Easier then anticipated. She then went over the details and savings with me that I had no idea about and got me to keep it. I wish I remembered her name but the membership really makes sense. I use them for my dogs food and prescription now and save so much in shipping alone!

My representative was Andrew and he is very good at his job. I have not been able to get my fur baby Scrappy his heart meds until my niece found PetCareRx. Got a phone call from Andrew went over my order, said order was being filled, then said they were out of the medication. Andrew went over things with me and said he would call me tomorrow. Got an email saying the order was filled and would be on the way.

Be very careful when you reorder with your $50/ 1 year membership. If you are a 'few hours late' they will not honor your membership unless you renew the $50. However, they did say that I didn't recoup the full garenteed discount amount from last year, so they will give that to me WHEN I rejoin for $50. This is surely 'underhanded'. Not good customer care. I did talk to two reps. They are holding strong on THEIR demands.
The Pet Care agent, Tamara, explained the Pet Care Plus program to me which is saving me a lot of money. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. This was really appreciated after waiting about 3 minutes for PC to take my call.
As I buy the same meds for our dog at wherever I shop for pet meds, the price, service and ease are paramount. Pet Care and Tamara delivered in all three categories. Thank you.
