I am very surprised to see all the negative reviews; I wonder if some of them are from their competitors. I've used Petflow for years and have never had a serious issue. If issues do arise, I simply text them and they are quickly resolved. I don't even need to log into their site. I often have to adjust the auto-ship interval, so I had frequent communications with them and every single one has been pleasant. It's like I am looking at a different company here than the one I'm dealing with.
I like PetFlow. The selection is small, but prices are competitive. Cans have been damaged before, and they compensated me. I really hope the company can do well and compete with Chewy. However, lately there have been so many issues. First, my credit card was declined which it shouldn't be, because my account has been used for 10% of its limit. I called card company and they replied there was decline and saw no attempt made by PetFlow. Second, there was no email about the card being declined. Third, I messaged and called, and staff was adamant about the above 2 issues. Fourth, shipping is very slow! Now, I have to order from Amazon! Please, do better, PetFlow!

I have been using PetFlow for a few years now and lately I've had two issues that needed help resolving—one involved a shipper damaging my shipment and sending it back and the other was my mix-up with an AutoShip. In both instances their response was quick, super helpful, very friendly (yes, I talked to a person not an automated response like so many companies these days) and they resolved the problems instantly. Love this company—never experienced such great customer service!

This company came to my rescue when all the other big retailers ran out of my 2 dogs food. They were the only ones who had it in stock and I received it within 2 days to nj from Las Vegas! Pretty impressive! They were also cheaper then petsmart and petco... I would definitely rate them 5 out of 5! Will be ordering again for sure!

My products arrived in less than a week. I did read all the negative reviews, but felt it my duty to leave this 5 star review after my experience. Everything came together and packaged well in the box. I have no complaints.
They've always been very kind, knowledgeable and patient. I received a credit on a product that didn't agree with my dog. I guess the other reviews are regarding prescriptions. I only order food and accessories from them.
Very shady. My cat was on a limited ingredient that was out of stock everywhere. Petflow claimed to have the order in stock which eventually proved to be untrue. I complained to the manufacturer. Low and behold, years later, they leak my email and password to the Dark Web. Stick with Chewy.
Ordered one and set up autoship. First order delayed took 3 days for notification from them. Auto ship delayed for unknown reasons per customer service. Cancelled had to make 3 hour round trip to ensure dogs didn't run out of food. Too long hold on phone as you can't see info or cancel online.
I was a little concerned about ordering from petflow because of some of their reviews however I ordered anyway and have to say I'm glad I did. The service was great and very fast. Everyone Is different and has their own opinions so I suggest you check it out for yourself than decide. I was very happy and will be ordering again. Thank you petflow.
They advertise fast shipping 1-3 days it's been 8 days still no delivery when I called they really didn't care my dog ran out of food luckily my friend had some because you can't buy it local wish chewy sold this food now they have fast delivery and they care

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my on-line order from Petflow. My dog is very picky and they carry his food at a very reasonable price. The only ding I could give is that the limit to receive free shipping is a bit high. But, I was very happy with their service and will be ordering from them again.

This is my first time using pet flow. I was going to order a Be One Breed dog bed direct from the brand's site, when i realized they were charging $35 for shipping. I came across pet flow through a google search, and they had the bed I wanted for the same price as ordering direct and $0 shipping. I ordered the bed sunday evening, it was fulfilled monday morning and it arrived tuesday. Impressed.
Screwed my frenchy bulldog out of his veterinarian ordered prescription diet. They LIE and never even contacted the vet! Below is poor quality dogfood that I waited all day to be picked up for a refund. THEY LIED.Fed ex pic up never arrived and they refuse to refund rancid dogfood.My poor dog has to now wait over one week for the arrival of his canine caviar that is being shipped from 3k miles away! They don't tell you about delayed shipments until AFTER they charge your credit card. This is very poor customer service with all of these employees working straight out of their living rooms. ZERO!

Watch out for unauthorized credit card theft!An upcoming autoship may well be charged months in advance randomly.They will not follow up with your vet and fail to process prescription dogfood.Then they LIE.They are all working from home and they simply do not have any supervisor watching for quality control.This company really is slipshot at best with very shoddy employee supervision.They know that no one is watching to make sure that things get done correctly and that is a big problem.

I had cat food on an auto-ship schedule. The day my order was scheduled to ship, I checked and the order was listed as back ordered. I called their customer service to determine how long the delay might be, an was told it might be several weeks. I received no notification in advance of possible delays. Are my cats supposed to forage in the house for their own food source?

Read on their website that they ship out within 2-3 days. I ordered on Tuesday the 14th. It's not the 21st and I STILL haven't received a notification it sent. My dog ran out of food so I had to buy it somewhere else. Now trying to get in contact with customer service to cancel the order. Terrible way to run a business
Do not sign up for autoship with this site, especially not for time sensitive needs. My dog needs prescription dog food and I regularly had issues with them being "unable" to verify my dog's prescription. My veterinarian tells me nobody from PetFlow had even attempted to contact them to confirm. Not only that, you will not be notified that your shipment cannot be sent until the very last minute or sometimes even after you were already supposed to receive it. Steer clear.
I have an auto ship order of dog food, but went on the site today to order some additional items. That was a mistake. When the order was complete I found I had a browser hijack malware that redirected my home page from a google search bar to the petflow order page. No way to get it off without resetting my computer. Now I am left with time wasting issues to re-establish all my previous websites. I am very upset. Customer service acted like I was lying!

My cat needs a special prescription kidney food diet. Pet flow had a better discount than most sites I saw, and I signed up in October for auto ship every three weeks and got the shipment when expected the first time. However, the November shipment didn't show up at all so I emailed them in the end of November and told them I hadn't received it. I was emailed back and said there was a mix up and they would ship it immediately as well as fix the issue. I then received her November order December 17th and haven't received another order since and it's now March 1st. My cat has a kidney disorder and cannot skip her food.
I do NOT recommend Pet Flow. Especially if the food you need is essential to your pet's health.
Through no fault of their own, the pet food I chose for my dog was backordered. I switched foods and another delivery place had a cheaper price so I went with them. However, Pet Flow is refusing to cancel my auto-ship service despite MANY back/forth emails requesting that they do it.

I ordered fancy feast cans. One case had damaged cans which leaked over all the cans in the case. I called Pet Flow and they said they could refund the 2 cans and that I would have to wash off all other cans. I told them to keep the refund on the 2 cans and logged into Chewy. Take a look at the picture, what are the things that look like seeds, bugs?
Based on an email I received this am from PetFlow advising they had not received prescription approval from my vet, I purchased the product I needed, a new food for my sickly and very fussy kitty, by getting it directly from the vet. The vet did not ever hear from Pet Flow to request the prescription. Less than 2 hours later, I called PetFlow to cancel my order as I now had the food and they refused to cancel, saying it was too late, they had vet approval, even tho' they had just emailed earlier in the day to say they had no approval, and my vet never heard from them. The rep kept talking over me and would not let me get a word in edgewise. I have 4 cats and spend a lot of $$ on their food. PetFlow will never see another order from me after this first and last encounter. Chewy remains the best option of all. They were out of stock so I had to look elsewhere. Won't do that again!
By far, the worst experience I have ever had. Do not order from them. My order has apparently fallen through the cracks. I placed my order on 7/15. I'm still waiting. I tried to cancel the order on 7/21 but they told me it was too late, it was already shipping. It is now 7/30 and I still haven't received anything. Their explanation is poor and no one can tell me what happened. They should shut down. I should have read the other bad reviews before I ever placed an order. Spare yourself the frustration and order somewhere else. Chewy.com is a great alternative. When I ordered from them, I received my order the next day! Again... DO NOT ORDER from them.
I canceled them back in November. My email stated "completely cancel my account" March they decided to charge me again. Which they were not authorized for. I had to wait for them to get the package back to their warehouse for them to do a partial refund! I canceled in November you have no right to charge me anything. I repeatedly emailed them asking for refund and they said they would give me store credit. I will never buy anything from a company that fraudulently charges its customers. Avoid this company!
First I'd like to say I have no recollection of placing a repeat order for my cat food. Possibly I did in a moment of madness. My recollection is I placed one order for two bags of food. I got a repeat order, went onto the site to cancel anymore and was told I had to CALL to do so! How ridiculous is that. I had to take time out of my day to place this call. I will NEVER deal with this company again. Absolutely ridiculous.
