I am very surprised to see all the negative reviews; I wonder if some of them are from their competitors. I've used Petflow for years and have never had a serious issue. If issues do arise, I simply text them and they are quickly resolved. I don't even need to log into their site. I often have to adjust the auto-ship interval, so I had frequent communications with them and every single one has been pleasant. It's like I am looking at a different company here than the one I'm dealing with.
I like PetFlow. The selection is small, but prices are competitive. Cans have been damaged before, and they compensated me. I really hope the company can do well and compete with Chewy. However, lately there have been so many issues. First, my credit card was declined which it shouldn't be, because my account has been used for 10% of its limit. I called card company and they replied there was decline and saw no attempt made by PetFlow. Second, there was no email about the card being declined. Third, I messaged and called, and staff was adamant about the above 2 issues. Fourth, shipping is very slow! Now, I have to order from Amazon! Please, do better, PetFlow!
I changed my mailing address upon my move to California. Petflow shipped my order to my old address in Florida. I called them and reconfirmed my address change. After many phone calls and promises, they repeated this mistake THREE times! I called today and asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. In the future. I will be ordering from Chewy as it is incomprehensible that 6 weeks later, they still can't get it right!
After not receiving reliable updates on my shipment, I called customer service and was verbatim told by their representative that the package will "get there when it gets there." After asking for a manager, which they supposedly didn't not have on site, I was told that their service is simply not reliable during the holiday season. Truly abhorrent customer service. The representative seemed jaded as though this was the 100th conversation that he had on the same issue. It was my first time using this service and it will certainly be my last. I am still awaiting my package.
I ordered dog foo and was told the shipment would arrive in 2 to 3 days because it was coming from a different location, after 4 days I called them and told them I was leaving town and if the shipment arrived over the week end no one would be home and the food would sit in 100 degree weather. I called and spoke to Brea who said she would stop the shipment and call me back and neither one of the things she said happened now I have dog food sitting in 100 degree weather and they cant pick it up until Tuesday. In the meantime the food is rotting in my front yard. This place can care less about your dogs need and at the rate they are going and based on the very poor reviews I doubt if they will be in business much longer.
I wish I would have looked at the reviews for Petflow first before placing my order. First, Petflow shipped my product to the wrong address, even though they confirmed via email and text that the address would be updated to the correct address for the shipment. Secondly, do not rely on their autoship -- they have constant delays so it is not dependable-- like everything else about their company. Their workers demonstrate incompetence and their access to products is unreliable. Some items may be cheaper on Petflow, but you pay a worse price in other ways.

Three months in a row they didn't have my dogs pet food available, so they shipped (and charged me for) me treats instead of food and did not tell me they didn't have the food available. Each time I called to complain they apologized and said that they would apply a credit to my account. Three times. And no credit ever appeared any of those times. I've been a customer for 12 years. No more.

If I could give Petflow 0 stars I would. Their customer service is AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, they take forever to ship items (on the off-chance that they actually have the items available) and will require a huge waste of time on your part to rectify issues that they create. They consistently gone downhill over the years. I've given them multiple chances and each time wonder why I did. I am currently on the phone for the third time with them to rectify an issue. Stay away. While your local pet store might be a few dollars more expensive (or maybe they won't be), it will be worth the time and effort you'll save from NOT giving your business to Petflow.
Under no circumstances use auto-ship! Unless your order NEVER changes from one to another, and you ALWAYS have funds available when THEIR shipping date occurs, this is no program for you! Left me stranded-even after telling them a week in advance-not to ship for an additional week. 800 miles from home and no money in my account. Cancelled account permanently!
We have used petflow for years now, and lived in two different places and never had a problem with delivery. Your dog food delivery dates are up to you, and as I stated before the food is always delived as scheduled and in good shape.
Ordered 2 bags of prescription food for my dogs. I'm on the second month of "we couldn't get confirmation from your vet". My food is late, I'm running out of food with no options. I tried to get them to send the one bag that they had approved and they refused saying they couldn't separate it. I caught the girl on the phone in a lie. If it's prescription food, they are not reliable.
No where on their website can you cancel an item that is in autoship. When you call them, they don't want to cancel your autoship and make it as difficult as possible. When i insisted, they would not send me a confirmation that it was cancelled. My account still shows autoship even after talking to them.

Ran out of food thx to them, and am disabled & cannot go pick up 26.4lbs myself. They are awful and do not care about starving your pet. They are the worst!

I really didn't feel comfortable buying online. But Petflow has been a game changer. My Cheeto needs a special diet, most big box stores and the Pet owners, Petsmart don't deal in high quality Dog food the nearest store to me is a Town away. So with the cost being a few bucks less than the boutique pet store that carries high end food. And the fact it comes straight to my door is a win win here. And if there is any problem or dissatisfaction of your order they are quick to fix any issue. I 100% recommend Petflow for you oets needs.
After being told it would ship today, then 24-48 hours, then no manager to speak to, they all work from home, and being told it was illegal to stop payment on a purchase I cancelled it, and was told it would take 24-48 hours, if they could catch FedEx-absolute worst customer service ever-avoid at all costs! They have Bad customer service and it's hard to cancel a subscription. I had issues with my order taking to long and showing up at the wrong address and then my subscription was continued after I cancelled. My first time calling about the wrong address and late order I spoke to a woman and the second time I called about order delivered and charged me after canceling I spoke to a man. Both were not authentic or apologetic. They seemed annoyed and unprofessional.

I am very happy with petflow. Their phone service is impeccable and prompt. My order is always prompt and correct and if a product is unavailable my auto debit reflects that. In this day and age when product availability and delivery is so iffy I can always rely on a prompt response. My doggies thank you, petflow!

Petflow does not let you cancel any future order. How is this legal? Any lawyer reading this, I assure you there is a class action lawsuit. They also do not let you delete your debit/credit card. They are maddening.
I try twice to order from this company. They have flag me as fraud an won't sell to me. I have asked to speak to the fraud department to clear the error up but they said I could not talk to them. Very frustrated with this company and wish I had had the opportunity to purchase from them. I am very disappointed with customer service as they would not tell me why I was flagged as fraud. Would still like to purchase from them because the pricing was very good and I liked the produce selection. All I asked for was to get this fraud accusation cleared up as it is incorrect.

Collars were back ordered and since shipping is slow I canceled. Pet Flow sent the collars anyway. I called the guy on the phone didn't help or cared. I will never buy anything from them again!
Months of backorders on auto-ship and then cancelations - all without any advance notice. Auto-ship is supposed to make life easier, but this service is the worst service of this type I have ever used. Truly, not worth the hassle.
I placed my order on the 17th and was told it would ship on the 18th. It is now the 22nd and my order still has not been dropped off at FedEx. The website says there could POSSIBLY be 1-2 days delay in sending out orders. They did not say it would be a 4+ day delay. There are a select few places I can order my dog food online and I was very reluctant to order from this company with a number of already negative reviews. However, since individuals in my household have underlying health conditions we cannot risk leaving our home to go and track down dog food during this pandemic.
My dogs are now out of food, with no estimated delivery date. I contacted customer service and explained my situation. She told me she would check the status of my order tomorrow. No other help provided. I will never order from this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone even in the most desperate of circumstances.

Don't order from pet flow. I placed a order on Saturday. They never shipped out my order! This is the worst place that I ever order from in my life! What a scam! Customer service is terrible when I called about my order. They said that they are waiting from confirmation from my veterinarian. They never even tried to contact my veterinarian. I ordered from chewy and they got confirmation from my veterinarian the same day for the same cat food and shipped it out that very same day. I would have ordered from chewy however they are temporary out of the cat food for a week now. And because I ordered from PetFlow my cat will have NO food now. So thanks for your terrible service!
I have used this site twice as I thought it would save me money as the prices were slightly cheaper than Chewy. Well as of right now there is no savings as they sent me items I have not ordered and charged me for them. Having to put a stop on my credit card to stop payment as I have been promised a call back from a manager that never happened. Called back and told again that someone will call but really who knows when or if this will happen. I spoke to another person that used this site and exactly the same thing happened to them. Unless you do Auto Ship the order appears to have an issue so then they say they have to handle it personally but have to do it at a later time when system is fixed (this happened BOTH TIMES I ORDERED) So now they have your credit card details and appear to add extra items when they put the order through. Then seems no way to fix it as no call back ever happens.

Very poor customer service. I had a placed order for prescription pet food. Order was cancelled 3 times over a 2 month time period. Only the 3rd time was I notified that it was cancelled. First they claimed that the vendor was backlogged but they didn't bother telling anyone who had an order pending - they just went a ahead and cancelled. When your food doesn't show up and you call that's when you find out. Then they told me a i a valid prescription on 2 different phone calls over a weeks time. Then they cancelled order after that due to "expired prescription. If they had fulfilled the order 2 months prior when it was placed the prescription was valid. Only harmed parties were me and my pet. They were completely useless. I am hopeful that i can find some food my pet may eat without becoming seriously ill again. Don't use Petflow!
