I am very surprised to see all the negative reviews; I wonder if some of them are from their competitors. I've used Petflow for years and have never had a serious issue. If issues do arise, I simply text them and they are quickly resolved. I don't even need to log into their site. I often have to adjust the auto-ship interval, so I had frequent communications with them and every single one has been pleasant. It's like I am looking at a different company here than the one I'm dealing with.

Would NOT recommend this company. I ordered 4 cases of dog food for my two pups and, after not receiving any information about shipping my order, I called Petflow, and was told by the rep on the phone these guys' fraud department cancelled my order with no explanation given. I'm absolutely flabbergasted. This is a totally unprofessional in my opinion.

Yeah, I understand my mistake in this. I forgot my apartment number in the ordering process, but it would've been reaaaallly nice to know that before you guys cancelled my order without emailing me. Now my boy has been eating digestive health food instead of what he really needs, which is urinary tract health food, because I was under the assumption that my cat's special food was still coming. Thhaaaanks.

Seems like it would have a bunch of great deals. I'm just disappointed in the absolute lack of communication. If you order, and your food takes well over a week to arrive. I would email customer service. They might've just cancelled your entire order.

The company keeps sending packages and charging even though we never signed up for recurring shipments. This is the second time we've called to cancel and ending up with Tiffany on the phone was the icing on the cake. If you'd ever like to have every single word you say contradicted, ask for her. She made cancelling (again) far more difficult by insisting on arguing that we actually do want the shipments. Strange tactic when someone's explained they do not want the product. They won't accept unopened packages back for refund and also won't send any digital or physical confirmation of cancellation, so next month when we have to call again she can tell us we've never reached out to cancel.
I placed an order at PetFlow.com on Tuesday. I got an email on Wednesday explaining they were out of stock on the product they sold me. I promptly called to cancel the order. The representative on the phone explained they have half of what I ordered. I replied that I don't want half of what I ordered, so please cancel my order. This where the apologies and excuses began. I thanked the representative and ended the call. I went to PetFlow.com and attempted to use their Live Chat feature to cancel my order. More apologies and excuses. So now I am getting half of what I ordered, there's nothing I can do about it, and I can't wait to find out that their billing is as bad as... everything else.

Placed my order waited for vet verification to find out there's no food. I think this place wants your pets information for nothing. Very scratchy to think they got my information plus my pets knowing they had no food for my order. Makes me wonder why a company does that. They go threw third party places to get what's being sent out as well. Pet flow is a joke if you want your order and right then go elsewhere. Definitely won't ever make this mistake again. Worst place ever!
Ordered dog food with a few toys on Wednesday night. If you're a pet store, and somebody orders dog food well before the weekend, you ship it out before the weekend. RIGHT?! Never again with these people. Have fun losing money on this order. What an absolute joke of a pet supply company. Unbelievable incompetence and lack of caring.
Not only are their prices extremely high, they have very little product in dog food. They also like to offer a 15% discount for first time users that you cant actually use on your pets products. It's a rip off and not worth my time or money.
I purchase these chews for my dogs as they are reasonable price and Chewy.com stopped carrying them. But they constantly send junk email, even when I opt out I still get 3 or 4 emails a week. They also offer "free" items with purchases over such and such amount. Twice now I have ordered more than I needed just to get the free item and twice they have come back and told me it was no longer available, but they don't tell you this at the time of purchase. Also they take forever to ship. Chewy.com is either the same price or cheaper for most items and the shipping is way faster and they even offer customer satisfaction. I only with Chewy still had the chews my dogs like.

Despite not utilizing the authorship feature, Petflow consistently double shipped my orders for dog food. Once I got to the point of having 45 lbs of food for my 20 lb dog, I decided that enough was enough. Their phone support staff is very friendly but clueless as the numerous calls I have did no good. Their response; You are on Auto-Ship... Too many other options out there to purchase dog food on line.

I had ordered a medication for my pet, then was called by them to say my vet required a visit before issuing the prescription. So I went to another pet retailer to save money. About a week later I receive an email from pet flow saying the prescription is on its way. When I called to say I didn't need it their attitude was too bad we sent it, no refunds no returns. Over a hundred dollar prescription. Really the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Will never use them again.

After my order being cancelled I don't know maybe three times? I emailed them to get it cleared up. I explain I moved and got married and mention perhaps it's my maiden name. Ryan tells me fraud says not to process so first i ask okay what's the reason and do I need to call. Ryan says they can't give out that information, so I call to clear this up and basically get told to order from another company as I'm considered a fraud. So ridiculous and unhelpful. Ryan's customer services needs work.

I never write reviews but didn't want anyone to go thru what I did with this company, dont order prescription anything from this company! They DO NOT care about your pet at all... I placed my order and left enough time for delivery before my pup ran out of her food that she has to have, she cannot eat anything else without getting sick. Tried to contact company when it never arrived and was told they were unable to make contact with my vet even tho the never left any message and are linked to my vet via computer. Waited a second week with my vet trying to make contact and was finally told they did get thru and script was approved and food would be on way shortly... almost a month later received email stating my order was cancelled due to the fact they didn't even have the food and were not able to get it... I will never deal with this company nor will anyone I know..
My auto-ship was substituted and shipped prior to me being notified. Once shipped I got billed and cannot get a credit until the product is returned. Given I never ordered this I would expect better service.
Their customer service people can take no action and if stuck you magically get disconnected. I will not and would not buy form them again.

I placed an order for my dogs food about 5 days before she was going to run out. After almost two weeks without food, I checked the status of the order only to find out that they didn't have it in stock, but they never notified me either.
On top of all their BS, they still charged my card and let my dog almost starve (Thank goodness for CHEWY.COM). Now I have to fight the charges for something I never received. This isn't like clothes shopping online, this is a living creature, have a little respect and notify customers of order cancellations before it's too late.

My last order i just received, the food was EXPIRED expiration date of 02/2021. I was told the food was shipped from there Las Vegas Warehouse. When i called Pet flow they didn't seem to concern. Was told sorry will issue refund. Very unacceptable almost three years expired. My Dogs been sick for two days.
I switched from another auto ship company mainly because of PetFlow's charity work.
Now I've been waiting a week for my food to arrive; not really their fault, but they are refusing to respond to my emails asking for a refund...

After placing my order of over $200.00 and processing my payment with the $50.00 coupon that was advertised on their website, I noticed two charges on my Pay Pal. They had split the order and not applied the $50.00. This company is horrible and if happened to my order, I am more than certain that is happening to others. Check what they charged you, they call it an error. Certainly, an error in their favor. Staying with Chewy, they are great. Petflow will never compare.

Ordered prescription pet food for dog receiving oncology treatment. Shipment was to be the same day. My account profile said shipment had been made. SIX days later I receive an email stating PetFlow is experiencing problems having the vet approve the prescription. Vet -- part of a national chain of veterinarians -- said they were never contacted. Other online pet supply company contacted the same day as PetFlow said they had not received authorization was able to ship the next day to me.
Be careful of autoship. You need to contact them via phone or email to cancel it. If they make mistakes they don't own up to it. If you order food and your pet doesn't like it, you're stuck with it, unlike other companies. I can't take the chance. Deodorant crystals leaked all over the food. The prices are fair but you really don't get good customer service until you beg for a refund or a return. They won't take any open packages. Customer service is key in this day and age and unfortunately petflow doesn't seem to have it. I have been a customer for a year, so I gave them several chances to improve, being a small business and all. And nothing changed for the better, unfortunately.

I submitted an order with a coupon code, received a confirmation email stating my order would be fulfilled from their warehouse and my credit card was charged for the order. I never heard from them again until, two weeks later, I got one of their many spam email advertisements in my inbox and remembered my order. I logged into their site where there was no record of my order. I searched and found my email receipt and inquired about my order only to have them tell me they cancelled it because the coupon code had reached its limit. They then offered to fulfill the order without the coupon code substituting one of much less value. At minimum they are a poorly operated site, at worst they are scammers. Best to just go with known legitimate sites and avoid these people like the plague.
I have a standing order, it didn't come, I called, the representative blamed me for their screw up. She told me order would be sent that Monday, I tried to confirm what being sent but she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and no answer, I left messages to call me back to confirm order, no call back. I got order and it only has treats in it even though my standing order says it includes the dog food.
Addendum- I called today and the person I got was really helpful and nice. He really could not have been nicer. He said would have manager call me about the other representative. Then team member also called and was very helpful and apologetic. So I guess if get right person service good.

We ordered food, a kennel, and a bed for the new poodle puppy we were picking up on Monday 7/5. Got an order confirmation and email with FedEx tracking for delivery on Monday. So we headed off to get our new girl expecting her supplies to be at home when we returned. NOTHING was delivered. On Tuesday afternoon we received her kennel and an email saying her bed was out of stock. We had already set up an old kennel we had with some bed pillows and it worked fine so didn't really need the new one. Still no food?! Petflow said FedEx must still have the box and it should be here Wednesday. Nope, today is Thursday... FedEx does not have the food so I guess it was never shipped. We cancelled the food order, still waiting for the bed, and no longer really need the kennel (but they charge fees for returns so guess we are keeping it. TOTAL WASTE of time with the Petflow run around. Will stick with CHEWY - they have been great for 10 years, but don't carry new pup's food.
UPDATE: Received tracking info for replacement order of food at no cost so have changed review to 3 stars. Now waiting to see if it arrives.
