Would have appreciated even a few days of advanced notice to cancel a membership before backing my way into a contract I knew nothing about. $100 down the drain between my annual fee and early cancellation and I'm never going back. Don't believe their "no commitment required/$10 a month" marketing scam and learn from my mistake in the future.

Horrible Company.

Bad policies to scam customers. Bad hours of operations. Bad management. Planet Fitness needs to close down faster than blockbuster.

Trying to rip me off for $70, when I can't use them after work. Changed my bank account. Good luck.

Then saying I have to cancel in person when I signed up on the internet.

First time i went there was only because my main gym was closed that day, so i was like hm im going to hit a quick leg workout, so i wore my slides as usual, 30 minutes later i get kicked out for wearing them, plus got yelled at for having my gym bag next to me cause i dont want anyone stealing it, never coming back, worst gym in history if you can ever call it a gym, do not waste your money or time in there

I am writing this review for the Planet Fitness in Limerick, PA. Overall, the equipment is pretty good, however, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The main floor has hairy dust throughout, especially under the equipment and beneath the electricity bars around the treadmills and elliptical machines.The sinks in the men's bathroom have SCUM buildup in them. I've talked to managers and employees on different occasions. The problem is resolved for that day, but the buildup begins again. Clearly, there is no scheduled cleaning of the bathrooms and no inspections by management. It's my understanding that the women's room is just as dirty. It can't be the lack of employees, since most days several of them can be found sitting on the floor behind the desk on their phones.

Unprofessional staff, women staff very rude, uneducated, manage not trained staff very well, treat customers so bad, poor management, I got membership over 10 years but this time very disappointed, I will stop membership and never happy come in there workouts any more, recommend some one go other gym, no more planet fitness

I bought my daughter a yearly membership primarily so she could use the tanning salon Customer service closes at 4 o'clock which is ridiculous. She just went to tan and I guess they claimed you need to wait 24 hours to 10 and it was a state law but I checked and it's not it's a recommendation so we won't be renewing a membership at $400 a year. Good luck with them trying to get new members they can put as many ads on TV is they want and it's not gonna fly

And eventually work out - if you have the time to wait for the "snowflakes" and 30 and 40 somethings to get off the equipment. At this club ( Parma, Ohio) they like to come in, plop down on a machine and text - some for quite awhile before actually doing something that resembles working out. I mean if you want to do all your routines, you might not get them done in one night waiting for one to finish texting. Other than that, friendly staff, a clean facility, and closeness to home make this place damn convenient especially if you have to wait for your machine!

Great place for physical and mental health because I have everything I need. Excellent appliances, everything clean and a team of employees note 10! I would like to let you know about one of your Employee Luis is one of the best one. He is very hard worker. Very professional, very informative and always ready to help any body who need him. He is extra mile Employee, which is not easy to find in now days. Thank you Luis!and Planet Fitness to Hired someone like Luis.

Desk help rude and too busy on their phones to answer questions,asked about the trainer help posted was told it was filled (I'm an older trainer 56)sign is still there,neck tattoo kid behind the desk mouthed off to me...why does this place only hire kids?
