They will happily process an order (and take money) with no ability to actually provide the product. Phones do not answer, emails and DM's rarely responded to. They cannot tell you whether the order has shipped or when it will ship, just a constant 'we are doing our best', 'we are overwhelmed', possibly 5 business days (which you will hear multiple times - standard response). And if you want a refund - that will be 10 business days. Check their social media, they have multiple disgruntled customers.

I have made an online purchase of Rapid Antigen tests on the 02/01/22 when they were still available. The money was taken but until today I haven't received a confirmation order or even an update on estimate arrival. Pretty disappointed due to the lack of communication.

Obviously, during this time rapid antigen tests are hard to find, and the whole industry and supply chain is under pressure. This order was placed on 3 January, and fulfilled on 4 January via pick up from warehouse. Could not have been easier or more efficient, especially under the circumstances.
I had been trying to locate an order which had shown to be despatched almost a month ago. Australia Post suggested I contact sender as parcel had not ben scanned. After a few days of attempts via phone, I finally got through to Nat and glad that she was on the other end of the call.

What I like about Platinum Health Supply is the pro-active approach to ensure their customers including myself being informed of the supply even to the point to whether the supply has been delivered. Of all the retailers I have dealt with online that's the first for me. Well done!
I found it very easy to navigate the website, including using the search field, and as a 1st time customer that was great that I was able to make the order and payment without logging on to be a member and requiring to sign up or sign in.
I was not aware of Platinum Health Care until I did a Google search for nitrile examination gloves and was pleasantly surprised when I found the gloves I needed and impressed that the order was processed and delivered very quickly.
I have a severe physical disability and have many carers providing personal care and all of the carers prefer nitrile gloves due to the "feel" of the glove and for me personally the gloves are very smooth when they are used to apply cream or lotions compared with some other gloves that catch and pull hair.

It was easy to purchase online, and I have the option to pickup onsite to overcome any shipping delays.

I received parcel to find that the sanitizer I purchased had leaked throughout the parcel damaging the box that the gloves had been in. So would of been nice if sanitizer had been wrapped to protect its contents and that of the remaining item in my parcel.

I appreciate the service provided and how extremely difficult the circumstances have been for everyone involved. I have to admit I was concerned with the timeframes however given the situation everyone is in, the turnaround was pretty impressive.

I appreciate the service provided and how extremely difficult the circumstances are however I've emailed twice and not yet been able to obtain an ETA for the tests I ordered on 03/01/22. I've received the email communications that apologise for the 5-7 day delays however it's now been 9 business days since I placed my order and I have no indication on when I can expect to receive the tests. A few of the emails have ask me to advise if I want to cancel my order which I certainly don't, we really need the tests!

Great online shopping. Although there was a delay in receiving my order this was no fault of the Supplier, rather a huge volume of orders. Goods duly arrived which is the main thing.
Great customer service, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the important products they sell (I purchased PPE). Products are affordable, regulated and Australian made (in the case of the N95 and surgical masks I purchased).
