Hello Roberto. Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm very happy to hear about the positive experience you had with our platform. :)
I bought 200mil STO energy credits. Seller contacted me, we met inworld and got my EC. Easy peasy. Cheapest rates around!
Tip for consumers:
All you one star tryhards out there, have you never used eBay before??? Same concept here. Look at the seller feedback first before you buy! Lots of naive suckers out there.

Thanks a lot, Frank! Happy to hear you were able to get your Kronos fast. Looking forward to seeing you more on the site! Have a good day. :)
Ive been waiting almost an entire day now, for an order promised in less than 30minutes. The website is saying payment verification, except they already charged my account. I want the product i paid for, if thats not going to happen then legally need a refun or im taking legal action. This has been the most stressful online transaction I have made in my life. When i say their customer service is bad, that word simply does no justice. If it were possibly to charge you stars i would, when you recieve as many bad reviews your buisness should honetly be blacklisted, or have a face with a name, that way its easier to know who to take to court for fraud. This account was over $500 that is no joke at all, I get it in LA thats probaly your lunch and a side of voss water, but over here that money takes a while to save up with hard work, so you could only imagine how upset someone would be when they are getting scammed for so much. To all those looking for gaming services, head this warning, unless you have like 2-3months available and the patience of the dali lama then sure deal with this company. But if you appreciate your time and don't want to receive about 1k more stress wrinkles, avoid this at all costs, learn from me, be better. Evil can only wonder the earth for son long, the sun rises every day. Sincerly, A hurt mother F'r

Hello Alex,
You are not being scammed. The order verification happening is our natural process of validating the user's identity and his/her authorization for the payment. We are doing this to prevent payment account theft and fraud. I'm afraid the documents we received on ticket 607629 are unclear and we them need to be in clearer/higher resolution copies. The $500 charge will be automatically and fully refunded back to you and it's not being taken from you permanently; it's actually not with PA yet and is just on hold by your provider.
In case you'd like to skip the verification process, kindly cancel the order to get the refund back then use Coinbase as your payment as that skips the verification process.
I'm sincerely sorry for any inconvenience and stress this has caused you, Alex.
Best regards,
Richard
Hello guys,
As you can read from my previous reviews I have had some bad experiences, they have been solved so far, however the current ongoing issue is the worst I have ever seen in two years on this website.
I have never ever been so frustrated and angry towards a company, I had a good run, always fixed issues within an hour. Always processed orders, answered my emails on time. However they decided to suddenly stop my disbursements, freezing all my payments, without notice. This is because of a customer that got banned decided to report the account as stolen, the order was from 2016 October:

Meanwhile I'm desperately trying to get in contact with the buyer, trying to give him a refund:
https://puu.sh/xaNql/6d1804edb3.png
The other one has already been fixed for over 10 days:
https://puu.sh/xaNtT/*******be2b0.png
The annoying thing is about this, is that my emails are getting sent into limbo. There's a automated response for every reply I sent, for every email I sent saying that the issues are fixed.
Here you can see what I'm talking about, PlayerAuctions informed me at 31 July while I have already been blocked for over 3 weeks at this moment:
https://puu.sh/xaNCf/0e6247afa9.png
Asking for help, with text at the end of the email begging for them to make me refund him:

Here's the proof, and also a picture of what is comming to you if you start selling here:

This is an update to the original review which is added below THIS update, which shows you EXACTLY what is wrong WITH PICTURE EVIDENCE.
So, let's get in depth.
I'm a pretty big seller with close to 700 positive feedbacks, as off now, I have over $1.2K in hold because one of my buyers had an issue with his account in NOVEMBER 2016. This problem has been ongoing from 25th April.
This is the initial order which caused the block:
My funds have been frozen since 25th of April:
What exactly is on hold for a seller like me:
Now, as I have explained down here, there are a lot of things wrong with the system.
I have already contacted the customer and SOLVED it with him as you can see here:
https://puu.sh/w73Ne/468e487fe3.png
https://puu.sh/w73Qk/475e*******.png
https://puu.sh/w73TC/fcf530dd5e.png
https://puu.sh/w73XY/fc911f51c1.png
Now, here is where the absolute CLOWN FIESTA starts, I am LITERALLY BEGGING for help in the chatbox:
https://puu.sh/w743i/79fe9499a4.png
https://puu.sh/w744C/c36e19d920.png
https://puu.sh/w747f/f567b44e0b.png
https://puu.sh/w749j/a*******c0b9.png
https://puu.sh/w74ae/4610f0c3c8.png
Now this PlayerAuctions worker on SiteJabber is an ABSOLUTE joke and proof WHAT is wrong with PlayerAuctions, he's left a reply to my original review saying he would help me out, I have sent two different messages, along with ALL the order Ids. No response after 3 days.
But I can still see him replying to other people with the same automated response?
You can see it here:
https://puu.sh/w735Y/f38f3b1f2b.png
https://puu.sh/w7381/233d5a9635.png
Now this guy is ignoring me, while saying the same stuff to everyone else:
https://puu.sh/w74hX/f*******a64.png
Now please guys, please before you start engaging business with this website, keep in mind, THESE are the people you are paying a 10% fee for, you rack in money while they treat you like the dirt underneath their feet.
I am just a student trying to make a living and I can't afford just suddenly getting my income stopped because a person had an issue of a $65 order ( WHICH I CAN'T EVEN REFUND?)
So EXTREMELY dissapointed and disgusted.
Tip for consumers:
Keep in mind that these are the people you are dealing with once things go wrong, they are making empty promises, once things go wrong expect your income to be gone for the next months while you try to desperately try to fix it.

Hello everyone,
I have started selling on PlayerAuctions on December 2015, in the beginning of 2016 there were absolutely no problems, the marketplace were not saturdated with scammers, botted accounts etc.
A few months later problems started to occur, the market, now having boomed from MAX 800 offers to over 5000 offers has started to sell " Featured Seller Spots" which makes a seller promote their sales for $5/ day with 3 leading offers.
Booking a spot on that featured seller list is quite easy, but the person selling those spots is to be contacted on Skype. While I gotta say, featured seller spot is a good addition to the website, the person in charge of the Skype profile is the most unproffesional person I have encountered so far. From making silly remarks, to being sarcastic about your questions, to downright ignoring you, this is where PlayerAuctions fails.
The customer support is absolutely terrible, the people who are there to help you can't do anything about your problems. Your problems will get sent to someone else to "review the case" which is basically sending your problems into limbo, you will never get your case reviewed, and it will mostlikely be put in a dumpster.
A few months after this, let's say, mid 2016, they introduced a "Paid Insurance" which makes buyers put an insurance on their accounts, which makes them get their money back after they feel like they have been scammed.
What this does is that it makes the buyer, that has bought a $5 account freeze your entire account ( keep in mind that you can still sell), and your pending payments.
Ofcourse, you want to get this lifted from your account, sending your case/ account into limbo, sometimes having to wait weeks or even months to get your " ban" lifted.
So, let's say an other seller bought a $5 account with insurance on PlayerAuctions, they can screw you over by marking the trade as fraudulent. Me, I am a seller with over 700 positive reviews, so I have had my share of problems and issues with the website and it's buyers.
On the buyers side, it's also not any better, people who have had their account stolen, their botted accounts ( these will ALWAYS get banned) banned, they will NEVER see their money back, unless they take matter into their own hands and open a claim with PayPal. As a seller, I can't help a customer who's had their account banned, because I am not allowed to refund, they have to contact customer live support, which has since a month BEEN DISABLED WITHOUT NOTICE.
This means the live support, which atleast made you feel like you matter just a little bit has been disabled. They have now only got the e-mail support which makes you wait days or sometimes week for a proper response.
This site has gone from bad to worse, and I hope this is rockbottom from them, and if they don't fix their issues soon they will lose traffic, of that I'm sure.
Anyone who is planning on buying/ selling here, please be careful, and know what is comming for you if things go wrong!
Greetings,
Luclevon
P.S.: They've also disabled thumbnails for your salesthread which completely takes away the personal touch to a sales thread, this is one of their worst implementations.

Thank you very much for the kind words for our staff, Florence. Much appreciated!
First of all, Look at all the '5 stars' review. They are fake as HELL, clearly wrote by PlayerAuctions themselves. No details on anything. But look at all the 1 star reviews, clearly exploiting their scam methods and how they are fake.
I'll make this clear. I am a buyer, I had total of 4 transactions with PlayerAuctions.
- Gold trade - I bought 20M gold for RS, they sold me a black gold. (but at least i got it)
- Account trade - HERE'S WHERE THEY SCAM! They reclaim their accounts AFTER few months. For me, it took them 8 months before I realized the account is under a different email address. + It automatically gives them a thumbs up after 30 days. So I contacted the PlayerAuction. They said ok. But in reality, nothing happens.^^^^^ I BET it was PlayerAuction themselves selling the account. So their rating has fake 90% and whenever they sell, they make free $100+.
- Cancelled order - they will act like they don't ****ing know. I had to contact Paypal and Credit card company to get my money back.
Conclusion: DON'T USE IT! Like i know u are reading this because you aren't sure if the website is legit or not. IT IS NOT! U WILL GET SCAMMED, ESP ACCT. 100% WILL GET RECLAIMED/TAKEN BACK BY THE OWNER.

PlayerAuctions runs a marketplace for buying and selling characters, virtual goods and virtual currency from massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs).
PlayerAuctions was started in 1999 by a group of gamers in the states. It was one of the first player to player marketplaces around, becoming a famous hub for earlier games such as Ultima, Diablo 2, and Everquest. It survived on a small scale for years and grew entirely organically through word of mouth, until PlayerAuctions was acquired by Itemmania in Korea.
Being rebuilt from the ground up with proprietary risk management systems, and investment meant to provide a stronger support network for gamers, PlayerAuctions was re-launched in 2008 with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Korea. Since that time, PlayerAuctions has supported hundreds of games and activities within the wider gaming industry.
At the end of 2013 underwent a structure change to a Product structure which has shifted development focus to an agile development system which resulted in many product expansions in 2014 including Gaming Accessories, CD Key Sales, Cosplay, Trading Cards, and Software Downloads. PlayerAuctions also opened a new support center in Manila 2014 to directly manage and control the quality of services rendered to its users.
Thank you very much for the positive feedback and recommendation, Niklaus.
