Never had any issues with the site. Services perform admirably and the security portion is top notch. They take payments seriously perhaps a little too seriously but I appreciate it just the same. More deals to come good sirs!

Stay far away from this site, they don't utilize any of the standard visa or other safe pay systems.

They don't give you any reason for why the order was closed!
Instead of verifying our user accounts like other reputable sites, they have some sort of risk assessment system in place that basically just takes you money and closes the order.
None of the other payment options work,
G-pay comes up with random errors
Apple-pay comes up with a link that cant be used.
Their resolution/ help center say go buy crypto currency and pay with that!
So basically they only want to be payed so their is no paper trail.
Use at you own risk!

Crypto is only offered as a solution for users wanting to skip verification, since crypto already has their own verification process from their end. In your case, however, I wouldn't recommend trying on the same order and if you'd like to purchase again, my advice is to try after a few days but from a different seller and preferrably, one with a lower price point.

Used for many successful sales in the past, but having an issue with an order on player auctions for over 10 days now waiting on a disbursement over $500. I really need someone to look into this! It's order/offer # *******. I've sent a lot of emails with evidence that buyer is happily playing on the account he bought from me, but my order seems stuck in mediation. Got lost maybe? Who knows. No replies after it was escalated to mediation even though the buyer just didn't see the email with the login info PA sent him. I have 100% rating on PA for satisfaction, and now can't even get a reply from customer service or mediation or... well... anyone. It's long past the time this should have been resolved and I get just no communication at all.

I have bought and sold on playerauctions for years and have never had any issues. Purchasing through reputable sellers is a must as they do not want to give up their reputation over a messily $50. It's about smart purchase and selling, don't go and buy an account over 100$ with someone who has 5 feedback. Be smart.

Using PA.com few years doing well but got some issue currently, i am on rage by now.
My money stuck at PA.com side then they still did not refund.
Live customer support broken, no respond support ticket, their phone number useless. And PA.com keep saying that "please contact through to my twitter and facebook".
A company doing 15 years still in garbage like this.
What should i do now?

I discovered playerauctions a long time ago, back in original Everquest days, over a decade ago. I've used them a number of times since, with good results. In particular, lately I've had amazingly fast response and effortless transactions, good communication from the users. I like that you can get a variety, not just gold but items as well. One feature I like is the security -- the money is held until the buyer and seller confirm successful transaction, which alleviates any worries about fraud or charge-backs.

PlayerAuctions provide a good platform for trading electronic game accounts, items. However, there are some dodgy sellers. It is best you check seller feedback carefully and do as many checks yourself as possible. Always best to avoid the dispute resolution process (it can be a very long process).

This site is full of scammers. They're very fast in charging your bank account or credit card but will take centuries to return your money back. Also, they're selling stuff like game accounts and gold non legit from non-original owners. Be careful and good luck if you still buy to this site...

I bought an account paid the insurance next day player took account back. Filed a dispute with pictures and email communication confirming. Bought insurance, no matter what information you have it will never be enough to claim on the insurance. SCAM save your money do not deal with this company. Horrible support

As stated above. In addition to that, the staff was very rude and they claimed to have "Investigated" the retrieved account claim. Will never return, and now that I've found a better gold/account selling rates. PA isn't anything more to me than just an abbreviation of the state 'Pennsylvania'.

Offers are legit and they have a nice community of sellers. Communication is generally fine you will stumble into some vague details every now and then best to just move on and find a different offer.

Have had to place two different orders, had to cancel first order because it was stuck at verification despite all instructions being followed and am yet to receive a refund for this attempted purchase, created a new order and now I'm back at square 0, having payed twice as much as intended just to receive nothing, would not recommend, doesn't work properly and receive uninformative automated responses which just make the experience even more frustrating.

Their 'featured' seller sold me bad gold, gold that was tagged by game publisher and automatically taken from my account along with my OWN gold that I had as punishment. Now, I've bought gold before (in smaller volumes) and never had this problem. I contacted CS several times (like 5+ time) over the course of one to two months. Terrible CS that don't care and never bother to follow up. It's a waste of time continuing to chat with them as they will just tell you to wait for their "XXX team" to get back to me. What a joke.
