Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.
This website, and its staff, are liars and thieves. I have been a seller on the platform for 10 years and they are the most incompetent website Ive used. You are much better off going to eldorado.gg or g2g.com
I do not recommend this site to anyone. Not only that there are crazy prices so they also throw. Live chat with support does not work, support through the mail does not answer. I sold my account a week ago and did not receive anything.
These guys did a great job and the site offered great clarity for my purchase. Very precise and accurate listings and received my currency within 10 minutes of purchase. First time I've used these guys before and will be using them in the very near future again too!

Asking for a refund since August, still no refund despite the fact they have all evidences in hands. Don't trust them! I send them reminders per Email each week with all evidences each time, never get an answer.
Transactions from high-rated sellers were quick and easy. Sometimes the payments will fail, so I have had to keep track of pending transactions in my bank account. They disappeared on their own. I have no experience buying accounts or buying from low-rated sellers. I suggest to avoid both.

I have been waiting three days for a payment to be verified. I have now provided Player Auctions with the necessary proof in an effort to get the transaction moving forward, Still there seems to be issues with the information I provided. The payment has been transferred from my bank and I used Google pay which I have used several times before with no issues. Why now do I find myself struggling to get the transaction completed. This is by far the worst online purchase experience I have had. Please stay away and save yourselves the headache and frustration.

Very clean and simple website to look at and navigate through. Security is top notch from what I can tell. I really enjoy the ability to view different sellers and buy with comfort from reputable vendors, as well as the protection the website offers is really good so no one gets burned. Overall a very pleasant experience for a first-time buyer.
They have literally scammed me even with an insurance package. Like most of the reviews on here, you can see what i am talking about, They say they take up to 7 days but they took over 20 days to reply, could you believe it? Absolutely disgusting company. I bought two accounts from respected verified sellers, and both got reclaimed. Sad really.

Playerauctions themselves the support and their service is excellent. Although there are a 'Few' bad sellers who try to scam you. So watch someones reviews before buying generally what I do if his review is under 95% don't buy from him. :)
Already sent a charge to my bank account to verify that I was the owner and now they want me to send pictures of my ID, card, and a payment receipt on top of that in an online document. No thanks. Going overboard. Probably just going to cancel my purchase. Seems now that I've already been charged even though I have not submitted that info. And it will not let me cancel my order nor have I received the gold.

When our payment processor detects a new credit card, we will charge (less than $1) a small amount to your credit card. After that, please check your payment account online to get the value. That's a different verification from our payment verification.
We have the payment verification process for the safety of our buyers and sellers. We want to ensure that the payments we have received come from the account owners themselves. As a result, we may need to go through different verification steps depending on your order, payment method and account history. Bought an account Hearthstone with their "great insurance" (7$), 2 month later, the account was taken back and Player Auctions don't care & close my dispute. Their buyer protection is useless.

Done about 20+ trades, 100% feedback with no problems never needed support interaction untill now, wanted to buy an account and my payment got denied through paypal for no reason whatsoever even tho i bought the same way dozens of times before, made a ticket but I just get automated answers like nothing is wrong so there is no way to contact anyone to help me apparently

It's like an ebay pool for the nerds of the internet, everyone gets what they want out of a third party middleman that protects both parties from scam. It works perfectly and bares no risk. Absolutely perfect; prices, transactions, and delivery wise.

Honestly I am not one to give companies bad reviews but this was truly a horrible experience. They asked for my banking details and photos of it, My debit card, My drivers License and even photos of myself. In addition to this after I paid for the game and sent in all this documentation I was suspended and was not able to use the cite and will not get what I ordered. Lastly I found out that I was never given a refund and was told to wait a week before I get my money back. The customer service was unsympathetic and did not treat me like a human being. Using the same copy and pasted super long and vague paragraph that was no help.
Tip for consumers:
I highly recommend not using the account. It is very intrusive to your security and a scam.

We explained this in your ticket already that unfortunately, we found out that you're not of legal age and as such, cannot make binding contracts with us when it comes to the site's terms and policies. Another reason is we ask for government-issued IDs where the names need to match the names on credit cards. We declined your payment and we urge you to contact your payment provider about the refund. Payment providers or banks usually hold on to the charge made, assuming that the order is still happening. This gets canceled after a while and you are automatically refunded, but contacting them early usually expedites the process.

The site only ensures your items are delivered as described. If a seller decides to dispute a transaction with their bank, they can do so and PlayerAuctions will NOT punish them nor refund you in any way.
This is just one of many claims they make that they don't live up to.
I suggest you avoid using this website 100%, unless you want to be scammed.

The seller himself actually responded extremely promptly. Unfortunately, the PlayerAuctions support team is garbage and made this such an unbearable experience I could not even get through it with them to receive my order.

I bought a clash of clans account changed all passwords/emails. After playing and doing many upgrades one month later the seller was able to take back the account by giving the original google email credentials. I submitted all screen shots proving that I no longer have access to the account I bought. Its been two weeks and no word from player auctions Game Account Reclamation department. I am not very optimistic and the seller has removed all items for sale in his store. I assume he is now operating under yet another name and stealing more money from unsuspecting players. This website will not protect the buyer at all. Stay away! If you get scammed, you have no way to get your money back.
This site needs to work on their security verification process. I've been on the site for almost 4 years and I'm treated like a brand new customer when I want to buy a listing. There's no communication unless you contact them first. Player auctions used to be a really amazing site but their old school security works effectively as a wall to keep honest buyers and sellers out. I shouldn't have to verify myself every time I try to make a buy or a sell, especially as a long-standing member with absolutely no negative actions on my account. If you're willing to constantly verify yourself, then go for it. It's a great site. Otherwise, stay far away.
Their mediation team is to say the least absolutely horrible. I've been going back and forth with them for over a month now trying to resolve a simple refund.
I've been forced to take it up with Paypal and they have chosen to ignore me while I have been very friendly and tried to fix the matter at hand in a nice way.
Been a verified seller on Playerauctions for more then a year with high rep and 100% delivery rate. On 21st of September a buyer complained that his account got "recovered" and since he had a 7$ insurance, they froze my payments and till now they are holding more then 40 payments so far.
