Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.

They sold me a Steam account, and insurance. The account was reclaimed later, and they said I had no insurance. Then tried to scam me again.
Just got an email that someone had marked my rating of Playerauctions as "Helpful". Only problem is, I never posted a rating here before now. But sure enough, a positive rating in my name, siting Playerauctions as "Excellent" even, had been posted here without me knowing!

I have already bought 2 accounts and it is really very easy and fast. With one purchase I actually did not get what the seller sold, but thanks to the protection against scams of playerauctions I got my money back in the end. I also wanted to sell an account myself, it was very easy to set everything up but in the end I took it down again because I sold the account somewhere else first.

Bought gold for a game, turns out the gold was generated and caused me and many others to get our accounts permanently banned. When i sent a ticket demanding for my 100 dollars back, they just banned my account. So yeah, don't trust their support system for $#*!. They ain't paying you back a dime.

While this time my transaction is good past transaction in regards to other games is dicey at best. PA will do everything they can to not refund you even if it is their fault so do be careful otherwise they are better then most other places.

The trade process through PlayerAuctions is excellent. There is no way for the seller to scam you because he doesn't even get paid until YOU confirm that the order was complete!

PA is very great marketplace and I happy to use it. It helps me a lot in short terms when I need it anytime.
Before placing order, I can always communicate with seller using personal messages to clarify his online status, available amount in his stock, conditions of delivery and terms if I need faster delivery than stated.
After I tried PA, I don't use any another marketplace site.
I can do my purchases using my payment card and it is really fast and convenient even with a small fee.
Once I've declined order with sufficiently big sum because previously I didn't clarify order details with seller. PA made a credit to my payment card in a few days and all my worries gone.
Actually, I'm only a buyer, not tried to sell anything thru PA yet. However, according to my experience as buyer I'm pretty sure any seller will not have any problems to develop own business using PA.

I purchased a game account from this site via Paypal. The site states the verification should take 5 minutes. I've purchased from this site like 20 times in the past, however this time the payment verification did not go through immediately. It's been HOURS and I sent an email via their instructions and still haven't heard anything. Mind you the payment is already reflecting on my bank account balance.

This site is great because it compares a bunch of different gold sellers and gives me accurate prices of the gold that i want to buy. If i want to talk to the seller directly, I can because of the messaging system that they have come up with. I've used this site a number of times and it hasn't failed me yet. Other websites don't let me use paypal because they 'lose' money but unlike them, player auctions does let me.
Would definitely recommend this site to anyone wanting game gold.

I bought a game account on this website that I later found out was stolen. The account was supposed to be secure and accessible by myself only but someone else has access and is using it. Customer service won't do anything to help. They will only claim that you don't have accurate proof that your account is being used by someone else.
They got everything covered from good price, trustworthy sellers, and best of all, secure trades. Really good and I will come back.

I spent 34 dollars to buy an account and I received an email with the supposed username and password but when i tried to log in, it said that the account username or password was incorrect, I then contacted a few people including the original account seller and he helped me out and gave me an ever higher rank account. He was super helpful and nice and I appreciate sellers like him.

The company fraudulently requested my credit card number in order to verify my identity. After charging an amount to the card and having me enter that exact amount on the site, they still did not mark my identity as verified and allow me to use any payment methods other than a money order to use their services. It was advertised as saying if I went through the "identity verification", that I would be able to immediately use Paypal, credit cards, and other payment options for their services. Instead, they made the charge, verified my identity, and then kept these options locked. It is my complaint that this is fraudulent and merely a scam to get people to give them their credit card information. I have been a customer of this company for 18 months and have made several purchases with them without ever having to jump through this hoop in the past.

Without knowing the order ID# or your username, it is impossible for me to see the details of your particular situation. Even after a credit card has undergone vetting, our risk management and fraud prevention system may still detect some kind of pattern or activity which would require you to go through more secure payment channels.
Often times this restriction is a protective measure for you, our member, in order for us to prevent mis-use of your PA account, or payment information.
If you could supply me with your PA username, I would be happy to look into this in greater detail, and explain to you what may have happened with your account.
I bought a clash of clans account for $170.2 months later someone logs onto the account which logs me out, the next day the account was banned messaged the seller and he didn't reply so I submitted a dispute which player auctions sided with the seller despite the clear evidence that it was the sellers problem that got the account banned. Not happy at all

I bought an account on player auctions for league and I had a year protection plan. After about 6 months, the original owner filed a claim to get it back from league and took it back.
I got in contact with the owner and they even said he took it back and would help with compensation but Player Auctions has terrible customer service and ignored my proof of screenshots and emails after several attempts to get in contact for months.
It's a risk to buy anything from this site, of course. You may get a rare good seller but it's honestly not worth it and if anything happens, Player Auctions truly doesn't care.

On my long experience on playerauctions, it is not advisable to buy accounts on this site. Many scams except for accounts on merchants already well reputed. To purchase a currency, rarely the problems are, the more regular deliveries are late. For sale, it is clear that the costs are high, do your calculations before to know what you will actually receive. The fee is 9.99 % + 0.99 $ + 0.50 $ (for payment by Moneybookers). It also happened that I have been delays in receiving payments. They have always been resolved by contacting the online support despite a fairly long period. In summary playerauctions, is not a bad site but you have to expect some unexpected little from time to time.
