Problem with transaction

Hello, I made a deposit of $ 100 with the help of the buy button on the seller's offer. I made the payment (using Skrill) while I am waiting for any answer from you at this time. Safe site

Site safe to use. Would be nice to have a telephone line and online chat for everyone for any problems. Recommended site and lots of accounts advertised on. It is indeed nr1 for what they offer. But if improvement would not hurt. All together happy with it, and will use again in future. Stay safe people and use a middleman for your own safety. Keep it up playerup.

I made a transaction for 199$ using PlayerUP credits then they made the transfer to the seller but when they opened the 3 way conversation another stuff is described. I bought a Clash Of Clans account for 199$ not a 7$ Battlefield one. I contacted support and no answer, contacted via twitter, instagram and only automated responses. I also opened a ticket In here is our 3 way conversation both me and the seller requested assistance but no response yet: Its a great page but im a little bit disapointed of the support. I'm willing to give full stars i just want two things if possible thank you and i will recommend the site to my friends: 1. Fix the first 3 way conversation the product purchased stated is wrong.

The site refuses to pay out and ignores all my messages via Discord ect, they give a timeline on payouts then refuse to pay and make delays which have led to months.

Update: They have contacted me on Discord and currently sorting things out.

Telegram chat resolved my issue...I tried to reach the custom service but I received this automatic message: 'Please note that this support doesn't handle middleman/playerup purchases/orders/payments as you'll need to contact the middleman department directly here regarding this. Your ticket won't be redirected so please make sure to open a new ticket with the correct department.' So I tried a urgent message but than I also get nowhere because when I open the page there stands ' PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform. - Error You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.' I have I problem because I tried to order a account and I spend like about 135,- euro. They promise that the person who will sell the account will get you within 48 hours but I placed my order more than 48 hours ago and still nothing even no email to confirm the payment. I have no account so I think that my money is gone and I end up with nothing. I have no order number nothing only the bank statement. Description in payment: ************** 100% resolved, closed.

Buyers and sellers beware

Buyers and sellers beware. Unfortunately, website owner (middleman) does not pay the sellers' money, and when you message him "why you do not pay the money?" he bans the sellers' accounts. That's why the sellers on that website don't want to deliver the purchased accounts. This website owe me about 100$, when first time after 6 month i asked him to pay my money he deduct about 15$ from cashout pending money, second time after 1 year when i asked him again "Why don't you pay me?" he deduct about 15$ again for no reason. And now he say "we owe u only small 50$" and nothing again, nothing! He does not even pay that small 50$ and has banned my account

SCAM SITE. Playerup haven't paid me $1400 since 2 years. We both buyer and me contacted Playerup several times to release owed money and everytime they say excuses.

Playerup gaslights customers to steal money.

I bought an account yesterday and since then the money has left my bank account but as of yet I've not even received a email to confirm my purchase, I have no transaction ID either so I'm sat here just twiddling my thumbs $300 down and no account. I've messaged middleman in multiple different ways even in the urgent messages link they have left on other posts and got nothing back but an automated message,the only person that I can communicate with was the seller and they even think it's odd. If I can get this sorted ASAP then that would be great I didn't want to put this review up but I haven't been left with much of an option. 100% resolved

Hi, i am an old seller with +600 feedbacks on site and worked with them since 2022, i have completed many orders on site and requested to cash out and charge my balance several months ago but no action occurred. After leaving a negative review, they messaged me on telegram and said "we will update you shortly". But any update was not done yet. They restricted my account accessibility and remove my contact links in my threads(offers). And disable bumping all of my posts.
If you are seller or buyer just avoid from this SCAM site. They never paid my money without negative feedback. Be careful and don't waste your money and time on this site. They are surly SCAM and don't response your messages. Lie promises and lie sentences are their methods.
I have back up of all document's ( order ids, screen shots,proofs that show they restricted my account and etc), I will publish all of the evidences in the next reviews to clarify the facts about this SCAM Site.

Having purchased a $1500 account, I am left with no news from Middleman. I tried every ticket possible within Playerup, only left with automatic responses. This is a significant amount of money and I can't get a hold on middleman. It has been 5 days already. I am a believer this will get resolved soon, but I am truly starting to worry. Yes, I have already tried all you tickets solutions.

I trusted to middleman service that they keep slowly or whatever I scammed and I didn't know yet. I just sold my account 8 days ago everything fine with buyer however playerup didn't even send my money to me, yesterday they told me to send it today but still nothing.

RESOLVED EVERYTHING FINE %100 PAID RESOLVED NO SCAMM AT ALL. TRUSTED ONES BUT NEED PATIENCE.

If you're seller your payment is slow, check your payment detail is correct, do not open duplicated ticket, read knowledge base and be patience. Playerup is literally a SCAM. I have two pending cashouts, one was started FIVE YEARS ago and the second was started an year ago. So far I haven't received a penny. They've also shadowbanned me on their site and I can't post any threads. Last I heard from their support was on telegram on 6 April 2022. Since then they have completely ignored my messages.

Recently i bought an item for a game, but i need to activate my order. So i wanted to activate it, pressed on activate order, but i couldnt activate it because i havent got the permission to. Thats because i have that stupid "high risk" status on my account, without any reason. Ive seen some conversations about this, where the admin removed the status. I HAVE NEVER SCAMMED SOMEONE OR DID ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS WRONG! Id be happy if someone could fix this... i want to keep Maggnation110. Super annoying slow...

Super annoying slow... I have made the order and paid it a week ago yet I never get a single response from the middleman other than those annoying automated responses, the seller couldn't deliver the account and I canceled the order on the 3 way conversion and asked for refund but then I found another deal on the site and asked to replace it yet no responses,, how long should I wait for this "middleman" to even send a single answer to me? God...

Edit: playerUp responded and is now resolving my issue

Edit 2: I decided to use their service again, made another new deal and bought an account but the seller couldn't deliver it so we both canceled the order and I asked for a refund but... same slowness. Only if they were faster with their processing and responding...

Verification takes longer than 1-48HOURS! UPDATED:
Update: they contacted me asap after this post, maybe their just busy or lack of staff that's why its gets delayed. I will rate playerup.com five stars! I registered an account on playerup then past 12midnight march 8 i ordered and paid the amount via visa middleman service,, its pretty annoying for first timers like myself to have plenty of verification process to have a proof that im human and its my credit/debit card. But i get it, its for security reason, the problem is they dont even reply to my messages and to my super urgent delay transaction ticket.it is written on the procedure that they will get to you shortly after the verification, i sent a couple of verifications, (passport, selfie with passport, the online image proof that im the one who paid) but then again no reply from them,, i wonder if its just me or is this really i thing at playerup.com. Ignoring customers messages and not saying a thing,, confused!

All fixed now. Also they're online but not responding? My id: I S oLo Its been 5 days and i have not received my payment yet. Its my first time ever using PlayerUp so please give me good experience so i can trust this website for more businesses. I got a messaged that 652 dollars is scheduled to transfer to me in 1-92 hours, still not sure how long it would take more. Also you guy said it costs free for transactions. Then Why i only receive 652 out of 750 dollars from my transaction? Where did my 100 dollars go?
