I have done like 4 sales as a seller on this site and I think it's safe to say I'm satisfied with it. So far I haven't got scammed and the MM transaction process is smooth that I could give game account information under less than 24 hour after 3 Way Ticket conversation were provided. Middleman system provides enough security checks that I have no doubt giving acc info like that. Although, my payment got delayed sometuimes (I probably did something stupid during the process lol) but got the money nonetheless so I'm happy. Keep it up!

Thanks to playerup I got a refund / fantastic customer service. Be very careful when dealing with sellers on this site that want you to "buy directly" from them. They are most likely going to scam you. If you pay through middleman they will refund you. Directly you're on your own.

Might have just been a dodgy seller, but they had 100% positive reviews. Made me wait 12 hours and then didn't even give me what I paid for, refunded me through website credit which is honestly useless to me as I only wanted stuff for one game and only that seller does it.

Edit: Forget what I said. The credit was only temporarily. As soon as I cashed it out, it was automatically refunded. Now I get how the site works. You can exchange or automatically refund it.

I bought a th14 last august. Seller was awful, nothing but problems for 2 months. Today playerup helped me get the order cancelled and I received a refund. Long story short, buy accounts from sellers with feedback. 0 feedback sellers are too risky. Thankfully I paid through middleman services on playerup and I got my funds back but it's too risky doing business without middleman if you're buying from a no feedback seller.

Seller tried to sell me a fake full access account. Totally fake and it was cracked stolen. Literally I logged into game and I was bombarded with threats that the account is stolen it's about to be reported.

I cancelled the order, playerup gave me a refund.

I was blocked from my account on this site. I am a seller who has been actively selling accounts on this site without interruptions for more than 2 years. The account was blocked due to the fact that an inadequate user, who fraudulently wants to return the money, filed a complaint against me. I asked Playerup to unblock my profile so that I could resolve the issue with this inadequate seller, but they have not answered my mail for a very long time.

Edit: issue is sorted with live chat. Will now upload evidence showing the buyer is fraud. Thanks playerup

Even though almost every aspect of the service is automated, real agents are not hard to come by, especially when you open a support ticket. If you experience delays in payouts simply contact them through their service. Honestly will keep doing business with them, thanks.

I understand that there is buyer and seller protection but they take it way too far. I've had my purchase declined TWICE. Had to wait for my first refund and once I've received it I tried it again with the seller.

Edit: My issue was fixed. It was declined because I posted an invalid address. Thanks for chat support for helping me with this.

If the card is valid and has the appropriate balance to make the transaction then there should be no issue between the buyer and seller. Plain and simple. Save your time and money and purchase from another platform.

Account banned - fixed

After 3 years of using my only account I got perma-banned for "multi-account", if you try to start live chat with them they will just close it, and if you write emails to their support you will get no answer from them.

Edit: The issue was just fixed. Telegram chat is the method of contact I used and they fixed the issue within 5 minutes. Awesome support once you finally get ahold of someone. Don't use sales chat didn't work for me.

Finally received payment

2 months ago I sold my account here. I finally got credited last month. Still today, the payout has not been actually sent. I have been more than patient. I just want this resolved.

Edit: I wanted to update everyone. It appears I was wrong, they did send payment to me by bank transfer, not crypto. This is all cleared up now.
