Feeling cheated!

The last two times I have gone to Popeye's Chicken I ordered an 8 piece bucket and received only 7 pieces each time. I don't want to sound petty, but if you sell an 8 piece bucket, you should give the customer 8 PIECES! I am beginning to feel this is either by design, or the staff simply does not care, it is not hard to count to 8. I have decided to now stay away from Popeye's Chicken and support my local independent fried chicken place. Good Bye Popeye's!

Dear Popeyes,, yall can go kill yall self because that $#*! that yall just gave me was nasty and the sprite was dehydrated and the mac n cheese was soulful and the chicken sandwich was fruity. It looked like some stuff that comes out people booty and I will never ever eat yall food again. Also I will need my money back ASAP because that food was not giving at all. Therefore yall need to run me my money before I come up there and fight grown people because yall know better so stop playing with me STUPID $#*!ES!.

Worst Customer Service

If I could give the establishment a negative star I would itsl doesn't deserve 1 star. The customer service is so poor that I will never go back to a Popeyes and I happen to love Popeyes but the manager at the store on Wilkinson attitude is so disgusting it makes no sense. She needs to be replaced with someone who has better people skills.

Today I went to a Popeyes in Philadelphia, Pa located at Broad and Champlost Street ( across from the 35th district) Scenario: I ordered my meal my total was $6.42. I have the manger who was on the register $7.00 and he gave me back 15 cents instead of the 58 cents that was owed to me. Then he proceeded to point to a sign that stated that they didn't have change, because the bank did not have it.

First thing, Customers should not have to cover the cost of a full operating business because they don't have change. We would not be able to walk in an establishment and ask for food if we did not have the money to cover the cost.

Second, When I let the manager know ( because he was rude and would not give me his name or the store's identification number) that it was the store's responsibility to take on the cost of the change shortage. He immediately became defensive and began to angrily placed my items in the containers aggressively. I stopped him at once and stated I would simply like a refund, because I don't have to except just any kind of service when I am spending my hard earn money.

Lastly, when I asked for his name and store id number as stated above, he was dismissive and stated that I didn't need it. When I proceeded to ask another employee for the information he informed me that he was Italian ( what ever that meant) he couldn't pronounce the managers name ( when it was clear he was African American and spoke fluent English.

I will not be returning
If I didn't have to submit starts to submit this review it would be zero

Bad customer service

I ordered through doordash and the store canceled my order, I went there to get order it which they had my bag ready and charged me full menu price for all the items ordered. I had to spend 8 more dollars that what the online price was for the same food that was cold because it had been sitting there. I do not recommend ever gracing this store with your business. Go to KFC or Chikfila and be treated with decent customer service. DO not i mean do not waste your time or money on popeyes. I was trying to order the meal deal 4 sandwiches, fries, and 4 biscuits for 19.99 ended up getting the food myself by driving there for 28.00. So much for a dashpass

My husband wanted to go to popeyes tonight at a new location. I really didn't want to go because all of my experiences with them has been horrible service. Nobody smiles there and the meet and greet is like, What do you want, not welcome can I help you. Anyways tonight was no different. The drive up cashier was on his phone whole time we were at the window. And the food is awful. A grease pitt. I ate one chicken nugget and got sick from the overwhelming grease taste in my mouth. Disgusting food and aweful service. Chick-fil-a is like eating at a five star restraunt compared to this place!

My hubby and I went for the 2nd time. He asked for a breast -- got a thigh. Food was cold. Thought I'd try the mac and cheese they're advertising, put the spork in it and the whole thing came up in one big blob. The 1st time was good; this time was awful. Went to another one in Aurora IL a couple weeks ago and it was warm, tasty and what we ordered. Looks like this location needs some help.

CHEDDA CHEESE BISCUIT

Overall I give Popeyes a solid 8/10 service was ehhh but the food was yum yum in my tum tum!. Where do I start ohhhh i got it I'll start off with the chicken cheese biscuit. Wooo wee the was good. It was so buttery but added that crispy so good texture at the same time. Just the flavor in the chicken cheese was amazing. The cheese was cooked great some fresh jalapeƱo chedda. Spicyyyyyy! Next well settle in for an appetizer Parmesan fruit nuggets and man oh man were those something else. The fruity cheesy crisp they had on them tasted just like fruit loops. Next is the the cum loaded French fries. They had a perfect slimy stick to your mouth with a nice flavor. The salt and peppered combined was tremendous. Just that salty peppery taste just gives you a kick in the nuts. Now rewind it back a couple hours for breakfast I got the scrambled eggs mixed with hot sauce then the buttery bacon with nut Meg milk. And lord almighty that was something else everything was perfect had a balanced kick with the fresh taste of them all, and I will say THE BUTTERY BACON WAS BETTER THAN MY DEAD GRANDMOTHER'S TORTILLAS. Lastly we have desert. I ordered the great bambino. Which was a combination of peanut butter mixed with some jelayyy and crumbled Oreos with the topping of ice cream and a half gallon of cheeseeeeeeeeee. And HOLY MOLY, that was freaking fantastic. Oh my goodness words don't explain how good it was. Only downfall of Popeyes was that one of the servers named Fat Holly she was smelly I will say which made me want to leave, she was very rude and smelled like an elephants queef. YIKESSSS.

I was at Popeye's Cleveland Avenue Columbus Ohio I ordered the frozen strawberry drink they gave me the regular strawberry drink I told the girl that is the wrong one and she said that's what they have I could take it home and put it in the freezer she said that is good drink I told her that's not what I ordered though she said I'm sorry that's why we got how do you tell someone to take a drink that you can order and put it in the refrigerator can make it another drink you simply could have said we don't have that drink would you like something else on top of that when they take your order they be fast parking and still get the order wrong and you have to repeat the orders right behind them

Very dry

To my excitement, I have had the privilege of spontaneously coming across 6 different Popeyes in the span of 5 months. To give some back story, i am from Quebec where they have wrongfully not included the Popeyes franchise to the list of fast food options made available to us consumers.
In any case, this leads to my excitement of having the opportunity to eat the delicious crispy cajun chicken made at Popeyes. However, my enjoyment of food often ties closely to the relationship between it and its partnered sauce- which leads to my affection towards Popeyes. The Clemson store needs better management. Too much playing inside of the store. The employees are complaining to the customers about the other employees playing. I have been there during different times of the day. Same results. Their famous saying ( it's going to be twelve minutes, do you want to order something else).

Good for bad service.

I heard the food is good however the svc is very poor.
I've seen an employee having kids and grandkids in there. Another just gossiping. However, the guys were working. They close the door at 5pm and everyone has to go through the line. I've seen about 7 vehicles leave. I wanted to see how long it would take for me to receive my order. It was 45mins in line. Bottom line,, Good food bad service.
Also family and friends shouldn't
Occupy the space at the store unless they too are customers.
Bad business on Howard.

Where's the Beans
September 19, 2021

I went to the Popeye's on 6077 Mableton Pkwy SW in Mableton, Ga. The employees were very slow, playing around and on the phones. Customers had to wait a long time until another cashier came to the front. When she arrived, she had a nasty attitude. After waiting around 45 minutes in line, she just stared at me. I went ahead a place my order. It took another 20 minutes for that. The cashier didn't even bother to close the top on the food before placing it in the bag. She never says hello, thank you or anything else. When I got home, there was no beans with the beans and rice. Plus the rice was old. I am sorry to have been a nuisance for choosing Popeye's. You will never have to be bothered by me or my family again. For now on, I'll where it doesn't hurt the employees to do a little task like putting beans and rice together, speaking to the customers or closing the lid on people's food.

Terrible Customer service

Was only car in drive Thru took forever to say something at window. They forgot to put Mash potatoes in my bag had to go back to get it. Didn't even say sorry. Just look at me like it was my fault. Place is Bad u got like 5 workers there and everybody just standing there.

We have been to this Popeyes four times and for some odd reason every time we order white meat combo, either they don't have white meat or they ran out of wings. I asked to speak to a manager because it was just so weird that a chicken restaurant had no chicken available. One lady answered the phone n said she was the manager than when I started to complain about the issue another lady takes the phone from the other and saids she's the manager. The supposed manager after I explained the issue she said that they were making the wings n breast now. All I asked was for a simple white meat combo and would've waited but the way it sound from the worker, there was no meat available! Really bad service and I will spread the word to my family friends and coworkers! I'm thinking that maybe since we are Spanish? Maybe?

When I arrived the young lady stated, we only have ice tea or fruit punch for drinks. I ordered a 4 piece meal with mashed potato and she stated, yeah we don't have the mashed potato's. I told her I wanted 2 legs and 2 thighs, she pulled out 1 leg 1 thigh 1 breast and 1 wing. I restated that I requested 2 legs and 2 thighs, she sighed and fixed the order. I then asked for an extra leg seeing she could not complete my order and she responded I can't do that, I said ok and took out a $10.00 bill and she responded I can make change either. I paid by card and asked when I was leaving if this is just a bad day? She responded no it's been like this for awhile. I can not provide my proof of purchase because she could not provide me with my receipt either.

Small servings of sides

I just went to the Popeyes in Augusta the one on tobacco road the food is good the chicken is good the sandwiches is good but when their sides I just requested an order for some red beans and rice the container is always half full and they had some hard rice on top like it was texture of plastic. It was probably old and dried out but then they want to charge you $2.49 for a side that's half full and then the rice is drying hard I thought rice is supposed to be soft I heard of stir fried rice but even you can chew it
