Ordered over £40.00 GIFT FOR DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY to be sent to her place of work after a couple of days not received checked royal mail delivery this gift was redirected three times eventually arrived at my home address I refused delivery as the flowers would have been dead and I couldn't physically get them to my daughter contacted prestige flowers to be told that I inputted the wrong address on the delivery instructions this is a lie its a drop down box and I know I ticked the correct address but prestige gave me a different address which I checked does nor even exist in the drop down box of course I then checked my order and sure enough the none existing address was there I cannot prove this now but I suspect that their delivery address systems needs to be looked at prestige offered me £ 15.oo on a future order as a goodwill gesture as a result I have suffered a few days stress my daughter has no birthday gift and I am £44.00 out of pocket
People please be careful when you are ordering from prestige flowers they let so many people down
I ordered flowers on 27th September for delivery 23rd October as a birthday present. When they had not been delivered by around 4pm I called the company and they said they would be guaranteed delivery by 6pm. Turned out they were not delivered at all on the date. Phoned the company the next day and they said they couldn't guarantee any delivery date! They said they could offer to refund the delivery charge but would not refund. They blamed the courier Royal Mail. I phoned Royal Mail and they told me the flowers were only despatched to them Sunday evening and no sorting happens on a Sunday evening so they wouldn't have been able to dispatch them on the Monday. Prestige flowers would have had to deliver to Royal Mail on the Saturday to be able to deliver to the customer on the Monday and they should know this. Prestige flowers say they wouldn't do that as they need to send their flowers 'fresh' - what a joke... They are still going to be 2 days old so would it not be better to send them 2 days old on the correct delivery day? It's Tuesday now and still no flowers and based on other reviews I am sure they are likely to be worn and horrible looking. I have logged a dispute with my bank. So basically don't bother with this company unless you don't care about your delivery date. Complete joke!
Nothing like the picture when arrived LATE. Who posts flowers using Royal Mail? Never again shocking
Ordered flowers last week no show can't get hold of anyone. JOKE! Please don't use this company keep your money safe
Our flowers were never delivered and not only have they not reimbursed us but they've ignored all our emails. THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I've had 4 experiences with Prestige so far and every single one of them was bad... Why not quit after 1 or 2 I hear you ask... read on... Order 1 - I paid extra for next day delivery to have flowers arrive for a client's birthday. They took 4 days to arrive. CS advise they're not actually guaranteed next day despite them charging extra for that "service". Order 2 - benefit of the doubt - ordered bouquet for my mother and another for my aunty. Both were 1/4 of the size shown in the ad - flowers didn't open - several were dead - CS took 11 days to reply to my email with both complaints on it demanding a full refund (£55) - they conveniently only acknowledged 1 complaint and instead of a refund - they offered a replacement bunch (nope)... I ended up having to go through my bank and complain - the bank awarded me a full refund after I submitted photos. Order 3 - In the flower order mum had a £10 voucher off future orders - I thought I would surprise her but order the "fresh cookies" instead of flowers. I added more money to the order and waited for them to arrive. Nothing came. Turns out they delivered them to the wrong address 12 miles away. Due to COVID I said the originals would not be accepted and that fresh cookies needed to be sent to the CORRECT address this time. The original cookies arrived 4 days later whilst we were away and the delivery had dropped the box over the entry gate (6ft) -had left it to be rained on - the cookies - which had no bubble wrap or any protective packaging - simply a cardboard box - were smashed to smithereens. They also had propylene glycol in the ingredients (Vanilla essence) also put in antifreeze. Order 4 was the replacement cookies. These also arrived smashed. Prestige flowers accepted no responsibility. The broken crumbs went in the bin. None of it was eaten. The flimsy cardboard box was recycled. I'm out of pocket and unimpressed. Avoid this company at all costs. Total waste of your time and money.

The flowers were wilted and half dead the day I ordered them. The next day they were in the bin. Total waste of money.
Bought £30 worth of flowers, paid £5 postage, got a 10 flowered tatty looking mess. Customer service horrendous!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Took £40 but no flowers delivered. Not answering phones or replying to email. Avoid at all costs. Con artists.
Terrible flowers, nothing like pics or description and even worse customer service, once they've got your money they don't care!
Don't waste your money.
Pathetic bunch of flowers and dying.
Appalling customer service when I complained
I wish I read some reviews before ordering with this complany.
Exceptionally disappointed with our order. Absolutely disgusted and wished I never ordered from them. We ordered a beautiful living flowers for our friends special occasion. What they delivered is beyond disappointing and looks nothing like what they offer on their website. I was totally embarrassed and heartbroken to see what my friend unwarpped on her special day. Instead of beautiful flowers I ordered they delivered a pot of compost with some sprouts. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I am trying to get my money back and all they say is as the product is not showing any signs of damage they wont refund the money. How about I ordered flowered and you havent delivered flowers! I was told that if my friend takes care of the so called plant as per instructions, eventually it will blossom! I ordered living flowers that looked gorgeous on the website, what they sent is a joke. Imagine someone unwrapping a pot of compost as a gift! Totally embarrasing! I would never buy anything like that in the shop, so how is it ok to send this when I paid online? I am heartbroken.
But the worst part is that I cant get my money back, so not only they mislead their customers at the point of purchase, but you wont get your money back for the product that looks nothing like you purchased. Dont get fooled by the beautiful pictures of stunning flowers on their website, this is not what you will get for your money. I will continue my battle for a refund via pay pall now, but how frustrating and time consuming this is! I will also contact the ASA and go down independent dispute resolution route.
So if you want to avoid the pain and embarrassment I am going through with this shambles of a company, do not make the same mistake as me and dont order from them and warn your friends and family about this scam.
PS as Ive been battling to get my money back, they offered me £5 voucher! Unbelievable! You are disgusting!
BUYER BEWARE. If I could leave a zero then I would! I have been using prestige flowers for about a year and a half and thought that I had found a good flower delivery company. WRONG. I have just had flowers delivered to my parents for their birthdays. I ordered a large bunch at an extra £10. I am only aware of the problems with the flowers because I forgot to put who they were from on the card and my mum thought they were from someone else so called me to tell me how bad they were. She was mortified when I said they were from me and said that she would never have told me about them being so awful had she known. The flowers were dead, rotting, broken, brown and green and slimey. I pressed my mum further before she admitted that she had had to complain about 3 other bouquets, 2 that I had sent to her and one she sent to my sister. I have sent a lot of flowers over the last 2 years and have contacted the other recipients who I had to press for an honest opinion of the flowers I had sent them. Again they reluctantly told me of dead rotting and substandard flowers.
I rather think that this is what this company is relying on. You send flowers that you don't get to see, and the people you send them too, probably, like my parents, wouldn't dream of telling you how awful they are.
Of particular note is the fact that they have all said that the size I had paid for did not seem to be what was delivered, which is very worrying.
I wouldn't touch this company with a 10ft long barge pole, unbeknownst to me the majority of my deliveries have ended up being dead and rotting.
Customer service is appalling, offering nothing more than a replacement delivery... Which was organised by my mother... Not me as the payee. I would have asked for a full refund so that I could use someone more reliable.
A replacement bouquet does not compensate for the loss of enjoyment, the surprise of getting "some lovely flowers" delivered - the experience is tainted for both the sender and the receiver. In all it has left a very bitter taste.
I can't find an option for uploading photographs but will do once I can find it
Answer: And such a poor customer service attitude. They made a mistake and blame me...
Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
