I orders a My step and repeat banner for a fundraising event for special promotion photos with my attednees. I ordered a 6 foot tall banner that is 8 foot wide to go on a pole stand. Art work looked fine and the demenisons were fine on the proof. When I recieved it today. It was 8 foot tall and 6 foot wide. Someoine in the print room printed it wrong and they said it was my fault and refused to reprint the banner even if I sent it back to correct thier mistake. They were not very friendly and in this day of digital stuffn you nwould think this was nt an error on my side for I did not do the printing. So I called my Visa Company and they are putting in a disput. After all this photo shoot is for ladies and not 7 foot basket ball players. Dont order anything fro them. They do not stand behind thier mistakes. They just robbed me for my money.
One set.of copies was not made right, I let them know and a new set was sent right away, no questions. No cost

ORDER # ******* -I purchased 2 different labels and I not satified with the 2nd label because after I confirn the job. The labels print is smaller tha expected and its not what I wanted. I have purchased label before so I reorder the same label but this is a new job. The shipping was excelleant but I waste my money on label I will not be able to use this on my products becaue its too small.
