Quality Products, Exactly As Listed, Fast Shipping, & a Smooth Transaction. I Will Be Definitely Making Another Order! I Highly Recommend This Seller!
Like many others on this website I enrolled in their pro services on 2020. The renewal and cancellation terms were misleading and unclear. California Consumer law section ******* requires that certain things occur but they do not abide by them. I dont have enough space to include the full details but some of them say it is unlawful for a business to *******(3) Fail to provide an acknowledgment that includes the automatic renewal offer terms or continuous service offer terms, cancellation policy, and information regarding how to cancel in a manner that is capable of being retained by the consumer. Or *******(1) Fail to present the automatic renewal offer terms or continuous service offer terms in a clear and conspicuous manner...
Clear and conspicuous has a clear definition which is not met by HOUZZ.
They are trying to bill me for renewal but I cannot cancel or change my subscription. It seems to me that Houzz is taking advantage of contractors through unclear and misleading terms and conditions.
Tara and her team have gone the extra mile for my Interior design firm. She is very prompt when it comes to getting back with me. I would highly recommend Houzz and Tara.

I've been with Houzz for years and I'm very impressed with their growth and services. Bree Lobo is always timely, professional and very helpful with my account. I'm looking forward the 2021 and many new projects.
Many thanks, Danny Houlihan. Principal.
After being hounded for years by their persistent sales team we finally committed for a year of "Pro" service for our design company. This was very expensive and yielded no solid leads after one year.
For comparison, Google gave us almost 3,000 referrals in a year, Instagram almost 8,000.
Houzz Pro... 30. In an entire year. Less than 3 click throughs a month for $400 a month.
After a year they renewed us on a month to month basis for $400 a month with no fore warning or any follow up to see what we had thought of their "service".
Our Houzz Pro "dashboard" contains no information on billing, renewal terms or renewal dates.
To cancel your auto renewal you have to do it on the phone, 30 days in advance.
Our sales rep. No longer answers emails and will not address this issue.
We are disputing this with Visa and we keep getting charged.
We block Houzz Pro and next month we get billed by Houzz Advertising.
Truly a terrible, parasitic, dishonest company that provides zero value.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
We are sorry to hear about this! Please contact your dedicated account manager or reach out throughhttp://help.houzz.com with your company information and we will be happy to have a team member reach out!
Despite numerous attempts to cancel our subscription, our requests were not properly addressed.
We started our cancellation process in February 2023, expressing our intention not to renew the subscription. Our requests, sent directly to our assigned Client Success Manager, were acknowledged but not processed. Instead, they continued to promote their services.
Unfortunately, the formal cancellation process which involves sending a notice to a specific email (*******@houzz.com) was never explicitly stated in our conversations. Assuming our direct emails sufficed, we were surprised when we got charged for another year in June.
Upon realization, we followed the official procedure and sent a formal notice. We requested them to reconsider the June charge as our intent to cancel was communicated repeatedly well before the renewal. However, they stated they will continue to charge us until this new year contract is over.
Our experience has been frustrating and we feel a lack of transparent communication from Houzz's side. While the platform might offer some great features, their handling of our cancellation attempts has been less than satisfactory. I'd advise potential customers to ensure they fully understand the cancellation process and keep all communication records for reference.
Houzz has brought us so much business! It is such an organized system and if we ever have questions about something Emily is ALWAYS there to help! 10/10 recommend using Houzz!
We had our first meeting it went well I am setting up my profile and on my way thank you houzz I'm looking forward to see how my business grows and how it all works
There is a reason why they make you bundle your marketing and project management software and ask you to sign a one year contract. That reason is that they want to take as much money from you as they can. They don't care about you or your business. Then, when you are finding the software to be sub-par and you haven't had a single lead from the "marketing" (6 months and counting) and you are paying $350.00 a month and want out, they can wave the contract and say, "you signed the contract." I had been using Houzz as a homeowner from the beginning and I trusted Houzz and thought the Pro program would pay for itself. Boy was I wrong! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but again, the contract. So unless you love throwing away hundreds of dollars each month, I would recommend you steer clear of Houzz Pro. I want to warn my fellow interior designers with new, small business so that they do not get caught in the same trap that I walked into. Photos of my work so you can see I'm really a designer.
DO NOT get into business them. It is an auto renewal contract and the Terms and Conditions are hidden in a hyperlink. If you try to cancel, you WILL be sold on keeping the contract with some "deal". Unfortunately, their service provided virtually NO LEADS and their "website" and "CRM" are terrible and weak. This was for the cost of over $15,000. The website is a landing page and not a true website. We held up our end of the contract even after going in a different direction with a different website and CRM. We emailed on 8/31/23 to cancel the subscription which was to renew on 9/29/23 and was ignored. They say in their hidden Terms and Conditions that they require a 30 day notice, we were 2 DAYS LATE and were not informed of the 30 day subscription by our customer account managers. During our 2 1/2 years with HOUZZ we were assigned 3 different customer account managers so very challenging to keep track of who is helping you. The most recent account manager never reached out to us for support or to discuss the subscription renewal. They will NOT work with you and refuse to allow you to speak to any supervisors to resolve isssues.

Answer: Yes use it as you may---am part of the team. Keeping in touch with me would be the best of both worlds for me and the client.
