This is a game changer. Thank you! I've had an amazing experience with PSI as our testing provider. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement over the past few years has been truly impressive. The seamless process and professional support make them an invaluable partner.
Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.
I could not find the product that I was looking for. I had another agent searching as well and finally between the two of us we were able to find this. I asked to have my password sent to my email and that never arrived, I had to set up a new account.
Because I am taking my test through PSI. I wanted to be prepared in the way that PSI tests since I have failed this test 4 times already and can not figure what I am missing. I hold a broker's lic. With TN and in all of my real estate career I have NEVER failed a real estate test in the past.

At first I had difficulties just trying to access the site to practice the test. Waited a day to re-try and it function correction. The questions from this site were way too Psychology oriented for me and I did not do well with these questions. The book questions were more straight to the point.

The link (sent via email) to access the CPPS exam will not take you to the actual exam. It was good that I login early. I was able to find the actual exam using the PSI link where I purchased the CPPS exam. If I just relied on the email they sent where to access the exam, I would have missed taking the exam and wasted my money. I scheduled my exam 5:00 AM. No customer service available at that time to answer my issues. Also, you will not be able to get into the remote proctor unless you are login on the correct actual exam access link. Hence, I have no choice but to figure resolving the access issues on my own.

Didn't expect the book to be slightly larger than a pocketbook but useful nonetheless! Not as bulky as carrying the regular textbook and study guide; strictly specific for the theoretical portion of the exam!
PSI designs the curriculum and formats the exams-- it was either PSI or Malady
Website is very difficult to navigate. When I finally got to the pay page and entered my credit card it kept saying "not able to process payment". After a number of tries and three different cards my broker was able to get her card to work. A bit later I get a notice from my online bank...I had been charged 5 times. Grrrr

I am a very intelligent person, as well as an experienced agent in two other states, and I have failed the Indiana real estate broker licensing exam twice now. The test results should give you more information on what questions are missed rather than just the category they came from. It's also not fair that the whole exam fee must be paid again when only 1/3 of the test is the state section. This is just the company's or Indiana's way of making more money. Also, why does Indiana separate the national and state tests? I'm licensed in two other states and passed both of them on the very first try. These two states had national and state content scored TOGETHER. Should I say it again? A ploy to make more money? This ridiculousness is very frustrating and shouldn't be this complicated.
Because I'm extremely frustrated that I've failed the Indiana real estate portion twice now without any SPECIFIC information on what I missed. Just providing categories is NOT enough to help participants learn from their mistakes. I feel that I don't have a choice but to purchase this test prep if I want to pass the Indiana portion of the licensing test.

I accidentally entered my password incorrectly twice because there isn't an option to view your password and it makes me reset my password. You send me a link to my email with instructions to press the link, which I do. I then come to a screen that says the link was invalid and to request a password reset again, so I do so. You send me the same email and I press the same link and the same page loads with the same message. I run around this circle 5 times and then try something different. On the same page that i get the message stating that the link was invalid it also asks me to enter a new password and then confirm (again you cannot opt to see what you have typed). After doing that it asks me for my email. After filling out all the information, it as me to reset my password so I press the button and poof you send me the same email with the same darn link that when pressed I come to the same page with the same warning that the link is invalid.

My order got cancelled, as I was not charged. During the order process. The next day someone Fromm PSIcalled and addressed the issue. I cancelled the order. All together. When was ready to take the exams, the reordering process was difficult. Had to call customer service who. Informed. Me that. Someone will. Call me back. Waited, no has called. It feels really scammy. You use different books for your Journeyman testing than we actually use for school. You allow a large number of books in the test, but not the Ferms or Tom Henry index that most of us rely on. And then conveniently you sell all of the books. Sounds like a racket to me. And then you charge for the practice tests? I feel like if I have to pay for the actual test- allowing a free practice test is a reasonable expectation. 0/10 I would not recommend.
I am forced to take the test through PSI, so I am just hoping the practice test is actually helpful since nothing else about this process has been. Whatever bureaucrat got sucked off to make this the only option for the whole state is a real POS.

My correct password would not work. The reset password option does not send reset instructions to email. Had to keep calling to have them manually push it through. Would then reset password only to have the same issue continue happening.

Sounds good so far. I think i can pass this. The pre pratice test seem easy so i think i will be pretty fine with doing this hiset. The test arent that long. Makes it easier on me then. Some of the Ged programs are just about the same fairness. I tried passing the Ged but couldn't due to other persoal issues. This time i will get my testing done right. Not missing out on this. Also im pretty glad that i reached out to this type of testing. Proud to be apart.

Because my state calls real estate people "broker", I inadvertantly purchased the managing broker exams instead of the "salesperson" exams. When I realized the format was wrong I expressed my concern with the online chat bot but it didn't understand. I emailed and got an auto-response that my inquiry had been received, but never got any follow up. I ended up having to purchase the salesperson exams as well because by then my exams were within 24 hours. Luckily I passed, but it was stressful and I had to pay twice. I was hoping to get a refund on the exams that were not correct, but still have no response.

I have ti take a TN, EC exam but y'all don't offer a TN, EC pretest package. So I'm hoping that the master electrical pretest will work. Especially since TN doesn't even offer a Master electrical license.

It's only tells you wrong or right. There's no code reference. It would be great if it gives you step by step the solutions, where you get your answers.
