This is a game changer. Thank you! I've had an amazing experience with PSI as our testing provider. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement over the past few years has been truly impressive. The seamless process and professional support make them an invaluable partner.
Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.
Easy to navigate the system and hopefully will prepare me for the test.
Where im taking my test
I thought i was to get a discounted rate based on my membership, but i got full price, Not sure why?
To see if i can take the exam without prep since i have been a cmrp for many years previously.

The site hardly works half the time. Makes me create a new password anytime I get on, won't take credit cards half the time.
I wish I didn't have to. The test is super ridiculous to take and pass, multiple tries so far. Hopefully after taking this practice test it will help some.

I paid for a test that was never sent! Since I needed to practice I bought it again. I called customer service and a ticket was supposed to be placed for someone to contact about a refund, but I have heard nothing and it has been a week!

I thought it would have same questions as on exam and questions were repetitive and not the same at all

Great, it was a very easy process to get on line and have access
Great study book guide to help you prepare for your exam! However, the study book is pricey.

Found everything I need but one book in one place! Was hoping to find the exam handbook for NC.
I can never easily find my practice test, but I'm always immediately offered to buy it again, why is there a different log in for the testing site and the shop it should be one. One place to get everything psi related. Very frustrating.

The help numbers for hpcc and hpna were not attended to, I spent two days and called the PSI help line 3 times before finding the answer that I needed

It was so hard to get in. Maybe because of security it kept telling me my password was wrong i could only go through the email

This is the worst testing experience I have had. If I could give 0 stars I would. PSI testing is a complete scam. I studied for weeks, and during my first attempt of the remote test, they kicked me off BEFORE even starting the exam because I got up to use the restroom. During my second attempt, they kicked me off during the FIRST question because they claimed I was reading the question out loud, which was untrue. When I called to dispute this claim, they could not provide video proof of the supposed violation. I called about 4 or 5 times to request either video proof or a refund. They continued to tell me they would send me the video but they never did. PSI stole $80 from me ($40 for each testing attempt), not to mention the countless hours I wasted studying. I highly recommend that you do not waste your time and money testing through PSI.
