The https://www.psionlinestore.com/ohce site could due with an update. Wording overlapped and it was very difficult to understand what I needed to do. I also was not able to scroll down through all the directions. I did finally find the link to renew, but I had to highlight the wording in order to see past the overlay of other wording. We also had a change of CE Coordinator. The mailing of the renewal packet to a physical location was lost. I did appreciate the follow up from Mark Barrera and the assistance he provided. It would be optimal however if the renewal packet was emailed rather than mailed.
It was difficult to find the test and to use a prepaid voucher. If there was a link directly to the testing or voucher use it would be easier
I was unable to find where to take the practice test due to lack of instructions and my email that was sent for it was to a website that didn't exist

It was a little bit difficult to figure out how to login and find my test but once I selected the original link, not the one that was in my account confirmation email but the link sent with the initial instructions it was very sjmple.
I have a receipt, and I paid for three practice exams when booking my actual test - I could never find a way to access the practice tests, so I was stuck purchasing them again.

A little confusing to find what I needed - wish I had better instructions.
Its a pain that I have to keep buying practice tests when I can't just retake them. A lot of other companies let you retake practice tests and have other study guides
I just found material to study and hopefully it is actually applicable to the test. I have found the test questions in the state portion don't seem to assimilate well to my study material so I'm trying a different route.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
