It was a little bit difficult to figure out how to login and find my test but once I selected the original link, not the one that was in my account confirmation email but the link sent with the initial instructions it was very sjmple.

Its a pain that I have to keep buying practice tests when I can't just retake them. A lot of other companies let you retake practice tests and have other study guides

Not sure if it's the people who work in this location or just the people who work for this company. There were two very kind ladies who were getting people in and getting lockers. However, there was a woman sitting at a desk (on 11/29 at 11am) who was very rude and unkind. She made me wait 30 mins missing my exam start time bc she was unfamiliar if my middle name needed to be on the exam. It doesn't. I have patients and I ending up canceling them last minute which makes me look highly unprofessional. Then another lady can and started her shift at the desk. Also very rude and unkind. When I competed my exam I eagerly asked if I passed. She just pointed at the screen. I had passed. I let out a sigh of relief and said something acknowledging how hard I worked. She said nothing. No congratulations, no pleasantries. While of course she doesn't have to, it would be the kind thing to do. Otherwise perhaps you should be in a job where you interact with anxious test takers all day. For context, I have a PhD in psychology and have worked to become a licensed psychologist since going to college in 2012 and then grad school in 2018. It's insulting that this person couldn't even said something that acknowledges me passing this test and be so arrogant when I ask if I passed. I think these folks would greatly benefit from a preseason on HR or from a psychologist.

I was a nervous wreck but the experience was good. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and very nice. The security check wasn't bad at all. It was fairly quiet in the testing room aside from the door constantly opening and closing. The system was very easy to navigate.
Adverse effects of the psi study course was that the psi exam was no where near what was included in the study course. Failing the exam is a disappointment, however this course didn't seem to set up for success, and it's discouraging to sign up to re take the test because there is no benchmark on what right and wrong.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
