I've been locked out for2 days after my microphone couldn't be located by the PSI support on the day of my exam (Monday), this caused me miss my next exam (Wednesday) while i wait 2-5 DAYS!? To reschedule or do anything.

I placed an order for a PSI exam and the entire experience was very discouraging. I felt as though the proctor service was way too stringent. I kept getting alerted when I covered my mouth while thinking about questions. I could not even move my mouth while reading content sliently. The format of the exam is NOT user friendly as the PREV and NEXT buttons are not designed with best fit and function to advance smoothly. THE CALCULATOR tool KEPT showing ERROR for basic calculatiions. I had to figure out work around for the system calculator to work the valuation problems. It caused me to lose time and hurt mh overall performance, now I have to retake the exam and schedule time off AGAIN (I asked the proctor to connect me with service rep for the calculator issue--proctor did pause test, and I waited for two minutes on hold and decided to just proceed). I lost money and time... very frustrating experience.
We have had a lot of glitches with the virtual exams. We can't get answers as to why and are charged for a re-take when it was not our fault.
PSI pre-test 3 packet was very confusing and wasn't user friendly. On a Sunday before my state test on Monday I had to purchase many packets thinking is wrong systematically with no luck. On Monday morning I called PSI out why I can't access I was told it need to be "rest" by PSI. How was I supposed know that? So I failed my test 😔
I tried to find my old tests and gave the information that I thought would help find it but all you did was return my money with no explanation. Do not give them your money.

No renewal notice and no help on the phone line - after some hunting I found a renewal box in my account - I paid for 4 course renewals but the identification of each course did not accompany the renewal - no way to verify.

Do not like being directed to a payment screen for something that has already been paid for by employer. (yes, it said payment not needed). You could have a different way of submitting voucher codes

I was not able to process my request to take the exam on line so I had to call the customer service rep who was excellent and helped me.
I feel like there should be an option to include the product with the voucher and have a link to redeem vouchers instead of looking for each individual product and applying the voucher because it was really confusing.

A little confusing when trying to register for the CNML exam from the AONL website. I think instructions saying, you cannot register yet. You must pay and receive approval to take the test. These instructions could be a little clearer. But as far ad the practice exam portion-that was easy!
I accidentally ordered the residential instead of the commercial but didn't realize until I redeemed the code. I called to see if a refund was possible but since I redeemed the code already I couldn't receive one.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
