Ease with use. I did not realize there was an expiration date on the first practice test I purchased. I could not access it when requested, it was past due.
I feel that it is misleading when you purchase the package. I dont like how you have to pay additional fees for practice exams and to open all the study material.
I purchased a review test bank and 2 practice tests. The test bank was good. The first practice test was fine, the second one I never was able to take. The system had some kind of glitch and wouldn't let me take it. I used the chat bot who was little help. It gave me an email for a help desk. I sent several emails to the help desk about accessing it and never heard back. I couldn't take the second practice test before I took my exam…. So money wasted. I have since sent another email into the void about a refund and have yet to hear anything back. I'd really like a refund for the second practice test I didn't actually get to utilize….

On 12/23/2025 I purchased the Washington Broker Real Estate Practice Exam. I did not receive the access code to access it as promised. I called customer service and the issue is them or an external company that generates the access codes is down. It is 01/05/2026, 13 days later and their system to generate the access codes is still not working. I have been calling back to check on this frequently. It is delaying my exam because of this, I am hoping to see their format before taxing the test that is over $200. PSI has a monopoly on the testing system in many states and the service they provide is unacceptable.
