I'm stunned by how user unfriendly your website is. Finding anything/everything was difficult. Buying the package only to have to call someone to access my package was time consuming and irritating. Lastly, I was asked which state I was testing for but NO STATE QUESTIONS are included. That feels deliberately misleading. Overall, a time consuming irritating and unpleasant experience with your website and policies/protocols.

Many of the test preps repeat questions/ are often wrong. Quite a few of the questions cant be found in the relevant books. You should do a commercial/ residential combined prep as you technically sell that exam.

This exam was easy to book once I set up my account and paid for my exam fee. I was a bit confused as to how to book at first, but I found the help page and it explained the step by step instructions. After that, finding the drop down menus and making the choices for selection were simplified and quick to get through.
Everything about this service has been difficult. Even this survey FORCES you to leave a certain amount of characters for it to be valid so you can post it. You really don't care about your customer's experience.

It is very easy to navigate the psi programs. I am only interested in the
Electrical exam that I have applied for. I am hopefully that I can pass it the first time.
Communication from PSI tends to be very prompt. I appreciate that when I have questions, there is always someone to answer.
Of note, as it seems the support center is based in South Africa, I would recommend advising customer service to speak slower to better understand guidance.
For an exam, this test prep and exam were not as stressful as they could have been. The test center was nice, staff was friendly, overall not so stressful.
