I should be able to log straight in to PSI and view every test available. Instead, I have to have a code, follow a link, then navigate through a web of tests. I should be able to open my test taker portal and view ALL of my activity AND link DIRECTLY to the books I need.

Website was very easy, fast, efficient, user friendly and easy to manage through to find, schedule and purchase examinations.
SO many issues with the practice test, and also just trying to access the site (it let me do it through one of my emails, but not by going to the main site and signing in with my actual password. Also it had two different emails for me and seemed to have freaked out). Didn't realize there was a Testing mode and a Training mode, so started with the Testing mode. Finished test, realized I could not see any of the answers I got wrong, tried to go to training mode and kept getting an error page. Tried Chrome and Safari. Nothing worked. Finally bought another test. I hated this whole experience.
It was easy to do, it wasnt hard as well as the price was good.although this essay question is a waste of time and not needed.
The voucher code had to be copied and pasted for it to work. It kept saying invalid when I tried to type it in. Other than that is went great!
I dont relly know. I have not tried used any if the information as of yet. This system should ask after the student passes the exam.

Called and got mediocre help figuring out what study guide to get and NO competent help with finding what practice tests I should get. So I'm having to assume the NASCLA book i just spent $96.61 on is the correct study guide

The exams make me feel so prepared! I did have some difficulties with saving the results and test to my files, but was able to print it out
I never received an email to take my practice exam i purchased so now I have to purchase the practice exam again the day before my test.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
