I have placed a purchase several times for a practice test and was only given one chance to take the practice test. We should be allowed to at least the test twice especially if we have to pay for it every time

Prices could be more reasonable, plus the practice test didn't help me before. I"m giving it a benefit of that doubt on my next attempt on passing but if not. I don't think I will be throwing more money away on something that is not helping.

Rude staff

The facility itself was fine, but I found some of the staff to be rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. At times, we were not treated with basic respect, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.

I want to be clear that I am not making any accusations, but the behaviour felt unfair, and I am unsure what motivated it. I simply feel it is important to highlight how it came across.

In contrast, the lady working at the centre was very polite, professional, and respectful, and I appreciated her approach.

I generally have all english testers and there are times that I have one or two spanish preference. I should not have to pay for 5 vouchers for one person.

When I was signing up for the exam, this $99 version of the exam prep wasn't one of the choices that I could add to my order. Not sure why, but all the others offered here were offered.
