I generally have all english testers and there are times that I have one or two spanish preference. I should not have to pay for 5 vouchers for one person.
When I was signing up for the exam, this $99 version of the exam prep wasn't one of the choices that I could add to my order. Not sure why, but all the others offered here were offered.

There's over 1000 question in the system that the 105 test questions are randomly pulled from and only 70 questions on the practice test... Hope I am not wasting my money on this
The PSI Exam Center at 1635 Phoenix Blvd, Atlanta, Georgia. Each time I took the exam I had computer issues. The computer would freeze and cut off during the exam. Each time I took the exam I was on a different computer.

I called Customer service to ask if the study material includes the bus law material and the representative stated that she can not answer that question. She also refused to let me speak to a supervisor or provide me with any additional information, as you all are the site for the test and can not tell me if your prep material covers everything on the test.
PSI test prep came highly recommended to me. As I prepare for my exam it gives me confidence to test knowing the quality of their materials.

I ordered a document to be emailed to a potential employer. The email I was provided with was incorrect. It was missing one letter. I spoke with customer service and they told me someone would get back to me. 24 hours passed and I had not been contacted so I called again and was told that since the order was already placed, there was nothing they could do. I had to reorder and pay the extra fee to have it expedited as this is for the most important career of my life, and I am on a strict timeline. So now I am out of pocket another $40. All they would have had to do was add the letter "s" to the email address I gave and resend.
Took a minute to navigate site, but I called customer service and was led thru the process.
It was not easy to find the practice test products and i couldn't find a step by step instructions on how the online practice tests and study guides work. Such as, I made the purchase for the person that will be taking the test. Used my email address but his mailing address so that he can get the book. I hope that this does not cause any problems when he is ready to use it.

It is a very good practice test exam, I need to be ready whenever I schedule my exam cause it is too expensive and the way of the exam if I don't pass it is so ridiculous.
Maybe it's just me, but listing the various National Exam prep for real estate is not helpful if you are from Washington State. None of the ones listed is for Washington State.

I'm looking to find my California High School Proficiency Exam certificate. When ordering, it asks for a CHSPE number. This is something I don't have, nor can I find it out. After much searching, I found a questionable source that says: "If it asks for your CHSPE number, just write:
'Unknown – please locate by name and date of birth.'" -- I don't know if this is correct, but if it is correct, it would be best if that was stated on the order form itself as there's no way to intuit that information.

I studied the Kettering material for my exam and decided to take this test the night before my test. I felt the PSI more accurately reflected the real exam questions. It also revealed updated ATS/ERS standards that Kettering was wrong about, which I find very surprising they were not up to date. Had I not took the PSI exam I would not have known that and would have got those questions wrong. I also really liked that the results came back in a format I could see what I got wrong/right with explanation. That was great.
