The price could be better. Otherwise its fine. I dont think we should have to complete a survey just to access the product we have already spent money on.

Why do I have to enter my address to order something you're going to email to me. Why doesn't my testing acccount also work for the online test prep store
I was told that after the test, the result and email will be sent after 10 minutes. Its been more than the promised time. And the anxiety it is causing me because I do not know the result. It is Sunday today and there's no available help line to answer my call. I am so stressed. My anxiety is through the roof. I won't be able to sleep with the thought of not knowing the result and what went wrong, why the result didn't come.
Amazing the u for everything... I was having trouble registering at my school I made one call the next day was in and my test dates are back back. I told my director he was amazed he said was lucky. So my experience was great! The u again...

The process was confusing for emailing my CHSPE to the university I was applying to. It didn't take into consideration it was a digital copy or gave me reassurance like a school code to ensure its arrival.
I ordered a copy of my CHSPE certificate over 2 weeks ago. I got an email saying the order was completed. But received no shipping number or ETA. I reached out asking for an update and haven't heard anything back.
It was quick and easy to place an order for my practice exam. I'm so glad that this was offered and that I was able to pay for this so I can be ready for my actual exam coming up.
Couldn't take the test until over a month after i completed course work due to PSI issues, and after contacting them over 5 times over 4 weeks I finally have it booked, but it was a horrible process
I took one NEC 70 2 HR test and there was over 8 of the ansewer that I answered counted wrong and they where right. And you explantion of the answer was clearly wrong. This test is clearly not supervised or vetted before they are put on the exam.
It was easy ordering but wish you had more testing sites in the rural areas of Texas
