I ordered this test pack once when I scheduled my exam but never received the login information and direction to be able to complete the practice tests. So I had to order them again in order to be able to practice.
Didn't receive my email with link at first and within my second day of calling i had amazing service that made up for the first person that tried to assist me.
The exam was easy to navigate and held in a location that was convenient, quite and supplied with everything you need to take the exam. My only regret is that it is PASS or FAIL without any indication of what I got right or wrong. I think that information would be helpful to know for anyone looking to improve any deficiencies in a topic.

I should be able to log straight in to PSI and view every test available. Instead, I have to have a code, follow a link, then navigate through a web of tests. I should be able to open my test taker portal and view ALL of my activity AND link DIRECTLY to the books I need.
