This is a game changer. Thank you! I've had an amazing experience with PSI as our testing provider. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement over the past few years has been truly impressive. The seamless process and professional support make them an invaluable partner.
Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.
The exam was easy to use and very helpful for getting ready for the actual exam. If you get an answer incorrect it shows what the correct answer is and why.
I was taking a PSI exam, and this was the best option to prepare with.

The website is a bit hard to decipher. In Colorado, DORA requires new potential journeymen electricians to take a PSI test. But, when I get to your guys site, there are a bunch of products, not one describing that it's the official testing requirement by DORA. Hope this helps, have a great day!

PSI has been easy to use to help me take my test. This is my first time having to use a site for testing, but its been very simple to use. I have nothing negative to say.
I purchased the Accident and Health prep test because I have scheduled the actually exam for Health Producer and I want to make sure I am hitting the passing mark. This will be my 3rd time taking the test tomorrow so I want to be a prepared as I can be. I only missed the mark by 7 points this past time so wish me luck.
Their app. Was easy to navigate, and the analysis of each topics and the questions, and repetition of those questions, and answers at initial stages makes all my reading stays in my upstairs.
Because I believe it's going to be helpful as it was said that it's mirror the exams questions.
The worst experience I have had with psi. I've had to purchase test multiple times because they cant seem to get it right. I've emailed and called and still continue to have issues. Purchase after purchase the problems with access continue to happen.
Because unfortunately they are the only route I can take with exam prep. I would 100% go with a different testing prep and testing organization if the option was there.

I had to reset my password because you didn't pick it up from the HPNA site. Then you decided to make me wait to actually use my new password because of "too many attempts." I listened to both videos of how to get SJE, but they didn't actually tell me how to GET the SJE. I had to hunt all over the website before I found where I could actually purchase it! Plus, this is just a way to pull more money out of hardworking nurses: pay for membership, pay for SJE, pay for certification.

I had to re-purchase the state exam because I could not access the first order. Customer service at PSI referred me to an email address because they could not directly help me. I had to spend $15 again because I could not get help. I'm very annoyed!

This has been a nightmare - I have bought several practice tests only for them to be totally useless I have failed the test several times as a result. Hopefully me spending this $100 will assist in me passing and actually covers ALL of the material. I am expecting to pass after studying and practicing with this test that has 900+ questions. Customer service representatives are not very helpful either, I have loathed this entire process and have felt unsupported and shook out of money and patience.

You have to buy the PSI prep test because the test questions are designed to confuse you and it's so particular with a broad range of things to study...I don't believe in test meant to trick individuals and I've been a real estate agent for 4 years in another state and you use absolutely nothing that you study and if you have a question then you have this thing called a phone to look up the answer...standardized testing is a money grab.

Farly east to navigate after you figure out what it is that's there and what parts you need. It would be easier if it when though a select questions and drop down to the areas needed and the parts that apply to your lesson's application.

I entered the wrong email initially. I was instructed to log back in with incorrect email. I did but log in still would not work and tried to get PSI reps to help which they were very helpful, but they still could not get me in to my account I purchased the PDF. So, I was forced to purchase it again. I am still waiting to hear if a refund can be given since download was never used.

So far I have had a good experience. I am currently working on my second exam prep course and I like how the exams hit all subjects needed for when I need to take the exam
Had two questions in the practice test that I purchased had incorrect answers only and no correct answer, when I clarified with the AI they told me that I was correct and that it did not provide the correct answer.
