Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.
The PSI website is a little temperamental. I had to download Google chrome and wait an hour before purchasing the practice test.

The PSI Exam I am taking is VA Commercial Technical Contractor. The practice test you offer are called Virginia Class A or B, Virginia General Class A or B, and Virginia Advanced Class A. I dont know which practice test i should purchase. I spoke with multiple people. I never got a clear answer and their english was very hard for me to follow.
There is no other choice.

Very poor customer service. I purchased the test twice because I never received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. Called customer service and send copy of credit card receipt and they still could not help. Because this is my only choice I am screwed. Emailed support 2 times with no response. 4 days and nothing. Worst service ever.

I paid an hour ago and I am still waiting for my test. This is our final for the semester, and I am stuck here waiting for their issues to be resolved.

I paid $90 for PSI practice tests and a study pack. They were missing the two toughest categories. When I tried to call customer service to ask about it, the call went to a call center in India. The guy could not even understand what I meant by saying, "The categories of microbiology and anatomy and physiology are missing." I repeated it over and over while listening to all the other call center people talking. He finally put me through to "someone higher". Which was a call center in Africa. It was even noisier with call center people in the background and she could not understand what I was asking either. After 45 minutes of this, I finally just hung up.
