Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.

I was charged and billed for a practice exam I never received. I was hoping to utilize this practice exam to help assist me before taking the exam. My access code did not work and customer support was not available during the days and times I tried to contact them. I hope that I will be given a FULL refund since I wasn't able to use the item I purchased.
They were not available to resolve my issue. I was unable to speak with someone. I would still like a refund for the practice exam I purchased but was not able to use.
In hopes of helping it to assist me in passing my exam, but due to the product being paid for and not delivered, I do not think I will use it again.

Bought a practice test when I signed up for my exam. After trying 5 times to re set my password still have not gotten an email I had to create a new account. Due to their lack of customer service or options they were rewarded with another 25 dollars from me. The web site doesn't work either.

Segunda ves que lo compro, creo que deberia ser un poco mas intuitivo. Por ejemplo notificar antes de salirce del examen que al salir se pierde todo derecho de volver a entrar. Me sali solo a la pregunta 15 y tengo que pagar nuevamente.
