Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.

I can never easily find my practice test, but I'm always immediately offered to buy it again, why is there a different log in for the testing site and the shop it should be one. One place to get everything psi related. Very frustrating.

This is the worst testing experience I have had. If I could give 0 stars I would. PSI testing is a complete scam. I studied for weeks, and during my first attempt of the remote test, they kicked me off BEFORE even starting the exam because I got up to use the restroom. During my second attempt, they kicked me off during the FIRST question because they claimed I was reading the question out loud, which was untrue. When I called to dispute this claim, they could not provide video proof of the supposed violation. I called about 4 or 5 times to request either video proof or a refund. They continued to tell me they would send me the video but they never did. PSI stole $80 from me ($40 for each testing attempt), not to mention the countless hours I wasted studying. I highly recommend that you do not waste your time and money testing through PSI.

Everything about this system does not work properly. I cannot manage to log into my account wherein I purchased the State Exam and the practice prep test. Therefore, sadly, I have resorted to paying once again for another practice test so I will be prepared for my State Exam tomorrow. Crunch time and your system fails.
I thought this was the only way and I have scheduled my exam already. Knowing what I know now, I would have chosen a different route.

Good practice for the real exam in terms of time and format. However, about half the questions can be found online in other free practice exam resources. Also I did the real exam 3 days after and found that the difficulty of the practice question were lower than the real exam. I suggest that the difficulty of the practice exam to be higher.

The fact that I paid 50$ for this study pack and I only get to study one topic. The rest I have to pay extra. There was no warning that the other topics weren't included was a scam. Whoever came up with this and made the system is a Greedy person, we are students on a budget already due to student debt and now you want us to pay extra on top of that. I am not happy with this system. And I know for dam sure corporate will not change, so they can keep those few extra dollars in their pockets.
