This is a game changer. Thank you! I've had an amazing experience with PSI as our testing provider. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement over the past few years has been truly impressive. The seamless process and professional support make them an invaluable partner.
Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.
No customer service number readily available, and when I located one, it was another country. I receive emails on purchasing a practice test that is another trade. I am concerned I may fail simply so PSI can make additional money on testing.

In attempting to place an online order, your system indicated that my Visa credit card had been declined. I therefore went to my credit card website and the charge appeared as "pending", not only once but TWICE. I called your CS number, waited for 20 min on hold, only to be told there must have been an internet glitch, and the charges would fall off my account. I attempted the purchase a second time, with the same results. There is nothing amiss with my card and its credit limit is high. The charges are going through on the bank's end. I have wasted my study time on your system's "glitches".

I purchased the $50 practice test package only to find that the actual test included multiple subjects that were not covered in the practice tests. To further compound my frustrations I am still unable to review or even find my test results other than the fact that I passed. I attended numerous emails and phone calls and attempt to access my client portal only to run into dead ends. It appears the whole testing experience isn't about the test takers knowledge or to improve the test taking experience but rather tilted towards a money making experience
Terrible. Foreign speaking affects that were hard to communicate with and never actually helped or followed through or even steered me in the correct direction which eventually led me to abandon my numerous attempts to find and review my test results
Having already bought this practice test but being unable to access it, I am forced to purchase it again, hoping for a different result. I do not have an access code in my confirmation email from my test+practice test purchase. I would have a 4-5 star review here if I can get a refund for my double purchase. Support is down for Labor Day weekend.

I am giving a 1 star review with genuine frustration as I just purchased a practice text before this current purchase, where I was never able to access or take. I went in to take the practice test I purchased with nowhere to be found. I finally called customer service to get help accessing my test, and was met with no help. It states in all emails and websites to contact customer support for assistance m, and when I finally do, I'm told I'd have to purchase yet another practice test. This is all right before my actual state exam. I'm so devastated by this. This is not ok.

Questions are very easy and repetitive. The only calculation questions are voltage drop and a lot of them. Never got range or dryer calculations. No derating conductors or box fill. I've been asked over ten time what the purpose of the grounding electrode conductor is.

Purchased the 3 practice test bundle for the p&c producer licensing. I was wanting some extra practice and to gauge what kind of scores I could achieve. For some odd reason, I would receive about 15 questions per test that pertained to a completely different line of insurance that i've never studied. I obviously couldn't answer the questions and ended up with a score that didn't accurately represent my p&c insurance knowledge.
The customer service representative was extremely rude and didn’t understand the issue that I was having.
I assumed PSI would have good test prep questions however, I was wrong and received questions that didn’t even relate to the subject I purchased.

I'm kind of buying this in the blind and I'm not too happy about it.
I called your 866 phone number to ask questions about the study and practice test bundle but due to you outsourcing your phone calls I could not get any good answers to my questions.
I hope what I bought is correct for the state of Arizona as its what I clicked on your side bar but i cant be sure is correct due to the person on the phone not really getting my questions.

I made an attempt to purchase the Social Studies PPT-8 Practice test but was unable to do so. The page will load incorrectly. It will not display the check box that i must check for acknowledgement. Therefore, I am unable to add it to my cart. So far, this is the only test I was unable to add. I added and purchased the PPT-8 tests for Reading, Science, and Writing without any problems.

I think that the 3 pack should be able to be used at school for our students to be able to use it as a practice test. To be used and taken multiple times not just once. Or have a pack for schools to use for online use in school

The questions on the test exams do not show your knowledge of real estate brokerage, because they are worded in such a way, that there is no one correct answer. The questions are too short and do not include enough data to make an informed decision.
Because you created the test. I feel that this program is simply a memorization of obscure questions that don't demonstrate any real knowledge of the subject matter. Its one thing to have a few trick questions, its another to make 80% of them deceptive.

My tutorial exam has been very beneficial. The review guide also has been very supportive as a I study. I did sign up for the proctored online exam and it did not go well when I launched. Waiting to be able to schedule again. This has been frustrating.
Well, when I could not launch my exam at the time I was supposed to, I panicked. I called the number and the gentleman was supportive. I have to go through AHA to be given access to register again for the exam.
It was recommended by coworkers as a good source for preparing for the certification exam.
I signed up for a test that wasn't complete for my licensure needs. Finding just the right exam wasn't intuitive and I suggest the filters for the search input and instructions on locating the correct exam are updated. I'm paying twice now to take the second component and would love to help this not happen to others. Thank you.

Absolutely insane that I have to pay 70 dollars to be able to take a practice test to pass a 110 dollar exam that I need so I don't go to prison for cutting hair, the state and psi should both be ashamed of themselves this is absolutely ludicrous.

I think this test is designed to make you fail. I've wasted a lot of money on practices tests just to take the test and not have a single question on the actual exam. Specifically math questions that have discount points. That needs to be added to the practice test. And why on earth would there be questions about broker license requirements on a REALTOR SALESPERSON exam?! If that is going to be on the exam it should be on the practice test. Complete garbage.

I purchased this exam on 8/1 and logged out, as the Music Therapy exam has the option to return to the text. I was unable to find the link the my exam when I went back to my email. I called to get the link and access code resent and they were unable to. I have my exam this week, so I wanted to practice this last exam right before. I would like a refund for at least my original exam B practice test as I was unable to complete it.

When it came down to the test the program did not allow me to take it for technical reasons. After one hour on the phone with the techs we finally got past the problems and was able to start the test.
This is when i was not allowed to take the test due to being in my office and having white boards. As you can tell that was frustrating after about 1.5 hr of trying to get started they said no to my test room.
I am going reschedule in person for the next test. I have done this before and that experience was a good one.

After studying for more than a month for the exam, I went to PSI to take the Property & Casualty exam and 20 minutes into the exam, the test "timed out" and wouldn't let me back in. Apparently, there was a national server error. I was not allowed to start over and PSI submitted a test result of "fail" to the state Dept of Financial Regulation. This has completely wasted my time and means that I have to do further test preparation and take another 1/2 day to take the exam again. This is a massive disappointment and waste of my time. I have received no apologies from PSI for this.

I did not have a good experience with the practice test, the feeback after the exam have no explanations or rationals why this answer option is correct. Its just showing this is the correct answer period. The practice does not prepare a candidate to have knowledge but its just merely testing myself with nothing to learn from

I could not find the product that I was looking for. I had another agent searching as well and finally between the two of us we were able to find this. I asked to have my password sent to my email and that never arrived, I had to set up a new account.
Because I am taking my test through PSI. I wanted to be prepared in the way that PSI tests since I have failed this test 4 times already and can not figure what I am missing. I hold a broker's lic. With TN and in all of my real estate career I have NEVER failed a real estate test in the past.

At first I had difficulties just trying to access the site to practice the test. Waited a day to re-try and it function correction. The questions from this site were way too Psychology oriented for me and I did not do well with these questions. The book questions were more straight to the point.
