This is a game changer. Thank you! I've had an amazing experience with PSI as our testing provider. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement over the past few years has been truly impressive. The seamless process and professional support make them an invaluable partner.
Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.
Procedures are quick and easy when I need to make a purchase.
This was the recommended prep material for my upcoming test.
Cost of test is excessive, times are tough enough as is, maybe consider making the format of test/questions more accessible for free/reduced pricing

Not very good for my state, not very informative, doesn't offer any practice test for business and law, very expensive!

I did not like the way the results are handled. I could not understand how I had the score I had each time. The Score I got per subject matter did not make sense, and I could not add up to the total your system said I had.
Why not detail how you arrive at the score? It would be nice if you could respond to me

Preparing for test
Haven't passed yet but I'm building confidence taking the study and practice exams from psi.Its very helpful when you answer wrong and they give you the correct answer and explanation plus references in the code book
I've done the Bobo test prep and I don't have time on the weekends to sit in on the classes and was a hassle to get the recordings.This is better for me because I can study and do practice exams when I have the time. Don't get me wrong bobos class is good but didn't work for my schedule.

It was a pleasant experience, even though I did not pass. The protor was not on time and there a glitch and I got disconnected. I was nervous

Since 2023 you cannot buy bulk practice exams for the NBSTSA. As well, registering my students for the ACTUAL exam is tedious, painful and the steps are redundant. Is was far easier before the update. Why fix what is not broken?

This has been a complete hassle, not clear explanation on how the practice tests must be purchased individually. Also trying to figure out the "code" for using your vouchers took quite a bit of digging. When I called for help I was passed around to three different departments and then cut off. When I called back I waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Really horrible and difficult experience overall!
