This is a game changer. Thank you! I've had an amazing experience with PSI as our testing provider. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement over the past few years has been truly impressive. The seamless process and professional support make them an invaluable partner.
Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.
I wish your books were digital for speedier delivery. PDFs are universally acceptable and I have not go the time to wait for UPS to bring me the materials in this case.

I had to repurchase your practice test because i got booted out of the first one i purchased saying i finished it when i had only completed half of the questions.

I was unable to determine exactly what material / reference books I need to study for the North Carolina Residential Contractors License Exam. How about a defined list of tabbed study materials
6 attempts to purchase with an Am Exp Card! All denied Why Why Why then use Mastercard and approved. Why indicate accept Am Exp and then frustrate customer over last 10 days
Why, because you Administer the Test which she has failed 2 times. So now invest $100 bucks and see if she can pass the test.

Not sure if the complexity is on PSI's end, or HPCC's end, or somewhere in between. Regardless the process for locating and purchasing the ACHPN SJE was not intuitive and took much longer than it should have (in my opinion). Also the exam link came from an odd email address so it went to my junk mail; would have been nice to have a heads up about that pertinent information.

I can't access test anymore and I just purchased a couple days ago. Telling me to buy again don't waste time with psi better option out there

This was a wonderful opportunity but found the exact test with answers online for free through quizlet so spent that $40 for nothing essentially.

This test might be harder for me since i work with mostly adults in my hospital but once a year we might get one delivery.
I really want to pass test as my city is making it a requirement to get a full time postion in the new hospital. Mercy southwest.
No Virginia prep study or test. Very disappointed. So I purchased this one but VA not listed on states. Hope this helps me.
No other choice that I could find
Everything was simple to find. Sign up and purchase was reasonably priced
Not easy to navigate website. Wish I would have received a reminder email that my previous practice test was going to expire.

I have so many good things about the course and their pass rate.
It's not a really obvious site to navigate. I'm used to looking for items when it comes to CE, but if I were new this would be confusing.
This took me a number of times to figure out how to buy the SJE, reset my password and get to psi site to purchase the SJE. It was very time consuming and it seems unnecessary.
It's very self-explanatory, indeed. It's a safe and secure site with testing reviews that assist in preparing one to pass their state exams the first time.
I've done other exams through this testing center.
So far, it's been very user friendly with your website; however, I wish it does't cost too much for just getting practice before the test. It would be nice if PSI would just charge about $15 that would make more sense!

It went well. No issues accessing my practice exam. I received detailed reports to help me focus on areas to study.
They offered my certification practice exam.
These test are too expensive especially when someone is purchasing them over again after previously used them in the past.

The Book Store was fine, Scheduling with psi was ok, my experience with the Parker, AZ test exam location for terrible! The Owner as he called himself was so rude, had a power/control problem. Would never go back there, nor would I refer that location to anyone!
I was told PSI was the only ones who gave the exam. I signed up with Arizona Contractors License Center for test prep. The questions I studied were all scramble up, almost like revere psychology. I understand that questions would be in a different order, but to word them the way they do, was very confusing. Everyone passes the buch, basicall blaming the AZSCL Board for the test layout.
