I had a great experience taking my practice exam with PSI. It felt like I had an idea of the material that would be on my actual exam.
I ordered a textbook, which came quickly (thank you), and then emailed a question regarding indexing the text with tabs for use during an open-book exam. The answer I got was a very thorough, canned diatribe that amounted to a non-answer. I wrote back and asked that a human be put on the email thread and haven't heard anything since. PSI makes it a point to say "call us," "write to us" if we can be of any assistance. I'm throwing the BS flag. It's only lip service.
