I spoke with your customer service team- with 2 representatives and neither could advise me of the correct practice test that you offer to prepare for the CMS test that we scheduled with PSI. How do you not have that information accessible to anyone who answers the phone? Here is the test, and the practice test to prepare is here. It was very frustrating to sit on hold and give all sorts of information to prove our identity only to have them be zero help.

I ordered a copy of my CHSPE and there were two options self or institution. There was no explanation to differentiate. As it was being sent to my job, i selected institution. After spending 20 minutes on hold they told me it was my fault and I would not be issued a refund. I feel I am owed a refund as I had to re order

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
