This is a game changer. Thank you! I've had an amazing experience with PSI as our testing provider. Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement over the past few years has been truly impressive. The seamless process and professional support make them an invaluable partner.
Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.

Have 2 bad experiences with PSI and therefore I will not recommend. First was taking my exam virtually and almost to the end of the exam their system had a glitch and cut me off. Had to do all of the security process all over while the test clock was ticking not a fun experience. Second I purchased a review e book with them and again system issue pdf never downloaded try reaching out to customer care and was told there were some system issue that some will get back to me in 24 hours with a resolution but here we are 2 weeks later and no one has gotten back to me. A total lost of money and time.

It says I was born in 2005 when I was born in 2006 some information had got wrong either your way or their way if you can do anything about this and push it farther so I can go to Boot Camp that would be very helpful. They were great I’m trying to go to Boot Camp and I need diploma. My shipment date got moved and I still have to wait for my diploma to be sent through the mail. My birthday is wrong.

I was in the process of taking my online exam. The proctor JUST released my test. Simultaneously, I told my son I could not open the door, or I would be disqualified (I was on the third floor, locked in). I began reading the rules and before I even proceeded, by selecting that I agreed to the rules of the test (or whatever the button said because the proctor immediately froze my screen, and I barely had a chance to read a thing). The proctor disqualified me and disconnected immediately. I did not accept the terms of the test yet. I did not move from my seat, and the microphone could hear what I was saying. Total BS and money grab. I tried making a complaint, and requesting that I get to a voucher to take the test, and was told it was a different department and they had to open a ticket. I can kiss my exam fee goodbye. Its unfortunate that I do not have any other testing options in NYS, because I WOULD NOT GO WITH PSI AGAIN. I am sure this proctor was ready to be out for the day, given I was the last test slot on a Friday.
Tip for consumers:
I would recommended not taking the test online. After this happened to me, I looked up reviews and found similar stories. Seems like complete money grab. I will be disputing this with my credit card company, as did not even agree to the terms of the test before being disqualified.

I called twice to be put on a hold which was disconnected. A third call got me to a person, but that call was also disconnected abruptly. I figured things out on my own eventually.
I called multiple times. Twice I was placed on hold to have the call disconnect. Once I reached a live person, who also disconnected with me abruptly. I ended up figuring things out on my own, but it was a disappointing experience.
