Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.

Everything is extremely expensive as I am someone who is trying to get a career to earn money I can barely pay for this stuff.

The Provider renewal process is too time consuming, it should be more simplified as it is for all other states.

I'm so glad I did the practice tests, it's nice to have kinda seen the layout of how the certification exam looks like and how to navigate it!
So I could familiarize myself with how it looks!
I haven't begun using the material yet, but I took the free sample tests offered, and I like how it also gives additional explanations for why the answer is correct or incorrect.
It was one of the better ones I looked at, and if I pass my state license exam, I'll know it was totally worth it!

I have a PSI account and have been on with tech support because I can NEVER get logged in. Every time I call I have been told the same thing. "The site is down" How is it always down? Also, I have purchased practice exams in the past and was told I should be sent the link instantly, it has taken 3-5 days each time I have purchased a practice test. I will admit the tests are helpful but the process of getting them is awful. I like the idea of PSI and what they offer but the site is not very user-friendly.
