Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.

This is the worst company for the State of New York to rely on to administer tests. Proctored testers don't show up on test day; company has ineffective customer service; customer service literally leaves you on hold for an hour; one pays and schedules but they send the money back after floating it for a week; they don't honor agreements; every single time slot is allegedly booked even if you go out 1 month; website is flawed...PSI IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND THE NEW YORK BANKING AND INSURANCE DEPARTMENT SHOULD REVOKE ANY CONTRACTS THEY HAVE WITH THEM FOR THE SAKE OF ITS RESIDENTS!
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time and money here. NY State Department of Banking and Finance is aware of this company's flaws and is looking to change vendors. So just wait.

Some of the questions were very ambiguous specifically some of the load calculation questions. Furthermore the testing facility was not great. If given a choice in testing proctors I definitely would not choose PSI.
Horrific
Initially it made since to take a prep exam through PSI. Then I started testing and the questions were all wrong and not based on the 2020 NEC even though they said it was and it was labeled as such on the website. I called to let them know and spoke to several customer service reps. The end result was them telling me that there’s nothing they can do.

I was having trouble preparing for the exam, so these materials were helpful.
My Friend recommended me.
I used an older ipad to download the test, which didn't put it in a downloads folder to retrieve from when I downloaded it directly to my home screen (when my device asked me where I wanted to download it).
When I clicked to open it once downloaded to my home screen, it immediately said the link expired. I was denied a refund and told to buy a new test. This process for sales is terrible.
Kind people but tied to a terrible policy and method of delivering your practice tests. If I never opened the test, I should be allowed to get a new one or refund if the link doesn't work. I emailed the company immediately that day, and had to call when I got no response over 3 weeks later.
