Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.

I do a lot of testing through PSI. Mostly it goes well but I will run into phone numbers that don't go anywhere, sometimes conflicting information on what I can bring to the test and what I can't. Sometimes the information form the brochure to what the PSI center has is a little bit different. And as you know getting ahold of the right PSI agent can be a nightmare. Over all though, the people I work with are very friendly whether english is the first language or not. They always try to help me which is awesome and your PSI center and staff are 5 star. Over all I really like PSI, you are awesome and if nothing changes I am still very happy to use your services, you have saved me countless hours of travel and the associated expenses and for the most part your services are seamless.

I used the practice exams to help study for my independent adjusters exam. The formatting of the practice exams was very similar to the actual exam. I liked that it showed my diagnostics for studying as well.
I chose PSI since it was the vendor for the exam I was taking for licensing.

Great so far. No complaints. Placed the order and received the booklets in what seems to be a very short time.
Honestly it was the first reputable company that came up and all of the material looked and felt legitimate.
Getting help from PSI is impossible. All calls goes out of country. Please are rude and they don't help, they argue instead of finding solution. Go to CEshop for better materials ( easy to read) and experience.

The PSI website is a little temperamental. I had to download Google chrome and wait an hour before purchasing the practice test.
