Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.
Not too bad, I had some trouble getting my password corrected but after a phone call to PSI they worked it out.

They helped me achieve my goals even when i was playing they was there for me
I choose this school because they are part of thee hiset program and when you believe you will achieve
Have taken the mechanical contractor test twice now. Failed both times by one question. Bulletin and results show 120 questions. Actual test is 130 questions. Being cheated out of 10 answers and get no answers from psi. They will be exposed for purposely failing test takers.

The study material given did not match the test at all. The study material said there would be 40 questions; there was 45. The study material gave practice chapter tests that I routinely got between a 97-100 on; the actual test had very few of those questions. The wording was completely different on the test than the study materials. All in all, I passed the state test based on prior experience and logic more than the study materials provided.
I mistakenly thought that the entity giving the test would be the entity preparing one to take the test.

It took me all day to order 1 book. The website couldn't calculate tax and when I call customer support for scheduling a test on one speaks English. The reps are very hard to understand. Customer Service with PSI is an absolute 0!
