Don't bother wasting any money, buying their exam reviews because there was not a single question that transferred. There aren't many time options available per day. Live examiner was not professional, not smoothly operated, caused an uneasy test environment. I would give my overall experience a 1/10.

Tip for consumers:
I would highly recommend to change the room check methods. when allowing examiners to work from home/in home offices you need to realize that We are not able to remove every single object in the room for testing. For example, my live examiner asked me to fully unplug my printer, take it off of my counter, as well as all of the wires and move it into the other room. I was also not allowed to have a vase on a counter that was behind me as well as other inconvenient, unnecessary actions.
Been a terrible experience so far. Still two tests that had system issues and was unable to finish and was never refunded or resolved. Seriously a scam and money grab scheme by PSI. Wait on hold for literally HOURS and then nothing happens…."oh, you expedited my complaint…that's great." Literally nothing happens. If you are able to use a different testing company I suggest you do. PSI is literally the WORST.

I have taken TWO tests that I was unable to finish due to the program/test kicking me out or internet issues at the testing center. It is a two hour drive both ways and one day I waited there from 8:30AM until 5:30PM hoping to get back in. The proctor was on the phone with PSI the entire off and on all day. Then, they said they had NO record of the problems. They "expedited my claims, but have STILL heard NOTHING about a refund. I have spent HOURS on hold with them...STILL no refund for either tests. I also have taken it and NEVER received a score report print out, which you need to mail in to the State. I had to spend more HOURS on hold on the phone to get that in an email. I took the test on a Friday and couldn't get a score report. The proctor gave me the number to call and funny, I KNEW the extension by heart by then...they said it would be 24 hours before they could generate the report and that I needed to call back. I called back the next day. They said it would 3-5 BUSINESS days before I would get an email. I got an email that said I failed the National portion, so, I rescheduled. When I took the test, it only gave me the National portion...thought that was weird. No score report. Had to spend another hour to get an email. Found out on my profile that I had PASSED the State portion and that was why I could only now take the National part. They NEVER let me know. I had to spend more HOURS on the phone to even get an email with that passing score. They didn't seem to realize that I NEED that print out to mail in to the State. THEN, the lady HUNG UP ON ME.
Still have heard not a word on a refund for the two tests I was unable to complete DUE TO THEIR HORRIBLE SYSTEM. I find it funny, they say they can't see your test but everything is ONLINE...they can take my money for the test IMMEDIATELY...but it take 5 days to hear anything and hours on the phone with some poor lady that has no clue what is going on. What a racket.
I can't decide if I need extra help or if its the anxiety from never knowing whether or not I will be able to complete this test and all the money I am wasting on gas is what is stopping me from passing this test.
Your tests are nothing like the questions in the prep. It's extremely frustrating to keep paying for tests, and never feeling prepared. There is NO online resource that has questions even close to the actual exam. I hate not knowing why I didn't get a question right.
Because I am sick of failing the test. Despite doing Kaplan's real estate school, the questions on the exam are completely different from any prep or test available to me.

The State of Michigan uses it for Barbering
Not a lot of help as to the actual study material needed to pass the test. Is this book all inclusive or just one of many? Do I need to know everything in this book? Things like that would be helpful.
Plus I don't see any option for used books or discounts for people with a tight budget before any job requiring a license can be had.
Plus it would be nice to have a bundle price with a sample test. In fact I'm not sure I even need this book and should be getting a sample test... its all kinda vague as to whats on the test to study for.

Practice tests were very helpful and contributed to me passing my National Electric Code test. However on one of the practice test, answers were clearly incorrect...not the entire test just a few questions. Never the less, I found them helpful in increasing my speed to find reference material in the code book.

This is the second time that I have either purchased a study guide or tried to set up an exam for business law. Purchasing a book was an adventure but trying to schedule an exam is pain staking, especially when no one can seem to find the test you want to schedule and being told they don't offer it, even though I had the book in my hand. The interconnection between finding the books and scheduling an exam should be seamless. You should be able to schedule on the same page you order the book. Make it easier!
I had to make several phone calls to schedule my first exam and finally had to get assitance from the municipality I was going to test in to contact someone they knew to get me scheduled. Train your customer service team better.

Scheduling my exams was easy. Finding the location of exam was a little more difficult. The material required to pass the exam was extremely difficult and I have a Bachelor's degree. I haven't studied that hard since college & the wording of the questions was extremely difficult to understand. One almost needs a Master's degree in English to break down what they were asking. Seems a little unnecessary for what I was trying to obtain. Lastly, having a person test right next to me was also very distracting.

Quick and easy interface but the referencing numbers for the code book doesn't show the exact numbers. Example, if i needed to know the max spacing between supports for emt, it would be NEC 358.30(B) but it gives a totally different number reference.

My experience at the PSI Testing Web Site has been positive overall. The registration process was straightforward. I appreciated the clear instructions given before the test, which helped alleviate any initial nervousness. Overall, the experience was well-organized, and I felt comfortable throughout the process.
The only part of the process that has taken some time is approval to take the test. Other than that, it was good. They had several test dates and times available and the check out was easy. I hope the testing process itself is as easy.
It was the option that was provided to me by the adult school when I called.
I've taken the Washington national broker test 3 times so far, scheduled another one this Wednesday. I've spent around $900 for the test atemps and I think that $210 each time is way expensive for an auto generated test. Also the proctor unfortunately wasn't any help with the 3 fails, it would have been essential if she let me know about the practice options, any recommendations or any help at all, I didn't know there were any practice tests available till my father looked into it, it would have saved me lots of time, money and frustration if I would have been told of these practice tests in the first place. Also it would have helped if when i failed the test, i had the option to view the answers for the questions that were incorrect to help me study the exact areas I'm weak in, instead of a very broad, vague percentage of all the categories.

I like the resources on here, im sure im going to get the most out this experience from the practice exams but so far i heard good things about Psi. I need all the help i can get and this is a good place to start. Keep up the good work guys. I hope you can update your exams more and more. So we can have more RT's pass their clinical simulation exam.

I purchased the $25 for 3 full length exams and these helped me so much for my exam. Questions can be asked several different ways and I read every explanation it gave as to why the answer was the answer. I completed the diagnostic first then all 3 of the full practice exams. I passed on the first try with an 85%
I chose PSI because they said they make the actual exam so why not study their material
I found this purchase to be every bit worth the money. I feel well prepared and confident in taking my exam. Most of my anxiety has diminished and I am more excited about stepping into this new chapter in my life!
