I went in to 2801 45 ave in vernon today to ship a package out to burnaby...they told me about the flat rate box they had and saved me a lot of money.The girls there had me laughing the whole time, the energy in this place was amazing made my day for sure. This is the worst service you can find in Canada. They never deliver your package, I have the delivery guy on my camera. He has the label prepared and he just attached it to the door without even ringing the doorbell. They do not wait even for 10 seconds. You never can receive your package at the right time you expect.

If I could give it a zero I would. Absolutely no customer service skills. They lie about attempting to make deliveries, I've literally been home and see the guy drive off with no attempt just putting the sticker on the door.
Vivian: manager from hell
Had an issue and called for help. Spoke with the most rude, abysmal manager Vivian I've ever encountered! How someone with such a sour, horrible attitude was ever promoted to manager is beyond me. Vivian should be fired.
She was dismissive after to told her the issue she literally said "what do you want me to do about it?"
And that was after a long minute pause where I was like "hello are you still there?"
She would basically tune out and walk away from the phone whenever I spoke it seemed as she would not reply when i was done talking and I had to prompt her repeatedly "aren't you going to say anything" because she'd just be dead silent and never reply.
Absolutely infuriating.
She made no effort to help or do anything and it was clear she couldnt care less and had no intention of helping or trying to find a resolution or even being respectful and empathetic to customers.
Not an ounce of care or respect in this cold boomers heart.
This woman has no place being a manager or being employed at all with her dismissive, sour attitude!
Without wasting my time, WORST DELIVERY SERVICE in Canada. They never seem to get your address right no matter how carefully you put down your address. It's a $#*! show
The worst delivery team. It initially send me email that the delivery date was a Wednesday so I arranged my time to work at home. I tracked the parcel later found it was postponed to Friday so I rearranged my schedule. I found a note on the door saying missing delivery after I was back home on the Wednesday. I got a short message on my phone saying my parcel was ready for pickup from its outlet the following day. They do have my email and phone number and can send short message, however, they do not want to bother to send me a message one day ahead to allow me arrange my time to stay home for the delivery.
If I just have an option not to use them in all my parcels i would never even look at it. Things that repetitively happened in all my transactions to them: 1) deliver person are lazy, they dont give you time to open the door for them, they door bell and it you did not answer for few seconds they are gone. 2) customer service convey wrong information, they provide unsure answers to your inquiry, i wasted an hour to go and pick up my parcel because they said it will available for me, i get there and parcel is gone. 3) calling them is almost impossible, it will take an hour to wait for a real person and their robots are not helpful at all. 4) stuff in the facility are like robot, they work because they need to, no help and they dont care! I'm wondering if they are also the one acting as robot in the phone
By far the worse delivery service i ever used. They dont let you know anything about your package, no updates of any kind, the hold your package in one place for days. They are the most incompetent company that i ever seen. They should get out of business
They have bad label printers that can't handle any address that has extra info in it. Such as Building door codes, or instructions on where to leave the item.
Then when the driver arrives, they can't read the parcel label, because the printer messed it up. So, the tracking says that the parcel is undeliverable.
Then after a couple days, they manually print a new label and only include the most basic address information - which leaves off the information on how to buzz the building to get in the door.
So then the driver shows up, can't get in the building - so they just leave a note telling the customer to drive to teh depot and deal with the problem.
Purolator really needs to figure this issue out, and start delivery parcels properly.

Notified this morning my package was on delivery truck and is going to be delivered today. But getting snow storm here and delivery won't happen. Contents of my package are cold sensitive. No way to contact Purolator to ask that package not left on truck over night outside. Contents value is $500. Contacted Purolator Website and they said there is no way to talk to call or contact local Purolator depot to try and have package put indoors over night...Disgraceful customer service.
The guy didn't try to reach me, no calls or trying the buzzer. Just said receiver unavailable, even though I cancelled my plans and stayed back home the whole day. And to top it all when I'm trying to reach out to them, they have a 45 mins estimated wait time for talking with an agent.
SAD SERVICE
This is my second really bad experience with Purolator. Today, they claimed they could not deliver on time because of a "weather event". Well, there was none. Scattered light flurries now and again with no accumulation on the roads. A completely fabricated story. Last time, I had to go to pick up at their depot. The people were super unfriendly and the procedures very customer unfriendly. If you want something shipped, tell your shipper not to use Purolator. Apparently they are mostly owned by Canada Post, and based on the attitudes and efficiency of their staff, I believe it.
So far in the last 12 months, every delivery by Purolator has been screwed up. $100+ 'next day' delivery was delivered 4 days later. Purolator refused to refund (again, blamed the weather). One 2 day delivery actually took 21 days to arrive. Refund refused. They just sent me on a 60 km detour to the wrong Purolator depot. No apology. I get home to find yet another delivery attempt slip on my door (probably for the same package, which they cannot find in their tracking system). The list of screw ups is endless... avoid these clowns at all cost.

I recieved a email stating a delivery was attempted and no one was home and a slip was left on my door. First of all, I was home and I have security footage to back this up and no driver came to my door. Secondly I phoned purolator right away and advised them the driver went to the wrong house and the representative said they sent a message to the driver stating for them to drop off my package forsure today at the pick up location here in town ( they did not even offered to redeliver it to my home). I then went to house where the driver left the slip and it stated I could pick up my package after 3 pm. I went to the pick up location at 4 pm and no package, phoned purolator again and I was told the package was sent back to the warehouse because of a rail derailment in my town and I could pick it up Monday (not delivered to my home) and this is Friday! There was no derailment in my town so thats a out right lie! So now I have to wait till Monday to get my package, total bs. All because of this driver, should loose their job in my opinion! Unacceptable, wish I could leave a zero star.

For the drivers stop using Google maps and actually look at the street signs when delivering.
Next day delivery from Best Buy, don't count on it. Purolator don't show and blame you -"receiver inaccessible" - when you waited all day for them. Then you have to wait days before they will actually deliver your package. The text alerts would be great if they actually used them. Got one at 11:30 am and nothing more. Way to go Purolator you waisted my time and energy.

Worst delivery service in BC. Purolator will waste your time, consume your energy and not deliver the parcel. They have my parcel since Dec 21 in their facility, it's Jan 12 and I just wasted another day off waiting for the delivery. I contacted their agents through the chat, calling, and emailing... And they keep saying there was no space in the delivery truck, or other excuses like missed connection. Don't use this service, and don't buy through any retail that uses this service (like Best Buy, for example).
One star is more than they deserve. Been home all day, no one came, then I get notice from Amazon saying they attempted. Im okay with that, but no notice, no instructions, or no what my next step is. Customer service says they can't tell me anything. This is a joke. I have no clue what to do now, neither did customer service. Wait and see was her answer. Wait for what?

I had ordered some goods and the vendor used Purolator to ship it. Once the parcel arrived at the delivery depot it failed to deliver on two consecutive business days (they never even loaded it up on the delivery truck!) and on the third business day they sent the parcel back to the sender. The tracking system during the last three days was absolutely awful, with confusing messages on the web, malfunctioning customer service chat system, and live operators where if you call three of them in the space of 10 minutes they would each give you a completely different description of the status of the shipment. I mean, I have never seen anything like this, what a truly awful experience. Use any shipping company but this one and you will do just fine.
Disgusting practice of delaying shipments until they're at full load to save money at the expense of customers getting their items on time. Don't expect 50% of your express packages to ever arrive on time, and always expect they will blame it on the weather, even if the weather has been pristine for weeks. What's the point of paying higher costs for fast shipping, when it's constantly delayed for days and never arrives on time?

Imagine making payment for shipment, tracked item which was placed on the truck for delivery but Purolator claimed it has been stolen, and there is nothing they can do. The tracking Number is *******2554. And if they remove the trace I will add pictures here. This organization is disgusting PLEASE do not ever use them, your shipment will be missed as mine did. I have promised that until I get my shipment, I am not stopping, I am going all out to let the world know how horrific their services are

Sent a package overnight so cost is extra. Was willing to pay but it didn't get there. Last update it was lost, had what PUROLATOR called a routing problem. Sent the same package through FedEx because they were important documents and time sensitive. The stress of printing of another 57 pages and signing while my husband drove an hour to make a pickup location was too much. We had minutes to spare and the cost in gas, we won't see that money back. Hopefully will get a refund on my Purolator cost. Not holding my breath though. Will never use them again.
Worst delivery ever. Sadly, their customer service doesn't seem better, not very helpful! Drivers are very creative at finding excuses not to do their jobs (mechanical failure, running out of time, incomplete address, nobody home, you name it). Don't believe any of it, it's not you, it's them! Best case scenario, you'll have a note on your door and end up picking up the package yourself after being delayed for a week or more. Sometimes they don't even bother to leave a note though... Two questions: 1. What are they getting paid for? 2. Why is there no option for zero stars?
They don't even bother to send aby notifications, call, sms or knock at your door. They will simply leave a notice stating missed delivery even though i was home the whole time. Extremely unprofessional.
CAN'T believe Naturalizer is using this company for delivery and encouraging us to use them for returns. The service is less than poor, no one talks to you yet they said the have at heart their customers! My case was closed with lost items a value of $250+/- no refund, no further help except a robot writing letting me know the receiver had the package which are all lies.
