I recently purchased a LV speedy bag and when I tell you it look just like the real deal... I returned my authentic because it looked FAKE this one looks better. Very nice customer service and bag came on time as promised... try them for yourself you'll be glad u did..

I ordered $500 worth of items and the items I received were very nice. However immediately after, I had four fraudulent changes posted to my CC account. I know it was this purchase that started this trend because I had not used this credit card for over six months, and had no previous issues. To Sandra B. I truly enjoyed my shopping experiences at pursevalley. I bought three products and all were surprisingly excellent. I think something may have happened, as they seem to no longer exist. Wish I could find a good replacement.

Disgusting and shocking! This business should shutdown. All their staff need basic customer service training. The level of arrogance with these pathetic so called "friendly staff" is extremely high. They simply don't care and don't honor their warranties and guarantees. Stay away from these rat bags.
I comment on their facebook page so they remove it? Wonder why? Because its the truth.

Their website is user-friendly and easy to use. The delivery of items is quick. They delivered promptly even during Pandemic when deliveries have been difficult for other companies. Had a few questions and was able to get quick responses. Highly recommended

I finally received my LV bag after about 9 weeks instead of the promised 6 weeks, apparently because they were going through some logistic changes. My bag is beautiful with-only if you are trained to spot and hold the bag up close-minor differences with the real thing.

This company tries to hook you with the perception of legitimacy and a great value on replica watches. Then the big bait and switch comes in when they attempt to alter your purchase method from credit card, where you have some level of protection, to "Western Union wire". After all that they then want you to wire them cash so that you have just essentially paid for nothing from a foreign land. DON'T DO IT! Phil Hill

I ordered a watch. Have no clue where it is and now. However had a ~783 euro transaction on my account from another website which seems to be there's only yoox. Am really frustrated. Am totally sure it's them as that's the only site I used my card on. I wonder with so many scams why is there no action against them?

They advertise to be mirror quality to the real thing but it is not even close. Beware buyers because I wrote a review in their website and it was never posted because I had a negative review for them. They only put up positive reviews. Do not buy if you value your hard earned money.

I cancelled my order right next day way before they even ship the item out! Send an email to inform them to not take my money! Not only did they take my money also have not been refund me yet after a week. On their email says 24 hours. After 3 emails sending out, they just stop responding!

I had purchase items several times from Purse Valley without any problems but then came an issue. The first time was when I made a purchase and use the same Credit Card #. Soon, I was receiving charges on that card from Italy for expensive jewelry... at the time I did not connect the dots.
I made another purchase and again my card # was compromised and charges begin to appear from other countries. So, buyers be aware of fraud... I'm positive I am not the only one this has happen too. Remember these cheap products come from CHINA!

The site has been closed and you cannot reach anyone by phone. You can call the number but you'll be placed on hold and eventually get disconnected; ive been trying to get in touch with them for 5 days. I guess I just threw away $250!

I've been using PurseValley handbags since last year. I think their product is amazing. The bags are well-designed, has a wonderful color and they are made of great quality material. They also offer reasonable prices and the customer service is quick to respond to your concerns.

I've ordered a LV bag, cartier watches, hermes scarf. I have originals of all the products I bought so I ordered the replicas to see if they came close so I could take them when I travel internationally as I worry about theft (which has happened even in a nice hotel in Paris). All the items were very close except the hermes scarf as it was off in color. However, you could still carry it as my guess is most folks don't walk around with a hermes scarf except maybe in New York. I haven't had any problems with delivery, or customer service. I even asked for my watches to be sized before they came and they took care of it for no charge. I'm sure there are problems sometimes as no business i perfect, I've just haven't had any issues with this site but I also am careful as to which replica's I get.

I'm reporting this company to Better Business Bureau. Sometimes they will have their lines up and sometimes they will disconnect the phones I guess. It's the worst mf company I have dealt with. Stay away from this company with these fake $#*! bags. They money back guarantee and the only dam guarantee you will get is that they guarantee you will be f***** out of your hard earned money. I don't see how the law allows such behavior. I'm gone file claim against this fake $#*! company too. Itches

I was suspicious when I asked them few questions. They were very keen to keep in touch and even said they noticed I had not got back to them. The Western Union cash transfer is a complete con! The positives reviews online must be fake. Please BUYER BEWARE! Its a lot of money to part with! If it seems to good to be true it probably is!

Order twice... in my first order bag broke within a month and they sent wrong replacement, went I complaint, I was ignored!

Order the second time after a few years cause I forgot it was the same site. Received faulty bag and was told to return it for a reimbursement, which I never received! After months of chasing, still nothing, they simply hung-up upon discovering it's my call and never reply to any emails.

My first experience with them was ok. I decided to buy a watch. The watch arrived and within a day the band broke. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement. However I still had to pay $30 to have the new band put on.

Second experience, was a little upsetting. The cashed an check for $870. Then a few days later they called to tell me they only had a few items available. I was upset and didn't understand why they cashed my check. However they informed me that they would apply a store credit which could be used anytime.

So, I just placed a new order. This morning I have been informed I can not use my credit for the order because of some type of promotion. This makes no sense whatsoever! They are literally holding cash they took directly from my account but telling me I can't use it. I am demanding they now refund my bank account... I'm guessing that will be a cold day in hell.

Received an awfully cheap looking bag made out of plastic instead of the described leather. It looked nothing like the photos online.

Sent bag back for refund just the way they asked me to do, using their post service etc.

Never received refund.
