Terrible service. One of the bags quality sucked. They say that they have 100% guarantee but they were not and the staff kept ignoring me and shutting me down. Dont trust them.

Received my LOUIS VUITTON Damier Ebene Hampstead PM and Ebene Normandy wallet today. Both are beautiful and well-made. Metal plate and zippers were bright gold. My order was placed 11/3/16 and shipped 11/10/16 and arrived 11/30/16. Every time I emailed PV with a question or concern, they always replied although it did take 24 hours. I chose to pay with Visa instead of Western Union, and my card was overcharged $16. I contacted them and was refunded quickly. Overall, I'd have to say my experience was very positive. I was hesitant at first due to all the negative reviews PV has received, but was willing to take the risk. I don't doubt that the negative reviews are true, but it's a hit-or-miss chance I was willing to take. Only order if you're OK with the risk of losing your money and getting an ugly bag (or nothing at all) or you just may get an amazing knock off at a great price. I feel lucky that it all worked out.
The bags look gorgeous and authentic! The only thing that bothered me was the one of the numbers on the plate (supposed to be a 0) was missing half (as if it wasn't stamped hard enough) and there's a tiny little bump on one corner. The wallet button was raised (the real LV wallet is flatter). But other than that, for the price I paid, I'm very satisfied. Good luck to anyone that puts in an order!

I went to order the LV speedy on 7/1- it said it was sent out 7/13 and the tracking never changed for two weeks, it said it was still in China, when I would call purse valley they would say that they moved "warehouses" but this shouldn't have effected my shipment, I told them to please refund me because The package never moved from china and it was

They claimed they refunded me the cash. Never happened nor did I get an email, I had to call my bank to report fraud.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD. I ordered a watch from them and i payed 340$ for the watch., once i received it, the wasn't even working. So ii sent them the product back and asked for a refund. Its been a month and they haven't refund me back my money. I email them many times, no repond and i called them almost every week... so do not believe anything they write on their website. Its all bull$#*!

I ordered Prada wallet for 140$ #PD-1132A4-PK - it was my first purchase and actually i made it as test before buying more expensive items. It's OK if the price 20 or 30 dollars only - NOT More! It's fake from miles and of course doesn't worth 140$!
I will give fair review as all reviews on their website are FAKE!

First, i live in NY and here in Chinatown, there are tons of replicas. I found many replica wallets like mine for 20 or 15 dollars only, and i thought when i pay 140$, i will get really high quality copy. But i was totally wrong, and here is why:

1- It's not leather. It's "Plastic" material and you can SMELL it from miles!
2- Stuck Zipper! Actually it's cheap bad material which makes zipper stuck every 1 cm!
3- Rust at "bottom stop" of zipper.
4- Different than photos, in design and important parts! So Photos are fake too.
5- Box was broken and looks also so fake.
6- Dust bag was really horrible. It doesn't cost more than 10 cents!
7- Packaging wasn't good enough, and was WET!

- Good points
1- It looks like Prada and the design is 99% the same.
2- Shipped fast within 15 days from money transfer.

Conclusion:
- The bag is not bad, but doesn't worth more than 20 dollars. Wen i left my review and said that, they stopped support and didn't publish me review on their website.

- No way for return because you will lose Shipping and Money Transfer Fees, and then have to pay again for return shipping to CHINA! Like 60 dollars! And another money transfer fees for refund! So you get nothing.!

Today, I spoke with a very rude person in Purse Valley, when I ask to speak to the supervisor he sad he was the supervisor.

I told him that I have done everything you ask me in writing to verify my account, I send them a copy of my paper checking account, a copy of my bank statement, they told me:

"We understand your concerns in sending an official card or document via the Internet. For that reason we suggest you black out the 8 middle digits of the card number." So I did So.

This will make the copy useless for anything besides verification. Now this guy is saying that No, that I need to disclose all the numbers (Why They say something in writing and than change), he then treat me to black out my name from any purchase.

Frankly he was so out of line saying that he expend more than 10 min in the phone and he was going to put me out of line and put me in a black list.

This is not the first time I have bough from you, so I don't understand all that verifying. I think your comany is not very serious in doing business

I ordered, got scared, but I did receive the bag, and it's beautiful. I think they take the site down, and lay low. Then they bring it up under another name

This was my first purchase and it will not be my last! My bag arrived quickly and it is just perfect! I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship. I can't wait to show off my new bag!

Horrible experience! Tried to purchase some bvlgari errings - they call me back: my vida doesn't work! " we accept only american expres for ordes lower then $800"ok. It was strange but I gave them the data.
No confirmation mail. Next day I call the vost. Service, apparently everything is just ok. Next day they call me to inform that my american expres doesn't work! They wanted me to accses to my account?!
Then, I was so bored with all of them and I canceled the purchase. Swindlers- that's what there are!
But the cheap ones.

I had recently moved to Europe and had ordered a LV bag from their website. I soon realized that counterfeit bags are illegal to use and tried to cancel my order. I was informed by a customer care agent that my request had been sent to the shipping department to cancel my order. After three days I was told it was too late to cancel and the bag had reached and my only option to return the bag was to first accept the courier and then return it. I called Dhl and they informed me that I can refuse the package and then it automatically goes back to the sender. My bag was caught by the customs and pursevalley told me that I should go and get it released from there. I got a legal notice from LV lawyers for ordering a counterfeit bag and pursevalley advised me to lie in court by saying I wasn't aware of the order when they clearly knew I had used my credit card to pay for it. Pursevalley told me I was responsible even though I had clearly cancelled my order and they had still shipped it and so I lost over 1000 euros. I think this website is a fraud and NOONE should order from them.

I recently purchased a bag from Purse Valley and they are WONDERFUL! They called and text me to confirm the purchase and delivery! The bag is great quality! I love it it! The entire experience was wonderful and I would purchase again and RECOMMEND HIGHLY!

I placed an order 02/10/19 and received an email with details of my order and billing.
It stated that I would be receiving another email with tracking details.

I bought a watch for my husband which arrived with broken clasp... proceeded to return, they recieved the watch and sent me a Western Union confirmation... bothered to go to Western Union to get the money but the money was never transferred... so I lot the watch money and 2 shippings over a broken watch! Is amazing! I've ordered numerous items on the site. Customer service is amazing. They call within 24 hours to confirm your order, then and only then will they put your order through as long as you confirm it. And if you are not 100% satisfied they will give you a refund.
They keep you updated all through out your order. They are upfront about telling their products are replicas. The leather is real. Most of the materials used are the exact same from the actual manufacturer. Their products are amazingly soft. Great quality products. I couldn't ask for a better site than to pursevalley.cn to buy my replica products from. Why would anyone spend over $1,000 for an authentic Louis Vuitton when you can get the SAME exact quality from PurseValley.cn? It doesn't make any sense to me.
If you take care of something, it WILL last forever, regardless if it's a replica or an authentic.

Believe the reviews about fraudulent charges on your account. First order with them and I had fraudulent charges on my account. I hope they get shut down.

I, like many others, read all the negative reviews but went for it anyway and ordered a LV handbag. (I have three authentic LV handbags already, so I felt I could determine the differences, if there were any, in the bags). I ordered on April 16th, then received an email saying there would be a delay in my order, but a couple of days after that email I received a tracking number, on April 27th. And on May 5th I received my handbag (tracking for my bag was slow and didn't update until it got into the US). I absolutely LOVE my bag and it was just like the pictures. It's a good quality and honestly looks like the real bag. I'm not sure why there are all of these negative reviews. I mean, if someone with a negative review actually posted pictures/video of it then I would believe all their words. But not one person who had a 'negative' experience posted a picture of the bad product. I don't know, it's weird to me.
