I reviewed a bit a bit ago and happened upon another am similar site purses alley.cn versus purse valley.cn
I'm thinking ppl *might* have the wrong website!
Just a thought as pursevalley.cn has been great to me...
I'm not paid and the customer service has been wonderful and the products I've received have been great!
PS - I just received a replica watch a little over a month ago from pursevalley.com and I am very pleased. Excellent look - packaging was great and other than just one issue which is the one spot ( the model name isn't imprinted under the brand name isn't there - but barely noticeable) other than that it's a terrific replica watch. It's a Breitling replica and I'm very pleased with it.
So, all in all - pursevalley.com has been very good to me.

I ordered a LV suitcase for over $600.00 from PurseValley. I found the same EXACT suitcase on another similar site for $200.00. FREE SHIPPING. I told PurseValley and asked for at least a discount. They would not give anything. I wouldn't buy from this site again as there is another site cheaper and quality is the same! Private email me for the site address.

I bought a beautiful YSL purse from PurseValley. I used it twice and the magnetic catch broke. I have called numerous times and they refuse to replace the purse. Was told that I would receive a replacement catch but it has never arrived. The catch cannot be replaced because it is connected to the YSL logo on front of purse. They will not listen. Sent pictures and they never responded after they asked for the pictures. They refuse to replace the purse. The purse cannot be used -- a complete waste of $450. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Give your money to charity.

My order arrived and it literally STUNK. It must have gotten wet in the shipping container. I tried everything, and it still smelled worse than $#*!. Everyone in the room could smell it and we all started sneezing. They wouldn't exchange or refund.

Pursevalleyfactory are the pioneers in this field. This was my fourth purchase from them and I couldn't be happier. The huge collection they have I bet you can't leave the site without liking a product. The thing I like about them is that they always keep in touch and keep you updated with the status of the shipment. Highly recommended!

This is the third watch that I have purchased from Pursevalleyfactory over the last years & have always been delighted with the service and the watches I have bought. I will be returning for more watches to add to my collection.

I ordered a watch in April 2022 and to be honest it did take longer than I expected to arrive. Clearly the only reason was that the guys at Luxurytastics wanted to to make sure that I was 100% happy with the watch before it was dispatched.

I tried to make a purchase for 485$ and they wouldn't speak to me on the phone. I called 11 times in one hour. The girl answered the first few times then put me on this endless lineup that says you're number 6 and it takes 8 minutes the same thing by the way each of the 11 times I called. When you get to number 1 it's a voicemail. The girl just wouldn't speak to me after the 3rd call and would either hang up on me or put me back into the lineup. I cancelled my credit card and visa is sending me a new one. They said at Visa that the site is listed as a scam in their security and dispute departments. It's not worth it. Disgusting human beings.

I was a little leery about ordering from this website I normally get my bags directly from Louis Vuitton but I'm glad I did. I saved a lot of money and these bags look identical to my Louis Vuitton. Thank you I will be ordering again!

Very pleased with my bag, I never expected it to get here was quick as it did.
I got in in one week from ordering date. After they called to verify my credit card which I felt good about that, then they shipped my bag that day. After I opened my package and viewed my bag I noticed that the leather on the handle straps was a little lighter in color than the real Louis V. so I rubbed a little oil on it and it looks amazing. I got the Neverfull MM... the red on the rim on the handles straps is a little brighter, so I took a light brown magic maker to it. I am so please with the way it looks for the money I paid for it... Can't wait to buy another one...

I placed an order in early July for a handbag worth $285. I sent them an E check just like everyone else and I asked him to apply a $50 credit that was do me from a prior incident, and being no one had responded to me in two weeks, I called my bank and told them not to allow these people this company to take money out of my checking account and I sent them an email letting them know that my bank would not be allowing them to take money from it and please cancel my order. But in the meantime they called me at least four to five times leaving messsges. I didn't understand the messages on my answering machine because that was in Chinese. I do not speak or understand Chinese. I never answer them because I was not home but all these calls were on my answering machine. I then received an email from them indicating that my order was canceled. Beware of them.

I don't know what to say about them I think if you decide to buy a replica from a website you need to be prepared for everything but this website looks very good and my order was shipped in 7 days I payed with Credit Card and first I was concerned but when my bag arrives everything disappear, always there will be unsatisfied customers and always will be bad reviews because we are different and this is a good thing, I'm not working for them I am a single mum with 4 kids and I don't have money to save for a real designer handbag. I love my bag from PurseValley and definitely I will be a return customer. :)

I am VERY disappointed with the item!
I have purchased from them before and this is not the same quality. This is not a AAA quality replica, and I've emailed several times with ONE response of a $30 store credit and nothing else? No more communication after I sent several additional emails questioning them. Not acceptable for something of this quality. BUYER BEWARE

My package was OPENED by the Dept of Homeland Security and I was charged $111.50 before I could pick up my package from the US Post Office!
Nothing was damaged but it took forever for the Postmaster to figure out how to handle this. Be aware that the 'deal' you are getting might be taxed at 20% when it finally gets to you.

I paid on my credit card and then got an email asking for photocopies of the card and of my ID. They said it was because it was a large order. I wasn't happy to do this and asked if I could just order 1 pair of shoes instead. They haven't replied.
I don't think you can't trust anyone who wants all your ID, which means they can charge what they like to your card and you don't have protection because you were stupid enough to do it.

It can't be ligitimate and based on the reviews I think i made the right decision to abandon my order.

Im a first time purchaser with purse valley. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I bought a Louis Vuitton Monogram Menilmontant Mm. Beautiful purse. I observed the real one. The one I bought, I can not tell the difference. Fttom leather to stitching. I will be purchasing again soon. I gave 4 stars, because receiving me purse to a while 2 weeks. Other than that Im very pleased.

Did not want to accept my paypal only a visa credit card and i had to call my card to have them approve the charge but didnt cuz it sounded shady. Few months later im getting fraudulent charges on my Visa and this is the only shady site i used it on! Dont buy from them unless you want to get hacked!

I ordered $378 worth of products from this site. Immediately after my credit card was authorized for use from this, I had three additional charges from online websites totaling over $500. I contacted Purse Valley via phone and could not even understand the individual on the other line. I then texted the company and received numerous threatening and rude texts back. I was told I would get refunded the $378 and it is 21 days later and I still have not yet seen it. My bank had to investigate the additional charges that were charged to card moments after my purse valley purchase. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!

I received excellent service from PVF's customer service team for the purse I purchased for my daughter. They keep you updated from the time they receive the order till the time they dispatch it. I will continue to order from them in the future. Received excellent service

Got my watch in the mail the Yacht Master 2 in gold and stainless and it was scratched on the letters master sent them a picture have got no response back from pursevalley I would like to have another watch to replace this one

I bought this purse about 3 months ago. The Celine handbag has black outline which is wrapped up with plastic film on the edge of leather. It falls off and torn off. It shouldnt be like this. Handle part is supposed to be one of the sturdiest parts. Purse valley customer service offered to send the replacement part and asked me to take the bag to shoemaker. Instead of offering a check for fixing cost, they offered to give $40 store credit. I need a check to pay to a shoemaker not a store credit. Im not happy with this bag and customer service.

I have ordered from the site for two years now and could not be happier. But now i ordered again for 1000 eur and am waiting for half a year for stuff. The e mail is blocked i received last e mail 10 days ago that they will ship but nowi cant get no one. I think they have stopped doing bussines. I am very dissapointed in losing all this money

I ordered from pursevally a month ago and I still have not received my merchandise. The company was quick to charge my credit card and then apply a "floating currency " fee to my order. I have requested an absolute answer as to the status of my order or I will report the charges as fraud. I didn't enter in to my purchase from pursevally with speedy delivery of my order first in my expectations but I do require updates with accuracy. So far my transactions with pursevally have fallen short of even subpar customer service but I still have hope that my order will be filled correctly if not I will simply contact my credit card company and report the order as fraudulent.
