I am another one who ordered in July and then got the notice about moving warehouses... I called and they said it would be shipped out within a few days... weeks later I called and it didn't go through, then I sent an email, it bounced back... Finally on August 11th I got an email stating my package has shipped. It still just says "in transit" but I will let you know if it arrives.

8. 25. 17 Update: I have received my bag! It is pretty good but not 100% 1:1 match. The LV print is just a smidge off center but otherwise the quality is great and no weird odor. I am just glad I didn't get scammed! If you haven't stopped payment yet, hold out, your bag is probably coming!

What can I say

I tried to purchase a bag from this ridicules company and when it was time to pay it said something about sending a link to my email in which I never got. So I contacted the customer service through chat and they told me that I never placed the order, So I conatacted them again when I found the order number and they told me to give them the correct email now. After some word exchange they blocked me from there chat. Believe me when I say I will not ever order from them at all period.

I recently ordered a bag from www.ipursevalley.co and it was a really bad quality bag. When I complained, they asked me to send it back which costed me £30 and promising a new bag. The bag arrived but it was broken as soon as I opened it and it was a poor replica of the MM artsy. It did not look anything like the actual bag. Now, they wont give me the money back and want me to spend another £30 to send this broken bag back! I am disappointed and they ripped me off. I would never recommend purse valley or club couture for replica bags! Horrible horrible quality bags!

I ordered from this company and they kept trying to get $1.00 authorizations from my bank. Sounded suspicious to me so I canceled my order, two weeks later there were over $3000 in fraudulent online purchases made on my credit card. I hadn't used my card anywhere else, so I know it was them. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. Do not provide them with any credit card information. They are crooked!

I received my bag a week ago and I love it. I'm not a expert on Louis Vuitton bags but it looks perfect. My friend has a real Louis Vuitton bag and i put mine next to hers and you would never know mine is a replica. I got the Pallas gm bag. It really is a beautiful bag. I have ordered several items from this website and they take a while to come from China, but they were worth the wait. I got an LV Damier Neverful bag and most people can't tell that it isn't real. I paid about 200.00 USD for it and it retails for 980.00 at the LV store here in Troy, MI. The inside of the leather straps are starting to show cracking and wear after about 6 months, but I think I have been overloading and overusing it. I have also ordered an LV pouchette and some Tiffany silver pendants. They have great specials if you join the email list and I will order again.

Some of their products' quality are ok, some are horible quality. I bought 4 bags for the 1st order. Had to return one due to their product's details, it missed some basic details compare to the authentic one (it was a LV bagatelle), i had to pay for the return shipping for an exchange (hermes birkin). But when i got the hermes birkin, I totally disappointed. The quality is tooo bad, and it smells funny, not leather smell. I contact them to return it for refund, they agree but asked me to pay for the return shipping (What? Really? Again?) i was mad... Now they convince me to return it for refund including some store credit (who cares about their store credit?). I asked them to refund the amount money i paid for the bag plus the amount of return shipping fee but they didn't agree... Still dealing with them now...

I received my Artsy Louis Vuitton purse 2 days ago. The Artsy purse is well tailored and I love it but it has a very gaseous stench. I am hoping it airs out very soon. I am wondering what I should do about it?
I am also wondering if the leather on the wrapped handle is the right color. The handle and matching leather parts are beige in tone rather than in a usual warm tan.

After I tried to make a purchase using the money gram option and was told there would be an additional fee, I switched to the credit card option and later received an email saying they couldn't process credit card payments at that time. I got suspicious and sent a reply canceling my order altogether. I received a response saying they wanted to offer me a coupon code or the option to negotiate a price. I still said please cancel, and several days later I received an email saying my order shipped and my credit card was charged for an amount that I did not authorize. THEN the bag was shipped and it wasn't even the right bag. I also received a bracelet that I ordered which was too small to fit on my wrist. Literally a child sized bracelet. I can't even deal.

Was called from my AMEX company telling me that there was a $1200 charge trying to be pushed through. I attempted to purchase a bag from Purse Valley months ago, but my order was canceled, now they are trying to milk me out of $$$. Canceled my card, and WILL never recommend this shady company.

Don't buy from this very dishonest company. Purse Valley should be shut down for the crap they call good quality. They will not refund your money even though that's what they promise. Crooks!

Prices have in some cases tripled! Bags are ok depending on which brand you get, stay away from chanel! For what they are far to expensive not worth buying!

I bought 3 bags online and never received them. The email and phone # provided to me don't exist. Now the website isn't even up anymore. Someone was responding to my emails for a while and then one day every communication ceased to exist.
When I wrote them, the email bounced back and said email didn't exist. The phone just rings and then hangs up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE CHINESE WEBSITES. Sneaky crooks who act like they care about your order but go and make another website to catch other victims.

Doesn't look at all like an authentic LV. They must photograph authentic designer products, but ship their fake manufactured ones out. Then, they make you pay to return it.
