Was surprised at how quick I got the bag. A little hiccup with western union payment versus credit card, that took about 3 days. But once bag was shipped it arrived within 4 days! So total of 10 days to get the bag. After reading what too look out for fakes the only thing I could spot was 6 stitches instead of 5 on handle leather patch. Otherwise it looks just like the one in the store. I'm very happy. Will order from them again.
Disgusting and shocking! This business should shutdown. All their staff need basic customer service training. The level of arrogance with these pathetic so called "friendly staff" is extremely high. They simply don't care and don't honor their warranties and guarantees. Stay away from these rat bags. I comment on their facebook page so they remove it? Wonder why? Because its the truth. So posting on every single website out there about this place. Stay away and don't bother with them because you will have a bad time.
I was as many people afraid to order a bag from purse valley, because of all the bad reviews. I thought that if anybody was gonna be tricked it was me, but I didn't and I got my bag within 10 days. I brought a yves Saint Laurent monogram college bag medium, and I messaged back and front with them, and the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because their costumer service took some time to write back. I am so happy for my bag and are definitely gonna order again!

This is my first of many in the future purchases from Purse Valley. Not only the quality of the handbag out standing the customer service and attention to detail was far superior to anything I've ever ordered. I just recommended to my neighbor.
I see a lot of people writing negative reviews about PV but I have been ordering from them for 5 years. What you see on the pictures is what you get. If they make a mistake with your bag they will give you credit towards another bag of your choice. I'm not sure if the bad reviews are real. Or I have been extremely lucky!
I ordered a copy Birkin then read the reviews. Most of the reviews are very mixed and I was worried. Interestingly the very bad reviews are also written n very bad English making me wonder if it's the competition. I decided if my bag was of poor quality it may be money wasted but a lesson learned. For me my bag arrived very quickly, it is an outstanding copy, I didn't have to contact customer service so no comment there. I haven't been bombarded with lots of promotional emails since I bought my bag and there has been no fraudulent use of my credit card. I will be buying more.
I ignored all the bad reviews and went ahead with it anyway because I really needed a nice gift for my other half. Firstly the order was delayed! Then when I got the bag it was beautiful however within a months time the bag ripped. So much for their quality check!
When I got in touch with them they would not reply till I actually called them international rate and finally they reported it, they started saying because I got to them so late they wouldn't give me an exchange or refund. I did say I don't want a refund, il even send the bag back for them to replace the part. They started saying they are going to send out a replacement handle that I can get fixed here and they can't do anything else.
So what can I do I agreed. A month later a part came but it was the wrong part!
Now I'm still waiting after countless emails and calls its been nearly 6 months.
So do you really think this is a place to buy? Go else where seriously these guys are a waste of time and no where near helpful.
I have made several purchases through this site. All products are of the highest quality, the follow through regarding shipping and the status of my orders has been excellent, and I fully expect to place additional orders in the future. An overall great experience, which I unconditionally recommend!
Can't say enough about my new purse! I absolutely love my LV Neverfull. I received it and am just in love. I also can't say enough wonderful things about the customer service at Purse Valley! They were so very honest and kept me updated on the status of my order as my order was delayed a few days due to the Chinese New Year. The quality of my bag is AMAZING! Good Day All, I must say that I was a little hesitant to send over $500.00 to purse valley in China for a product that I might not receive, but to my wonderful surprise the merchandise came quicker than they had stated after receiving my tracking number. Minus all of the minutia and unrelated details, the merchandise is top notch. I compared it to a purse and wallet I purchased in Hawaii on vacation in 2011; in which I didn't over $4500. 00 and I must say to the untrained eye, there is no difference. Of course, my bank account has the extra $4000. 00 that I saved. I will post pictures later today.
As an owner of MANY real handbags, I do know quality, and I didn't have a high expectation that this bag was going to be on par with the real bag, but wasn't expecting as low a quality as I received. I wanted to pay with my AMX, as I felt more secure but they talked me into Western Union, which actually worked out fine. The bag came in about 2 weeks which was in a timely fashion. The bag smelled so bad (like toxic plastic), I had to put it in the garage for 2 weeks, which really didn't help. One time I had it and my husband was driving and he said "something has spilled in this car, I think I need to have it detailed", told him not to bother it was my purse. The little lock and key came on a very thin piece of plastic which has already broke. The material of the purse was very pitted, looked like it was left out in a hail storm. While a authentic Birkin bag is over $6000. 00, and this was only $450.00, it wasn't worth the $450.00.
I bought 3 bags and I own 2 real one's. These are excellent replicas and I can't imagine anyone knowing they are fake. If they did I would return them. I am not sure if the straps will darken yet but the rest of the bag is Identical to the real items. I think some of the negative reviews on here are BS...
Seems like this company has a credit card fraud problem shouldn't that be reported somewhere? I tried to discuss it with them but they claim it was not possible I am sure that is was from that transaction. Still haven't received the item it has been weeks!
I ordered in mid June. My bag got stuck in customs and was never released. I call they said give them a new address and they would ship there. Then I hear nothing from them. I called last week (the number on the email) I was told by the man that were were basically busted and their warehouse was shut down and they are in the process of reopening it. The website shows they were in fact busted by Chanel. They offered me a refund or to try letting them send the bag back out. If I dont hear from them by Monday I'm calling to get a refund.
I ordered a bag several months ago, like 6 months, and it never arrived. They said that it had been signed for and delivered. Thankfully my credit card company credit me back my credit but later I was harassed with purse valleys phone calls and emails. I was getting 3-4 phone calls A DAY! Then I was also receiving emails telling me to pay them the money that I was refunded and that I had to Western Union them the money to China or pay them in bit coins. Thankfully I know that both of those things are shady and Im not going to pay for something I never received AND was being harassed about. Don't let them take your money or your information. They are a bogus company on the other side of the world with some rude and nasty customer service representative here in the states (named Jake) who does their dirty work! UGH!
My purse was late arriving (close to 1 month) and I grew concerned that I've been scammed. I received a text that my purse had attempted to be delivered but no one was home. I called customer service upset because the call back number is based in China. Once I found the pink slip in mail box, I picked up my purse from the post office. When I opened the box I was surprised! Professionally packaged and great quality! I'll definitely be a returning customer! My purse is beautiful and is explained and shown exactly as its posted online! Thanks Purse Valley! :)
Tried to purchase a watch for my husband's birthday… it was a terrible experience. I had to download an app I didn't want. After I paid they told me the watch was out of stock and to choose from three "similar" ones. (Which I didn't want). I chose several alternatives from their site which were also out of stock. I asked for my money back and they said I would have to do a store credit. Picked more watches… they requested I send them the urls ( a pain since I'd taken snap shots of 15+). They finally sent me several more watches to choose from and I chose one just to move on with my life. The birthday came and went and I still don't have the watch. They weren't even nice about it… not sure if it's just the. La version but I'd suggest using a different company.
I felt compelled to write this review after all the negative reviews. I made a purchase on July 2017 and like a lot of others I was informed of delayed shipping because of warehouse change. I was happy with the ongoing correspondence I received. When I noticed all items on site we marked sold out I quickly asked the reason and was given a prompt and reasonable explaination. Although site was then taken down I still received an email when shipping resumed. On August 16 I received my purchased item and it is beautiful. I can't speak for others experience, but mine was positive. Yes, it took longer than I expected but that was made clear to me on several occasions and I was completely satisfied.
Happy to say I actually received a refund on 8/15/2017! I was just ready to bite the bullet on this one and just admit to myself that I got scammed. I am seeing now that people are even getting the bags they ordered as well. Hang in there. Hopefully you will either get your item or a refund!
I was very skeptical but then after all the good reviews I decided to order from them somtime in May. Customer service was great and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. It did take 3 weeks but I suppose its coming from china so okay. I love the bag so much so recently I decided to check the website back out and I can not find it. Now I see all these scam reviews and im worried.
Purchased a Prada purse for my wife. Good communication from purchase to delivery. Took about 14 days (to USA). Product looks perfect. Went to Prada in Scottsdale and they could not tell it was a replica. I'll purchase again.

I have never had a bad experience with pursevalley. Just received the three bags I ordered within ONE WEEK. Their customer service was amazing and responded to every email I sent. I was weary to make such a big purchase, however, I spoke with an employee on life chat for about an hour and she assured me it was legit - SHE WAS RIGHT. If you're worried about receiving your products, don't listen to the trolls saying they wont come - seek out communication with the site. Amazing experience. Thank you!
I bought several bags from Purse Valley in a lapse of 4 years. Their customer service was always great and try to fix any dissatisfaction that I had with their products by giving me big discounts or free stuff. Over all my experience was more good than bad and I'm very sad that they are gone...
BTW, I'm not an expert on real LV bags but I had sold two bags and two of my wallets to a lady who owns several real LV bags and she liked the quality stating that they easily pass for the real ones.
I love shopping on this website. PurseValley product is the BEST, just like the original, you can not even tell the difference. Customer Service is very helpful. Recommend this site to anyone who will love to save money just to have a luxury bags. AAA++++++ website!
